I really appreciated the sense of community the landlord Kevin worked so hard to achieve. He would work with people and would try to be patient but some people just take advantage and frankly I overheard so many excuses for abhorrent behavior. yes it is an old building, it is a room with a fridge and stove in it. Yes, the internet is not that great, so I got my own and it was fine. It was well insulated so i never heard any traffic noise when i was in my little place. The only reason we moved out was becasue we had an opportunity for a larger place at a good price. I was missing so much of my personal belongings that had been in storage for nearly a year.I would move back there at any time. thanks

Unlike the other reviewers, that are haters because they got evicted, I am a long time resident that appreciates how management actually cares. These people work hard to take care of their customers.

Lousy internet and owner not too nice, Moody. Kind of run down and expensive.

The place is a slum ! There is black mould and bedbugs . The manager is just out to get your $ . You give a written 30 notice and then he files an eviction notice on you so he can charge an extra $300 . DONT STAY THERE ! Place should be condemned.
