He contacted everyone who could get their hand on this package, because it was not showing in the tracking. He is amazing - and it was even his day off, but he was my only contact. Always prompt and courteous service . The drop off area needs better signs. Not only for easy to navigate to parking. But the signage at roadside, letters are to small to read. It may look good on a computer screen in a graphics program, but in real life you need to easily see what and where in a huge complex.
I had a return with wish I had a return label she was very rude keep make my box up move it she made stay there 20 minutes I was the in the store first 5 min thin she took 5 people that came after mother me to took a different ups she refused to help I wish n ups they ready review camera for today amagen if my box wasnt doggie steps what if it was glass she may have gotten a law suit just for n attitude if she dont find another one but leave attitude at home I she has better day tomorrow
Customers unable to be assisted because couldnt use cards or cash because machine broken! Pouring rain, maybe a big sign should have been visible to alert customers! Things happen...life!
II receive notice from UPS advising my package was delivered when I check the delivery was made to Advance auto parts when I call advance auto parts they told me they are a delivery location when UPS tried to deliver a package. I then contacted UPS customer service and advised that I was home. I have paid the location for expedited delivery,I have been home I donβt go anywhere my door was open my porch was locked but they couldnβt beep the horn any other time they make a delivery I donβt understand the disconnect between customer service UPS drivers and their actual customers. I am appalled by their actions this is continuously happening with UPS. Because my credit card was compromised several days ago I am afraid to have my name and address to be roaming in locations that I am not aware of. I regularly am told that packages are out for delivery and then just watch as the delivery driver goes right by my house literally and virtually (I think the live view option should be renamed Lie View). If you call support they give you contradictory information until the distribution center is closed and you canβt go pick up your package regardless of the inconvenience. It only seems to be this way on the weekends so I am not sure if it is other staff members during the week but the phone support is hopeless. I believe most of the folks working there are good people trying to do a good job but no one can explain why these break downs happen. I am almost to the point I will not shop with vendors that only ship UPS and will tell them that is why though because this isnβt getting better.Update: I did reach out to the social media options and called customer service to exceed the canned reply offer. Nothing happened. Was given conflicting and circular descriptions and no solutions. What would have really been better than competing excuses is an actual apology. A simple, Hey, we messed up. We will own that. We will try to do better if you mean it but ending with and actual acknowledgement that you sold a service. Created an expectation. Failed to meet both in a successful manner. End with an βIβm sorryβ that at least sounds sincere.I didnβt write this review because it happened once but a couple of time. If you want to learn from it then get in the game and have people make it right and own their mistakes not create layers of public relations that donβt do anything. That is real customer service.
Get told to come up here by a driver at 7:30-8 to get my missed package just to find out the driver pushed it on the belt and canβt even pick up my package till Monday. When asked why canβt it be delivered tomorrow was told only air package go out on Saturday. Where I now have to come up here or call the 1-800 number to get it placed on the delivery list again. So much for helping me out. I get yβall work a lot and hard but when you tell a customer something maybe do it to save headache.
Getting tired of getting the Sorry we missed you email, when no one even attempted to deliver. Id know because I purposely STAYED HOME TO BE AVAILABLE FOR SIGNATURE. But that requires an actual attempt to deliver and not just lying to customers that an attempt was made, when it clearly was not! And dont bother calling to complain... just another opportunity for them to lie to you again, saying they are sending the driver back for delivery.

I get a text today saying attempted delivery so I call the ups number and the automatic number says there was a attempted delivery but no one was home and delivery is being held. We were home we even heard the our dog bark my boyfriend walked outside and heard a truck door across the street. So the UPS driver must have went to our neighbors house and they were not home and left instead of driving up our driveway and asking. Now hopefully I can find my package tomorrow..π€¦ββοΈ btw I got the text after the driver left with the package so thanks for nothing UPS..
Very very unorganized. Package has been lost for over a week now. If you want anything in one piece and/or in a timely manner, do NOT go through them. We use FedEx here at work and 99/100 times they get everything done efficiently. Nothing but problems with UPS. Very frustrated.
I am very pleased with their staff and the way that they took care of me. Our office was hit by some positive Covid results and I ended up doing our Office Managers tasks. The lady that assisted me was very understanding of my ignorance with their procedures.

