Tony Smith and the crew at Percision Tune are great. Fast and efficient service. With very competitive prices. I have been getting engine oil and transmission oil filter changes. Had Belts replaced and highly recommended them.

The vehicle was shaking when breaks was applied and miss-firing. After service the problem was resolved. I would recommend them to anyone who needs tune up services. The price is also good, better than what the dealerships would charge.

I paid four hundred dollars to bring the car back the same day with MORE ISSUES THAN IT WENT IN WITH. And two days later they still havent fixed the issue nor communicated with me as I was told they would do throughout the day, I had to catch a ride after I got off work to the shop just to be told ILL CALL YOU WHEN I FIND YOU THE PART, and nothing still. I went to precision tune based on a previous customer recommendation feeling confident in their work, and left there without my vehicle running properly and four hundred in the hole.

Great Great service they treat you like family. Ive been coming to precision locations every since I started driving. Never have they let me down. One there one of the cheaper places two if they find something else and getting it done will save you money on labor they will let you know. So if you ever need a fix give precision a call and get it in there. Thanks again yall are great will be back.

Bad bad bad experience. i went with the complaint of coolant leaking and walked out with the same. charged me 2400$ and the problem still persists. he kept my car for more than 2 weeks and still the stearing fluid and coolant leaks. i dont recommend anybody to go to this place.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PRECISION TUNE! My truck spent over two months that led to a lot of money. Owner/Manager is not honest about how long the repairs are. Replaced the heads and tried to give it back barely running. A few weeks later, found out they didnt replace the oil.

Our car doesnt run right after going here and paying too much money to have it fixed.

The owner really helped me out when I was totally unprepared for big issues with my car. They couldve really raked me over the coals, like a lot of mechanics do. I will always take my car here as long as Im in Spartanburg.

This is the WORST AUTO CARE CENTER IN THE CITY. The staff is extremely rude and even argued with me and tried to fight me. I felt very unsafe and after I went for a high mirage oil change I still paid for things that they found wrong. They absolutely did not check my fluids or too them off which has resulted in my oil levels being significantly low nearly damaging my motor. Never ever waste your money here I highly do not recommend their services. Rude and unprofessional.

Had to be towed To Precision due to the bushing to the shifter cable broke. It’s 4:30 in the afternoon and we are 2 and 1/2 hours away from home. Very grateful for all their hard work to get us back on the road. They were able to fashion a bushing to get us home. Thanks Guys!

Took my car for a diagnostic. They said it was a small issue, paid for that then 3 other things went wrong. My check engine light came on after leaving the shop and my car has been misfiring ever since. Staff is rude and just wants your money

Their work is just as good as any other mechanic. But their pricing is extremely off you will end up paying close to 100% more than what it really cost for the job to get done. The first quote that was sent to me was for $639 for new oil pan and oil leveler. I took it to another mechanic shop 360. Mind you for a minor oil leak and a new radiator I paid $760 two months prior. And I feel bad that I did it. They will do work. But they do not know how to properly price parts and labor for particular vehicles. Out the gate they just going to give you the brand new price. Trust me it makes a big difference when you have a mechanic that puts the whole put picture together. 2003 Jetta 143000 miles

I was worried that my daughters brakes were not working right so I took them in for a break inspection. They checked the front, back, and emergency brakes thoroughly. They let me know that everything was in good shape. A lot of places would of taken advantage and charged anyways but I appreciate their honesty.

Ive never walked into a mechanic and been taken seriously since Im a female but here i was treated just fine. I brought my car in for what i thought was transmission issues and they asked all sorts of questions to beat understand what was going on. They do everything they can tho help you out.

Went there and was told 575$. Turned into 1700 when all said and done. I have videos and pictures of the mechanic sleeping in my car at a gas station. They kept my car for 2 weeks forcing me to pay for a extra week because they didn’t have my car ready. Then I get my car back finally and now the check engine light is on and I have a hard time accelerating. This place is the BIGGEST RIPOFF. I’m contacting the BBB with the video and pictures I have. Also contacting news media and Posting on Facebook. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP AT ALL. They will rip you off!!!!

