I had a great experience here! Even though the store was busy, they were able to take me in immediately even though I didn’t have an appointment (which I don’t mind waiting, this was just a plus!). My nail tech was AMAZING! She was able to take the reference photo I showed her and copy it exactly on my nails. I had three old grown out acrylic nails that she was able to remove without causing me any pain and didn’t charge me extra. She also didn’t try to up-charge me, which is a huge problem I have ran into with other salons in the area. She took her time to make sure each nail looked good and used extra nail protection products that I’ve never seen before at different salons. Even though she took her time to go through each step, she still did it in an efficient manner and got me in and out quickly, I was only there for less than an hour!The only reason I gave this salon a 4 star review instead of a 5 star review is because they were doing repairs to the bathroom that were incredibly loud and made the experience less relaxing, which I feel bad saying because it’s not their fault but when I’m going to a salon and paying $50+ I’m expecting a relaxing experience. The salon itself is also very cramped, I personally don’t mind but if you’re looking for somewhere more laid back I suggest going somewhere else.Other than that I had an amazing experience and I’m looking forward to returning!

Ive used Dorman Nails for years. I love the atmosphere and the artists that work there. Whether you have an appointment or you walk in, they take care of you. Ive tried other places in the past, but the quality was never as good as Dorman Nails. Its the only place Ill go. I recommend them to all my friends and to those that have complimented me on my nails.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon with no wait time and those that did have wait, it was no longer than 10mins. Got 3 services done in about an hour. Very friendly environment. Only thing I did not like is the Cash Only policy for Sunday. Will definitely visit again

OMG!! I love my nails!! There was no wait at 3:00 on a Saturday due to then being fully staffed with about 25 nail chairs and 20 pedi chairs. The nail artist gave me exactly what I wanted, and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. I have definitely found myself a new spot.

Went in for two basic pedicures (for my daughter and I) and was charged for two deluxe pedicures. Typically I wouldnt fret over an extra $2 (per pedicure) but the woman didnt say one word until it was time to pay and it seemed as if she was annoyed to be working at all. First and LAST visit I make there.

Ive been going to Dorman Nails since I moved here nine years ago. Ive always been impressed with their customer service and the relaxing atmosphere. If you want the best nails in Spartanburg ask for Timmy, he strives for perfection and is very knowledgeable in his profession.

Best place in Spartanburg to get your nails done. They are always super busy but i have never waited more than 15 minutes. They did my nails exactly how i asked. Beautiful job too.

Doorman nails look good until you go outside and see prior color on the sides of your new polish.

I keep my nails very short because I work with chemicals at work. This was only the third time that Ive ever gotten gel polish and Lanny did an excellent job. Ill be asking for Lanny anytime I go back. My second experience was at a different nail spa and it wasnt a good one, but Lanny took the time to make my nails look beautiful.

Had an amazing pedicure and gel polish. I dont think I have never been so pampered. Danny is the BEST!!! Also, used my 10% discount they gave me for my birthday. My granddaughter had acrylic nails and they are beautiful.

I asked for a clear acrylic fill in and reshape to coffin shape told him I did not want them sharp he didn’t fix it the shape are not even and I got charged $35?? For a clear fill in with no color. Waste of money will not be going back!

Tracy did my manicure with complete set of nails, and waxed my eyebrow. She made sure music was on low making a Comfortable,and relaxing atmosphere for everyone.I consider this to be the best salonIve ever been to. She always ask making sure Im happy with the services shes provide for me. I started about the year of 97/98 .. I have tried others during this time when I was out of town. I only give 5 stars because of Tony and Tony (nail techs) their treat customers with the so much respect always smiling but today the manager (Kevin) was really rude I wanted to ask him about a message I received from them and he kept walking very rude he held finger up said one sec the whole time I sat there getting nails and feet done here never came back to see if my question was answered or anything! I understand they get busy but this was as soon as they opened up. So again my rating is ONLY based off of the two Tonys that work there. Thank you guys for having great customer service skills.

My mom and I went 2 weeks ago and got acrylics. This past Saturday her acrylics started popping off. The tech didnt even cut my moms nails before doing the acrylic which caused a gap inside the nail and there was water in it and food from eating. Then today more popped off. We went in today to get our money back for her nails and they refused. So my mom said just to remove the rest but they were gonna charge her which isnt right because theyre the ones that messed it up. I asked to get corporates number and the lady wouldnt give it to me and told me to look it up myself. When I asked for her name she said it was Tracy which is a lie. Place doesnt even deserve one star.