They never resolve the issue... they just say a driver will call me to pickup the package. Then he does not... numerous times.Brought package to my local UPS store. Packages were set outside in the weather at a side door. Thereβs a covered porch at the front door where the packages should have been delivered OUT of the weather. One package was half open and the other in a ship bag was crushed.

This UPS store has always beenHelpful, they pack, make label s.Much more ample parking. Can be seen from main rd. Of all UPS stores this one I find is most helpful,and convenient.

I wouldnt give even one star but there arent other choices. Expected delivery of 2 boxes but only one came so I asked driver about the other and she told me that there werent any more. Very surprised when I checked the tracking numbers to see that the box I received was indicated Delivery Attempted but missing box was delivered and received by me. I call the 800 number and explain the situation but as of this morning there werent any changes which box was delivered. This is my experience with UPS in the last 10 months. Delivery Attempted is typical reason even though I was home and couldnt miss the track. Thats the worst service ever. UPS was always my choice but not last 10 months.

You should educate your drivers about front porch cameras, because mine caught a driver just throwing a package at my trash can instead of setting it there carefully like a normal human being.

Understaffed customer center. Line of people out the door while the single customer service person is searching for a mis-placed package. The customer center itself is dark and filthy. Few ceiling lights working. All surfaces covered in a layer of yuck. Gray walls and floors provide a prison experience. Avoid.
Why cant I call and speak to a human being? Tracking status shows delayed - All I want is to find out why it is delayed? No human to respond to message in online chat, No human to speak with on the phone.Package delayed due to operating conditions? Its nice and sunny today, so weather is not a problem. I understand that freight carriers get backed up this time of year, but no one changes the shopping schedule every year, and UPS brings on temps to cover the burden, so why cant I just speak to a human being and arrange a pick up or meet the driver somewhere in between?

Absolutely not satisfied. Received a package today at my front door. Soak and wet! A bottle with liquid was not sealed so it was leaking. Bottle was completely empty. Point is, delivery person did see it, cause half of the box was soaked in it . It should be returned.
After 9 years at same address and after many orders delivered by UPS, UPS now tells me they cannot deliver to my address because it is invalid. Complete incompetence ...

I caught her and brought it up, she stated it must have been a miscommunication. No, you lied and I caught you... To say the least I hope to never have to deal with them again. My company is exhausted with UPS and is finally switching to Fed Ex for our shipping needs.

First time they delivered dead fish. The driver walked up my driveway with the box upside-down and yes it was clearly marked on all side live fish this side up. When I pointed it out he spun the box around like a toy and said oh oops. When I opened the package all of my dish were dead. I paid 50 for shipping for that. The terminal manager called back but they never refunded the 50 dollars. Second order of fish similar story. Out a total of 100 bucks.Today was my daughters cell phone. The UPS truck was on my street today but never stopped at my house. I called Verizon and was told the package was refused. Apparently they tried to deliver the phone to the wrong address and luckily my neighbors are honest people. When I called UPS they said Verizon had to call so they could do an interception of the package but would not redeliver. They said I would have to go pick it up. So I got Verizon on the phone and then UPS said the package was already back on a truck headed back to Verizon. Now my daughter has no phone and we cant even order a new one until this one is returned. I have never seen or heard of such unprofessional people. This particular terminal is a joke. What happened to training drivers and the call center agents as well.
I mailed a package of that was a little bit too big for the Box the lady at the counter help me by filling it up with paper so my items didnt move around. She was very informational allow me to know when my package was going to be delivered and gave me a tracking sheet very fast friendly customer service.
We send back Avon via UPS. Have only a few women I let wait on me. Theses women are great. They do have one who is a pest to everyone.
Terrible, I should have had my package on Saturday. I tracked the package because I had to sign for it. I have thwre My Choice app,the time said 2pm.The diver came at 1230pm.So called and asked that the package be delivered to my house on Monday not yo an access point.Monday comes no package,Tuesday no package. Now the problem is the apartment number is missing. Now please explain to me how you came to my door the first time.Customer service was no help.
Worst shipping company. Between scanning shipping my package to 2 incorrect locations and then not allowing customer pick up. USPS is better, thats when you know they are bad!
I have routinely scheduled package shipments from a pet supply distributor. The company only ships through UPS. I have had nothing but trouble with UPS on getting the product to my home. I have had to go to the distribution center every time a shipment has come. I even wrote specific turn by turn directions from their facility to my front door, and was assured there would be no further issues. WRONG! They have lied about where they left packages, covered over the original shipping label with a different address, and taken packages to wrong houses. I am disabled and do not drive, so it is a huge inconvenience to find someone to take time out of their day to help me get UPS to do their job. There is within 2 miles of my home the same street name as mine, but in a different community & zip code. UPS tells me they dont deliver to my community. WRONG AGAIN!!Needless to say, I am less than pleased with UPS and their customer service.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They held my TV at their center refusing to update delivery information after repeated assurances they had. I called daily to ask why the TV had not been delivered snd each time was told the corrected information was not recorded.

