Been waiting on 3 people in front of me for over an hour, just need a simple equipment exchange. When I asked why it was taking so long, the rep was more than rude. They are chatting amongst themselves more than helping customers.We have had nothing but hassles since starting service a week ago. I can tell you I am NEVER coming back to this location, upset enough to cancel my service and do business with anyone but Spectrum! Seen 6 people just leave in the last hour. Over 1.3 hours to be told they dont have the right equipment
1★SPECTRUM= STOP SENDING FLYERS AND SAVE IT ON OUR BILL..Im not pleased with spectrum. Overpriced they got a fortune to send me flyers once a week to try to buy new products or update my existing products but they dont spend any extra trying to get all the people that are waiting to pay their bill all the time..no ... Im not pleased with them at all.. if you can do without the internet or other service for internet youd be better off and youre better off to get an antenna..SPECTRUM= STOP SENDING FLYERS AND SAVE IT ON OUR BILL
Very slow if you in a hurry don’t enter the doors had to wait almost two hours they need more help one employee and a room full of people took way over a hour to wait on one customer. Standing there talking about every day stuff . And would not let me do it over the phone or on line . Every time I come up here I run into this same problem everyone was very upset with so many competition they need speed up on the time they spend with one customer . I’m surprise people don’t take there business else where . I’m thinking about taking my business else where once they help me the employee was very nice I know it may not be the employee fault but for as management they need to find a faster way to help the customers they have in the building . I don’t mind waiting but that trip was insane I understand at times it’s busy but I run into this problem every time I come into spectrum and I also understand the customer comes first I have worked in retail and everything going on I understand at times it’s crazy busy and it’s hard to find help but in the future please look into a better way to get people in and out for the cost of the service and the way the internet doesn’t pick up half the time do a better job at getting people in and out or go down on the prices or offer more promotions or better service if they don’t make appointments they should . Why have a door greeter and one employee working the counter train the door greeter
The wait was ridiculously long,but on the other hand staff was very friendly and helpful. Need to have more people working. I went shortly after the open and there was a lit if people in line waiting
WARNING! If you go one day over the billing cycle before terminating services, they will demand payment for the entire month. They do not pro-rate their service. I called to cancel on the last day of the billing cycle, and because of “high call volume,” AKA: “Our working conditions don’t allow us to staff enough phone support,” my estimated wait time was an hour and a half. There is no way to terminate your service via web site. The Spectrum store was three blocks away, so I decided to drop the equipment off in the morning. My equipment had already been disconnected the night before, which surely a high tech company would be able to see that. I turned my equipment in at the store, when it opened in the morning. Due to the circumstances, the nice employee told me to call and see if they would make the termination date effective the day before. When I did this, I expected that the monthly rate would be prorated (at worst). Nope they demanded the full month, 29 extra days of pay for a service that I didn’t and wasn’t going to use. Fighting big business over this kind of money is too time consuming and costly, so I have paid the bill. I am moving on, but anyone who thinks about using Spectrum should move on as well. Their billing process is not only predatory, but apparently inflexible.

Worst customer service. Wait is infinite. They dont have resolution to your problems. I had told them to stop sending their illogical promotion offers in mail, phone and email. My mailbox continues to be filled by their letters. I started with an internet pack at $49, then it became $65, now it is $80 and the speed they promise is a joke. I had called technicians 5 times in my apartment to get the required speed - no resolution.Called them to downgrade my service to a lower speed, the manager said I dont have any options on my account. She said I better terminate my internet on the day of billing otherwise even for a day I will be charged for the entire month. Absolute predators!
The customer service is poor unfortunately, the phone service is even worse, the internet prices are very over priced. The internet is very dependable. We need more options AT&T is the poorest service on the planet. Customers service is poor unfortunately, everywhere.
Very slow wait times. They have implemented a sign-in kiosk to speed things along however they only have two people actually working the counter. Even just to return equipment or pay your bill. By the time we left, there were over 30 people on the wait list.
If you plan on coming here, make an appointment. Waited over an hour to return equipment. Spectrum please consider adding more staff members to this location the store was full of people waiting and only 2 workers who seemed in no rush at all.
If employees REALLY knew what they were doing... supposedly they fixed a problem we were having with billing buy in reality THEYD DID NOT... still have the same problem...you see they added a voice feature on our bill we do not have nor do we use voice feature they said we actually under someone elses number too had supposedly took it off but its still on the bill and they want us to pay the extra fee ih and they didnt have the right phone numbers for us yep the other person whos voice feature it was
I was visited by a spectrum door-to-door salesman he approached me with a better rate than I was currently paying for cable and Internet. Explain the package to me I would have Internet and phone phone, and cable TV for a package for $89 per month plus tax he said. We talked about the packages the package i choose he told me would be around $89 monthly plus tax this price he assured me was guaranteed for two years or 24 months! My bill now is double that amount! I was on the phone with Spectrum for over 1 1/2 hours with no resolution at this point!
We went to purchase a new phone and new plan with this company at this store on July 23 2021 we wanted to buy the note 20 ultra but they had none in stock so we purchase the next one down after spending 3 hours there they could not activate the phone and tried to tell us to take the phone that it will take 2-5 days for it to start working we needed the phone same day to work for BUISSNESS so when we told them we dont want the phone cause it is not working they try to tell us we need to pay $50 to cancel the non working phone and get are refund this is a joke I love the service but the customer service is garbage and they try to charge you when its not even ur falt. Just be cautious when buying phone here!!!!!
Just a quick In-N-Out to return a cable box the representative offered us to go down to the UPS store a few doors down I could just turn it in there they give me a receipt and we were all done and basically 10 minutes