Horrible experience was rushed and they charged d me $57 dollar for a fill in they have no price list anywhere in the store very unprofessional not ever going back

They do a great job but they charge you for everything..if you get the $37 pedicure..you walk out paying $65 ..they charge to take gel polish off then they charged you to put on..the pink and white dip is supposed to be $50, everytime I went it was something different $51, $55 but never just $50 so if youve got money to throw around theyre the place to go..if not then any nail salon down the strreet will do just as good and charge you only what they quote..

I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the dip powder used on my nails. I got my nails done on Tuesday and had to go back on Thursday to have 5 cracked nails repaired. By the following Monday I had another 5 cracked nails some were the same nails they repaired 2 days prior. I own my own business and I dont have a lot of time to continue back and forth every other day to have nails repaired that should last at least 2 weeks.

I love them I was in there a little longer than I expected but they was nice

Went in for a fill in and nail repair on one nail. They charged me double for the fill in than i paid to originally have them done at dorman nails 2 weeks earlier. Then an hour after i left i noticed that the middle finger was very crooked. I wasnt going to complain because they all cant be perfect. I went to stick my hand in my pocket and it snapped completely in half. Ive called and tried to get this fixed but they want to charge me even more for doing so. I spent over$50 for a fill in and 2 hours after one of the breaks in half. All i can say is i wont be going back and that has been my go to nail place for 6 years and they just lost my business.

First of all I would like to say that I am a very shy individual and have a hard time going to nail salons, which is why I don’t go often. If something goes wrong, I have a hard time speaking up or standing up for myself. Thankfully, I didn’t have to do either of these things here. Everyone at the salon is friendly and create a positive atmosphere, I had no trouble feeling comfortable. Both ladies who did my pedicure and manicure were very professional, thorough, and followed safety/cleanliness procedures throughout each service. Both women were so nice and consistent in asking my opinion/ making sure I was okay. I wish I had gotten their names but like I said I’m shy! Depending on your service they are reasonably priced, even if they may be slightly more expensive than other places you could go, the experience, care, and professionalism is well worth it.I will definitely be coming back! No matter what, I am sure that I will have another good experience.

I got an acrylic set while i was visiting from Maryland and saw that Dorman had the best reviews and was close to where i was staying. I will come here everytime i visit from now on! Timmy did my nails and was the best nail technician I’ve ever had. Very professional, nice to talk with, and did exactly what i asked for. It’s very clean and the workers are so kind. I had an appointment at 10:30 and was taken at 10:25. Highly recommend trying them out and ask for Timmy!!

Went here last minute only because they were the only place open to get mine done on Sunday, the man who did mine rushed through the whole thing forgot to do a lot of the filling and I ask for matte black and he messed my color up completely the matte had ripple in it and the next day started to chip off their the worst nails I’ve ever had done! And I’ve been to them a couple times any every time they end up messing them up because of them rushing!

I come here all the time to get pedicure, I had appointment this morning, came in and sat as they were busy. Finally when called for a seat me and my husband was placed in the chairs as other customers that came in after us where put in chairs and was attended to as well just sat in chairs like idiots them looking at us talking there language. Finally I ask when a lady finally came over if they didn’t want to do my feet say so, she then went and got owner and said I was yelling at her! This place is unbelievable! Treat who ever how they want to doesn’t matter we have been coming here for years.

They are the best at doing those I would say I let a guy name Tony he did my nails exactly how I wanted them to the T its a real nice and friendly establishment I would recommend it to anybody

They are not professional at all. I use this salon for 3 years now and I am not picky of how the nails look like after getting it done, and i never complain. Today, i went to have my nail polish removed and the lady who took care of me put my nails in acetone for 25 mins and guess why i waited all that long? bc she went to start another customer withput ever telling me that she will do. i thought this is unprofessional, i know i am only getting my nail polish removed ( i did it at their salon) but i doesnt mean that u leave me dipping my nail for 25 mins and waste 1 hour to get my nail polish removed. i talked with the manager nicely and he started to be loud and say this is normal and she doesnt have to ask u to start another customer while u are waiting for her. anyway, i am not back to this place. so unprofessional.