They absolutely suck. The drivers always make up excuses as to why my package wasnt delivered. For example today they tried to tell me my address doesnt exist. Ive been living here for two years and Have had several deliveries from UPS. My address most certainly does exist! And once they mess up thats it. You dont get your package till the next day and theyll probably mess that one up too. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone and I sure wont be using them again.
I havent even received my package yet and have experienced issues! The sender already paid for its delivery so why are UPS now asking me to pay extra for them to deliver it on a day when I CAN BE HOME?? It makes no sense at all! UPS comes to my home in the middle of the day when most are working. Who can take a day off to wait in on a package? Now I must drive to their facility, some 30 miles away, to pick it up! So, what did the original sender actually pay for?? They dont even have a telephone I can call on (dont bother trying to call the number listed on their webpage - its obsolete which further wasted my time!). THEN, I go to read the reviews of this Spartanburg, SC UPS facility and there just isnt a good one, they are totally dreadful! Now I wonder if my package, when I get it, will even be intact!! To say the least, I am NOT encouraged, though I can only hope for better things to come!

I had 3 packages scheduled for today, ( saturday ) which i paid saturday shipping for. Got my emails this morning telling me that all 3 packages were out for delivery. UPS driver gets here and says you are suppose to have 3 packages but I can only find 2 He then states oh it could have been put on the wrong truck or left at the hub and it will be delivered by monday If i could have waited until Monday I wouldnt have paid for saturday shipping for nearly 80lbs of products. I called UPS customer service number, the lady barely spoke english, and stated oh I will have the center call you on monday....... This is pathetic service, and if I had known the packages were coming via UPS I would have declined to order from them. I really do not like UPS, it used to be a great service but has since went straight to hell. If you cant do you job and get the packages on the right truck, then maybe you should consider a new job.

Worst Customer service ever! This center would not work with shipping a package to my home at a time that was considerate to me. And this is not the nears center to me. Im closer to the one in Greenville, SC. I will not drive to spartanburg for a package that was paid to be delivered.
I honestly wish i could give them NO stars. Ive been trying to reach them for the longest. I ordered a package and NEVER received it. I called the company and they stated that the ignorant delivery dropped my shiiiiii off in my garage.... I DONT HAVE A GARAGE!!! Nobody can tell me exactly where it was at or nothing.... So nerve wrecking! How hard is it to read numbers on a house, and follow gps????
Totally inadequate business and customer service. Why do they offer a 1-800 number to set up arrangements to pick up packages and their insufficient staff can not review orders to hold the package for pick up???? I was told by the main office you can call that they had ordered my package held for another week. Go in Monday morning and they shipped it back!! So disorganized. Lack of communication between headquarters and customer service centers and if thatβs not the issue then hire new management that can run a tight ship Then they donβt even offer a local number to call a supervisor to find out why they donβt follow protocol! This is a business order as well with a timeline and they have messed it up. UPS-Unreliable Postal Service.

