They were able to answer all my questions and make some suggestions that could prevent another unexpected backup of my septic tank. I had been dealing with a septic issue for months and couldnt get responses when they said they would call, until I spoke to Jason Pruitt. I spoke to him the afternoon of 3/25, and made arrangements for him to come out and give me an estimate on a new drain pit. The next morning he showed up on time and left at 8 and said they could do it that day. He was back at 11 with his equipment and his assistant Jonathan, and by 3pm I had my new pit and my drainage issue resolved and my yard looks great. I was really impressed at how fast everything came together. Estimate, utilities located, land cleared, ditch & pit dug, 40 tons of gravel delivered, new line installed, and the yard cleaned up, all in 7 hours. Great Job! Highly recommended!

I called these guys on a Sunday morning when our septic tank backed up into the house. It was a mess. Within 4 hours, they had dug up the lid, pumped the tank out, cleaned the inlet pipe opening, and had us back to normal. They were professional, friendly, informed me how the problem happened, and their prices are extremely reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone needing honest, competent, and fairly priced service.

I called up on Memorial Day morning, for my elderly parents. None of us have ever had experience with Septic tanks before so we didnt know what to expect when the toilets started burping. They were able to make it out a few hours later. after popping the lid they discovered the tank was completely filled to the top. with about 45 minutes of work and $350 charge, my parents are happy again and the workers took the time to give them good advice on how to maintain the tank on a monthly basis.I would highly recommend them

I highly recommend Jason Pruitt. Very responsive, honest and reasonable.I thought that I needed to have my septic tank pumped. Jason came over, inspected the tank content, and told me that I didnt need it honestly. He also showed me what to watch out for, and determine when I may need it in the future.

We were looking to purchase one of several houses in the Spartanburg area. Due to COVID we were unable to travel to see the houses. We had Pruitt Septic pump & inspect two of the house septic systems for us. They were very complete on their inspections and also included the cost to make any repairs. They sent us photos showing where the septic was located as well. They made sure to keep us apprised of everything as it happened. I would for sure recommend them and will be using them going forward!

So amazed with this company! They came out within a hour on a Sunday and then again on Thursday @ 6pm. Our septic tank was underneath a deck that we had to remove boards to access. The team is so professional and down to earth. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone!

I pray you never have any neighbors use this company. They drive that septic truck like they are at a drag strip. They do it intentionally it seems. I imagine 1 day they may cause a bad collision because of the reckless driving.

Jason came in pumped the tank and gave me a reasonable estimate on adding drain field lines to my system, and except for some weather delays which is out of our hands. He arrived on time went quickly about his business and gave me exactly what he promised, smoothed over the soil at the drain field. A couple of short rains finished bringing the yard into a position that I can reseed or put new sod on affected area. I am very happy with the work, professionalism, and friendliness of Jason and his crew.