I called in to cancel service in January because I was moving. I returned equipment and was told by a representative that I only needed to pay $8. Fast forward 2 months and I’m getting calls from a collection agency saying I owe $80. I call in and talk to 2 different people that say it was billed in error and it will be fixed and that the rest would be adjusted off. I continue to get calls from the collection agency which prompted me to call Spectrum back to be told that there is no record of any of that being said that I’m responsible for the bill and in between this time it hit my credit. Dropping it 52 points. I will be filing a dispute and cancelling immediately. As someone who works in the industry this is completely unacceptable!

45 minute wait to pick up a WIFI device at the store. I couldnt get one delivered for 4 days by a technician. At least they are number 2 in the most hated companies, right above Comcast. Go figure.
Plan on spending an hour or more here if you need to drop off equipment. They make the DMV look fast.
I needed to return a cable box. Nothing wrong with it, just no longer need a tv in that room. Get there at 11:30 on Sat and am 14th in line with an hour long wait. I ask an associate if there is any way I can just give them the box/remote/cord and be gone. Might take 2 minutes and then I am out of there.The staff was slow and had no inclination to ever consider this request. So I ask if I can mail it which I am told I can go to any UPS store.I walk 3 doors down to the UPS store and it takes less than 2 minutes to rake my equipment and give me a receipt.Just asinine. This is why rates go up and service levels go down. While I am now happy, Spectrum now has a $20 plus shipping bill to get a box delivered 75 feet.

I understand that I was in the wrong about not knowing that I couldn’t pick up equipment in the state of SC for NC unless the stores are in the same division. However I came in store extremely polite. No one greeted me and I stood there as the reps discuss politics. As the customer service lady pulled my name and phone number up she couldn’t find me, so I advised her that I would be picking up equipment for Charlotte. Instead of her telling me to have a nice day and to find another place in the region. She goes I can’t give you equipment for another state. Then I asked I wonder why did they tell me that. She goes I don’t know. Her voice was extremely rude and she didn’t care. She even proceeded to talk about politics to other representative as she was looking up my info. The store is really nice however the workers aren’t that friendly at all. You wouldn’t think the store customer service would be that rude when everyone over the phone for the company is super amazing and professional.
The ladies in the local Spartanburg store are kind, patient, and professional. i am judging on them and my internet service.
Rude staff. Sherry was trying to make us pay for internet when my ssds istwr already had internet eith znogher company. She told us we couldnt upgrade our phone services unless we also bought internet. Poor service. I later found out she lied
Internet has went out for hours 8 times in the past 3 days! They claim to be working on it but do it by pieces and give no notification that it will be out at all. Horrible internet
The Internet and mobile service has been pretty decent thus far but the customer service can be described in one word, Incompetent. Actual service with standing, I would not recommend spectrum to my worst enemy.

Customer service at this location is slow. Expect to wait an hour or more before being called. And often times they do not have the equipment you are looking for. Cannot call directly to the store to find out if what you are looking for is in stock so expect to making countless pointless waste of time trips to the store if you expect to get a cell phone.

I visited this store twice and that was one time too many. Basically I came to pick up some cable boxes while also dropping off a router and modem. Long story short I usually name names but I really dont know whose fault this was.What I do know is I had to drive to this location, drive back home, and then back to this location because nobody knew what they were doing. I dont appreciate my time, money, gas, or energy being wasted.

Does what it’s supposed to do. Works fine.Wish my home had hardwired connection throughout my home. I found that I’m getting 230mps hardwired but only 33mps thru My Spectrum WIFI router.
For me the internet service cut in & out, I’m talking every 10-15 minutes and then it would come back on in 5 minutes or so. and the customer service was terrible about working with my issue. Long story short I’m happily with AT&T now.

Buyer beware of their claims of lowering your monthly cell phone bill - your trade and promotional price is at the complete subjective whim of a 3rd party called Assurant. And when you realize their is no promotion because Assurant denied your trade-in (of course AFTER youve signed up), Spectrum takes zero responsibility, blames the other guy. False and misleading advertisement, big time. I will file a complaint with the BBB.