Horrible service, they lie about the services that they perform on your vehicle and tell you things are wrong with your vehicle when it may be a whole different issue. I was told that i needed to replce my entire AC Compressor for over $600 i called a mobile mechanic out and he replaced the hose & it only cost me $60 for 30min worth of labor. If i could give them no stars i would. I paid for towing cost on my vehicle to go there just for them to give me inaccurate information.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS.....My boyfriend took my car into precision after my dad (a retired mechanic) warned him not to because they messed up my step mothers car.. they told him I needed a motor mount fixed it and my boyfriend was to return at 3:00 for them to finish fixing the cam arm or whatever but when he brought me my car at about 12:00 the windows or the air no longer worked. He called and told them what happened they claim they dont know why and then TOLD him THEY COULDNT FINISH MY CAR TODAY all of a sudden!!!!!!Aint it funny RIGHT Mid SPRING before the hot SUMMER in the middle of them fixing my car my windows that were working fine just magically stop working!!! Break the air and the windows so he can come back and pay for that to be fixed too right. they are so fraudulent .... these people are scam artists. They are the ones tearing your cars up and if they think they got away with it they have another thing coming

Had taken my car in for some warranty work to another shop, had them check for an oil leak i had noticed. Precision Tune had been the only shop to change my oil since i got my new car. Tech stripped the oil pan pug and left it. this could had cost me a lot more if that plug had fell out. lost my business.

Went with my girlfriend to get her oil changed. As to be expected, the shop wanted to upsell her on changing every filter and fluid (which did not need changing).When we got the car back, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Neither of us smoke and we had to drive with the windows down to alleviate the smell. Would not recommend and will not be going back.

Worst customer service I ever had.I would had gave them 0 stars but I didnt have a choice,they need to get courteous customer service people. went in to get an oil change and was rudely told that they were not servicing any more vehicles didnt even give me a chance to ask what I was there for, some lazy a** guy just lay back in the chair doing absolutely nothing. Had the never to tell me of I would had got there earlier I could had my oil change. First of all people work for a living, I dont have the luxury to get off early, I got there at 4 they close at 6, please give me a damn break pure laziness thats all. My daughter came home from college for Easter, travelling to Spartanburg from Charleston. Before heading home I suggested she get an oil change and the vehicle inspected to be sure all was OK. The shop that did the oil change and inspection in Charleston on her 2005 Honda Civic came up with about $2300 of recommended service & repairs. They did tell her that the car would be OK to drive for a while but needed some those repairs and services done very soon to be safe. I took the car to this Precision Tune shop to get a second opinion and they told me about 60% of the recommendations were not really needed at this time. We had the needed repairs done and they showed me the parts and stuff that got replaced and I believe they were needed (Im not an expert, but they looked pretty bad). This is a new shop in town and there was a promotional coupon discount applied for the work done (I like to save $). More important than the discount, I believe these folks were honest about what really needed to be done, they explained why and quoted the out the door price for the needed repairs up front. Their website gives you the option of making an appointment, but when I called them they said they were only a first-come, first-serve business. I asked why they allowed appointments online if they are not available and she gave me some rude sounding excuse.

This new Location is Amazing. They have free Wi-Fi and a Computer bar with a view. The comfortable chairs in the very spacious lounge were great, and a large area for the kids. The Staff was great to work with. Tony got me in and took care of me in a timely manner. I cant say enough great things about these guys. Give them a try if you are in Spartanburg you wont be disappointed.

The worst shop I ever seen. I went to replace starter motor. They didn’t know how to remove the part and made some damage in my car. The front desk guy was not polite. I would never go back to that shop.

I got my car towed to see what was wrong with it he said the transmission was bad with a very short check and told me it wouldnt move so I waited for them to really check it out for a week they never did so I went to pick it up they tried to charge me 60 bucks because it sit up there and lied and said I wouldnt make it pass the next red light if it moved then went outside and tried it said it would not move so I asked for my keys so I can try and made it all the way home only thing was wrong with my car was a tune up and an oil leak which was 300 dollars when he said transmission for 3000 dollars very poor mechanic s