A UPS truck decided my driveway looked really appealing to turn around in. Pulled up and got stuck because it is steep and you need to go slightly sideways to not scrape. Well, she didnt know that and drove up it anyway. Remember, i didnt even order anything, she wasnt delivering anything to me, she just was too lazy to drive all the way to the turn around. Anyways, she was stuck for 2 hours sitting on my driveway, didnt even bother to see if I was home. Finally, got a UPS semi to come pull her out. All she had to do was go diagonally..or not come in the first place. Now there are huge scrape marks on the road in front of my driveway and tire marks on my driveway. I am not happy, you woke my baby up twice. Then once she was free, she went down the road, did her thing, then came speeding past on a 25mph road.
This is the 3rd package to be delivered by UPS that was scanned as delivered but I did not receive it. Driver claims it was left on my front steps. Customer service says they are sending the driver out tomorrow to locate my package. The staff is incompetent and do not provide prompt, accurate service. Asked to file a complaint with the manager and the person on the line did not transfer me nor document my concerns.
Could not conveniently find my address then takes it upon them selves to change the address without verifying through me first and when asked the customer rep stated that they do that sometimes if it makes sense to them. WTH...? Thankfully after having to go all the way to Spartanburg to pick my package up did I receive it. Wouldnt have been such a big deal if inwasnt nyb5 year olds Christmas present.
I cant believe Im having to deal with this same center again... Last week your driver speeds through my neighborhood. This week Im expecting a package and not a single doorbell rang or note was left on my door, informing me that they had attempted to deliver a package. Call the center to ask about my package and they said they attempted to deliver the package at 6:16 pm on Monday May 15th... Funny thing is my doorbell never rang, my door was never even knocked on, nor was a note left by ups that they attempted to drop something off... So I ask the guy on the phone why they didnt leave a note if no one answered and our question was never answered and immediately swept under the rug... Im so tired of dealing with UPS my head hurts, but a family member ordered something and it unfortunately was shipped via UPS... Fml right? So now I get to stop what Im doing at home and have to go out and pick this package up, because for some strange reason they cant deliver it to me which is what they get paid to do in the first place... Seriously guys.....π
This is by far the worst UPS in the country. No customer Service... Their drivers are rude and smelly. The package car loaders are illiterate i swear. I ordered some edible underwear and when i got the package there was a bite taken out of it! No way am i wearing it now!!!
UPS posted a delivery date for a signature required delivery. Rearranged schedule and sat at home all day (Friday). No delivery. No notice update. On Saturday Morning, finally an update, saying it would come on Monday. If I can rearrange my schedule will be sitting at home until they arrive on Monday.
We moved to a new address in Greer which the Google maps doesnt show, however FedEx found it because they called me when the driver couldnt find the address, UPS just took the packages back and I received this information late. For two days I was trying to reach out to this customer service center, didnt receive a cal back in time nor they pick up the call on the phone that was mentioned in the voice mail. Finally the customer service lady called me and I gave all the directions, she was so impatient to listen, trying to disconnect as I speak. Very bad customer reps in this specific location.
Dont arrive there at 10am, all the trucks are leaving for deliveries at that time.

WE ARE FED UP! we have had a medical supply delivery to our house since 2008 and this delivery route to east side of spartanburg has been the worst experience. on 8/18/15 we were not home to sign for the delivery. the delivery slip stated he will return tomorrow (8/19) btwn 1030a-230p. we signed the delivery slip releasing authorization for delivery and requesting it be left @ the front door. the next day my wife and kids went to daily Mass and then a school meeting, arriving home near 1230p. another delivery slip was left right next to the signed slipped. the CS folks @ UPS stated he arrived @ the house, out side of the window at 10.04a and will not return again until 1030a-230p. we called CS about the non-delivery of our sons medical supplies, even though we signed the first slip. the gentleman told my wife that it is our fault the package was not delivered because we were not there, and if its an important package we should have been there. we were told the driver did his job, above average performance, by being there 24mins early. he continued stating that the importance of the package seems high and his driver did his job so we should have been there to receive the package. he said if we really needed the package it would be 4000 howard street at 730p and his driver is an hour away and we should have been home for the package. as i said before we have had monthly deliveries of 5 cases GI formula and a box of formula bags since fall of 2008. we have worked with UPS in northern Atlanta and the UPS guy in Inman, SC. For some odd reason, the UPS folks on the east side of spartanburg do not want our business anymore. as a result, we have requested our medical supply distributor fire UPS as their delivery service and go with a dependable service not only for us but company wide. We cannot imagine we are the only folks having issues of disrespect from UPS.
We have a daily pick up scheduled for 4:30 pm. Today we have 12 packages waiting to be shipped but no driver showed up. When I called the center told the customer service person that the driver was here at 4:30 pm. That is a LIE!!! Our cart has been sitting on the ramp as usual all afternoon.UPS is not able to send a driver now at 6:00 pm to make up for the earlier lack of service. UPS is worst service youll find, I ship car door with them $600.00 value. Paid $190.00 shipping and they delivered scrap metal instead. Refuse the claim because cardboard didnt have approved Stamp with pressure specification BS another way to say that its not there fault.Bottom line I will never ship with UPS again.