They need more employees! Only 2 people helping about 10 customers & most were using the payment center which was unattended. Otherwise it was pretty fast & easy to return our equipment & cancel services.
So I am standing in the store a s there are 14 customer waiting and the store has a hostess and and two working behind the counter. This is why they have no customer review that are positive. Very frustrating

Spectrum store is also now a phone store too! Need to use a kiosk to sign in, to join the queue line. No phones on display, 9/28/19. 10:26 AM and 16 people in line, and only 2 registers open, yet 6 check out stations. Management may need to consider that setting up a phone is a longer process than servicing cable customers. Suggest setting up a better process for cable customers returning or exchanging hardware.

I was trying to resolve a billing issue that I had, and although I was promised by two representatives something for free I noticed a charge on my account. When I tried to talk to a supervisor about it I hit a brick wall and was told that there would not be anything she(Elvina) will do to try to resolve this issue. I never had this kind of bad customer service. I wish I have someone else to provide an internet services for me. This monopoly thing needs attention. They are just doing whatever they want without consequences. Messed up !

The people were extremely nice and helpful. They do need to move the sign in kiosk a little further back. When there is a line and people are coming in it gets to be bit crowded in that area.
I did not know until recently that a corporation like Time Warner (Spectrum) allowed to target an entire community where you live and be allowed to charge you a deposit because not everyone in your community does not pay their bill on time. When I called their online number to get service I was told I had to pay a huge deposit and I have excellent credit. I could also hear several conversations where other clients confidential information could be heard and recorded if anyone wanted to be dishonest.How can the FCC allow this to happen or is this just another company funding the crooked politicians in DC at the taxpayers expense?No other business that I know of is allowed to target communities and charge extra for people with good credit.

So, I’m here at 10:30 am. All I need to do is return a modem. That’s it. There are literally 24 people waiting in line. There are six kiosks (registers) where people should be working however, there are only two employees working. When you first walk in there is a tiny monitor where you sign in at. I’m in my twenties and being a millennial should be aware of things like this but honestly passed it at first. Then I saw the screen that shows the wait line. I found the monitor and signed in. I feel for older customers who are not aware of things like this. Anyway, not only do YOU, Spectrum have a horrible internet service your customer service is horrible. This is not due to the attitude or capability of the two employees present but, the LACK of employees you have working. If YOU, Spectrum weren’t so consumed and obsessed with signing people up with ever dang service you offer rather than what people signed up for in the beginning. You would save money on paper and better yet save the millions of trees you’re killing sending your “specials” that literally just go in the trash. Shame on you and horrible service in homes and in your workplace. Please do better. For anyone considering service with this company do yourself a favor and don’t.
Totally understaffed! Theres a line of people and 2 employees. I signed in 30 minutes ago and not ONE name has been called. Im here for an exchange of equipment I already spoke to someone about this morning. My kid needs the internet for school.

I shared a review a week ago, and no one has been in contact with me. The technician was amazing and when I finally got to a customer service representative, was amazing, but that fact that the company does not care about their customers to even respond is just disappointing, considering I pay full price for someone who struggles holding up their end of the agreement.

I went for their mobile service. We were with an unreliable company previously and it was time for a change. The employees were extremely nice. There were a lot of people on the list to be seen before me and I thought it would take hours. It didnt take as long as I expected and I left a happy customer.

Very unprofessional. No one ever acknowledges your presence. They look at you as if you are a burden to them. But what more can you expect from any company associated with Charter. Im on a 5 person waiting list. All 5 of us are waiting while the 2 associates appear to be having a fun conversation. The new strategy seems to be cell phone sales. So we wait to be called on while were supposed to be browsing phones. I have them a 3 for their cable service.. Which is much better than sattelite. They didnt get a five because after having a issue with loading a channel, the phone rep told us to go to the store and get another DVR. My husband went down and got one. It was broken, so I took it back and exchanged it the next day. A week later our bill came out with two 9.00 charges. The phone rep said they charge each time to get equipment.. Even though I told the store rep we were sent down to do this and our DVRwas fine otherwise. Plus one they gave us was broken. The phone rep apologized for the store reps mistake and did credit.. But customers beware and keep an eye on your bill. Also, the day I went to this location.. They had 15 customers waiting and 3 reps. 2 of the reps were just chatting and didnt take a customer for 10 minutes while we just sat and looked at them.

Long time Spectrum customer now with Dish Network. Spectrum has Awful customer service with customer service associates that are rude with no concern for taking care of the customer. Management shares the same attitude as the associates.Waited for 1 hour to turn in equipment,with associates walking around talking. Spectrum office service certainly matches the poor, lack of training in house technicians each spectrum customer has experienced.

There were two people there today but one the guy was working. The other (lady) was just talking to someone for over two hours just chatting about daily things not even helping her. What was supposed to take a few minutes to replace a motum took an HR!! They didnt have name tags on but the guy should get a promotion for helping a WHOLE store on his own and the lady should be fired! Oh and this is the oy actual Spectrum store in Spartanburg, the others that show up on maps arent accurate locations.

If they want to be in the cell phone business they must improve their customer response time. They make Verizon look like the Chick-fil-A of customer service.
