Great customer service! Monogrammed items are ready quickly. Convenient text alerts. I had the baby in the car, so I called the store and the cashier walked my items out to the car for me for pick up. Very pleased! Will definitely return.

This is a store with an awesome selection of wonderful bags, shirts, jewelry and more! They do a wonderful job monogramming your purchase and making it personal. The staff is always helpful and the owner is Southern Charm. Fabulous store I wish they had them in Florida! I look forward to stopping in again on my next visit to Spartanburg.

I needed to have a tote bag monogrammed. I googled and found Palmetto Twist in Spartanburg.Well, Kristin was the one that helped me.I had to send alot of photos and texts because I wasnt sure what I was able to use and Kristin answered everyone of my texts, emails and calls!She is such a nice, friendly and knowledgeable person.I really appreciated her helping me out so much.....Carolyn designed my tote and Jeff did the embroidery.I would definitely recommend this company for sure!Thank you guys!!Tote bag was great!!Sincerely,Sherry Webb

If you need something monogrammed this is the place to go. The staff is helpful with ideas and color selections when I cant make up my mind. I have been pleased with everything Ive purchased.

I love palmetto twist. This is the place I get all of my monograming and simply southern shirts. They do an excellent job on everything.

Horrible customer service, terrible job with order, waited 4 weeks for turnaround. Took back to have rework done and was told it would be another week because they had other orders back there right now. REALLY???? How about, I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY ORDER FOR WEEKS. Would not recommend. EVER. Sad...they started out good when they were in BS. Not sure what Franchising did to the brand...its certainly not good.

Palmetto twist is a complete let down during Christmas. Dont tell your customer one thing and then another. I have talked to several people and Spartanburg palmetto twist do not have it together. I will not be back it took them forever to monogram something. Worst experience. Greer and boiling spring totally better then the kids they have working there. Dont expect to get your Christmas stuff done at palmetto twist!! It will not e ready when needed and they over charge to rush it.

Large selection of items! Very helpful staff. Easy in and out location.

I used to be a regular here but after new management took over they act as if its an inconvenience whenever I would go in. I tried the greer location and found a much more helpful staff.

This is not the place to get your monogrammed items. It has taken them three weeks to put a vinyl monogram on my shirt... the first time it was messed up and they neglected to tell me it was going to take another week because they would need to order a new shirt. I will be taking my business elsewhere next time.
