Well, I pd my payment in July for August-October. The wife got mad at me because we caught them in a lie. MY HUSBAND takes the trash to the end of the driveway Every Wednesday night for Thursday pickup. They did not pickup the trash and I texted the wife about it. She claimed her husband came by Thursday between 11am -12pm which could not be so due to my husband being recorded by our Ring device between that time & there was no visual of a truck of any sorts on our street. Needless to say Super Sanitation canceled my service and refused to refund the proper amount.She is Such a liar. I was Not rude. When ever there was an issue it was always resolved. I had No reason to get an attitude when I just wanted my trash to be picked up. I did not Harass you Via text. My husband place the trash at the end of the road Every Wednesday night.. We reviewed our Ring history & No trash truck pick up!! When I mention the ring history you got upset and Said We will pick up the trash & the bin I was clueless so I ask are you canceling my service? You said Yes. You did not give me the proper refund but its ok. We ALL reap what we sew...

Called & they were able to set up service and bring out a trash can the same day. The owner was very friendly and welcomed to the area.

The husband and wife team that run this operation are awesome. They took over from a company who had a hard time picking up for weeks in a row. Super Sanitation always picks up on time. They care about their customers and business. It is a small operation and if there is a change of pick up days or anything else they leave a note in a bag on the can. They maintain excellent communication with us. I have had to call them a couple of times, once because we missed our putting the trash out on time and it was over flowing. Paid a little extra and they came and picked up the next day because they had some availability. No other trash company would do that. I had to call another day because a drunk driver plowed over our trash can and mail box. The owner brought us a new can and hauled off our damaged one the same day. They are always very kind. I recommend them when anyone asks. We have used a couple of other trash services in the area and were very dissapointed. If you are looking for service give them a try. You will not be dissapointed.

We switched to Super-Sanitation after bad experiences with two other sanitation companies. Super-Sanitation has been very consistent. Theres only been a single instance that they havent been able to pick up on our typical day, and they notified us ahead of time to let us know, and gave us an alternate day for pickup that week. That kind of consideration would never have happened with the other sanitation companies we used previously.They also allow payment via paypal which makes things much simpler. I get a paypal request via paypal when payment is due, so its much easier to keep track of. Theyve been great for us, I have recommended them to others in our area.

Super inconsistent, that is more fitting. These guys cant keep days the same for anything, skip weeks. If somebody could start a waste business and do a good job...they could kill it. Do better.
