My dad is 85 and was in need of a better hearing aid so we decided to go to miracle-ear,we have been there before but my dad was in question of whether or not to trust them or the prices so he went somewhere else,now he had been having issues with the cheaper brand that was purchased another doctor office,so now he is finally realizing that he needs a better hearing aid and more knowledgeable people.Mary Nunnery and Randy Ellsworth were so so helpful and knowledgeable,Randy explained so very well about what was best for my dad and Mary was so helpful and understanding about my dads needs as well.Thank God for people who really care about your loved ones needs and so very kind and has the patience to understand the circumstances.,so thank you .these kind people are a plus,we Highly recommend them.
