This is a great place for people who have no insurance or means to a hospital... Theyre always attentive, kind, friendly and always there to help.. furthermore, This is a wonderful service to our community for those that really need their help...They all are wonderful and thank you for being there..

Not responsive to HIPAA violation questions.I contacted them with questions about one of their providers (medical homes) and why prospective patients were required to sign multiple blank medical records releases in advance of any care at all. When the staff was unable to answer my question beyond a because AccessHealth requires it, I canceled my appointment and called the Director of Operations. Ms. McKee was indignant when she returned my call and also could not provide a reasonable explanation for the requirement. The next day, Ms. McKee claimed to have received a complaint about my asking questions of the staff regarding the documents. This is no different than victim-shaming in order to reduce the impact of their statements against an organization. I have pursued the issue of the medical releases and why prospective patients must compromise or altogether abandon their rights regarding their own medical records in order to receive medical care. The Director has failed to respond to my email at all. I have filed a complaint with regulators.
