Needed a steel tailgate cover powder coated and they did a very good job. Lady at the front was nice and helpful. Unfortunately they were booked 3 weeks out but I am still happy with the work.

Advanced was the only place in Reno that had a oven large enough for my trucks flat bed. The staff is friendly, the prices are fair and the quality is good. Advanced is now my go to business for for all my powered coating needs.

Terrible customer service. Specifically the owner, who refused to stand by an estimate his staff gave but felt was too low of a price after we had already accepted the quote and dropped off our dump trailer. The woman we spoke with said all she needed was for us to send her some photos of the trailer and explain what we wanted. Great! We emailed photos. She sent back a quote for $400. She never asked us to bring the trailer down for her to look at or say that the trailer needed to be washed before the sandblasting could be done (which was one of the excuses the owner gave for why he couldnt stand by his employees quote). We dropped off the trailer and called the next morning to follow up. During this call the owner decided he had no idea of this quote and could not do the work for the quoted price. His next excuse was that the trailer needed to be washed before he could sandblast it. By his tone on the phone and in person it was obvious he was not interested in finding a solution to his problem. We picked it up and took it down the street for 2 more quotes. Both companies said you DONT have to wash a trailer before sand blasting it! The quote the girl at Advanced Powder gave was actually very close to the quote of the competing company we chose to use today. Terrible customer service.

Way too expensive for the quality of work you get.Seem friendly face to face but have poor follow through with requested details. Delivered poor quality work on a bicycle frame that I had to fix myself when I got home.

Ive had these guys do everything from bicycle frames to truck bumpers. The first job I had them do was an outside gate about 5 years ago, and it still looks like new.

I was in a huge bind, and Tami at Advanced did everything they could to get me to get me taken care of that day! Thank you so much!!!
