Wow 🤩 talk about living up to their name - these guys were great! I built a frame for a standing mirror and took it to them this morning - they had it beautifully installed and ready for pickup by the end of the day, These guys did not up sell me a thicker than needed mirror and really provided excellent service.

I needed a CUSTOM cut glass to install above my custom framing French Door installation. After providing the exact measurements, within 2 days I had my custom cut glass. Fit and Finish was PERFECT! Design on the glass is a vinyl overlay that we applied. So if you need GLASS FAST, you must GO to FASTGLASS!

Brought my semi truck to fast glass. I called and set up appointment to get done at their shop. Was able to do same day. I had a crack in driverside and decided to replace both. Excellent price and they stock cascadia windshields. 2 of there techs worked on my truck and unfortunately i didnt get there names but one was from Detroit. Both were super friendly and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend using them at the sparks location. I cant speak to the other fast glass locations. Cant thank you enough for getting me in and done quickly

My husband and I scheduled a time for a technician to come to us. They stated we would receive a call between 9am and 12pm. We do live a bit away from this company but they were recommended to us by people who have used them before so we figured we would give them a shot. We had three cars total that needed windshields either replaced or fixed. We live 35 minutes away from where they would meet us so we were limited on what we could do in the morning. We all cleared our schedules and stayed close to home so we could get there in time to get our windshields fixed. They never called. My husband tried calling them but it was a Saturday and the office was closed. We went to the town and waited to see if there was a chance the person was there, and they were not. My husband called the office on Monday to see what happened. The guy stated his technician called, which he did not. My husband informed him of this and the guy on the phone stated he was going to believe his technician over us. I will never recommend this business to anyone. Horrible customer service.

I called and made an appointment after a rock hit my windshield on the freeway. They had a perfect appointment for the morning time. I asked how long it would take and they said an hour and a half and they were just as fast as they said they would be. Im happy with the results as well a freshly installed windshield for my 2016 ho da cr-v.

I called the day before the 4th of July weekend to have a windshield on my car replaced. The employee I spoke to (John?) apologized that it would be a few days before they could get to it. I was just happy it wasnt going to be a few weeks. I was given a one hour window for the appointment 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. He showed up at 09:10 wearing Covid protective gear, thankfully. He was done in less than an hour and there were no broken glass pieces in my driveway. Very happy with this service all the way around.

I had went with fast glass for 2 broken windows in a rental home of ours, they were an hour late, they dont have the courtesy to call. After they got to our home I ask the guy installing to call us before he left so we could walk it with him. That didnt happen. I showed up 45 mins later and he was gone, my front door was lefted unlocked. I called fast glass, no one answered so I left a message. NO CALL BACK!!!! And then I see a charged on my credit card for the glass. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Do you self a favor and shop around for a better company. Stay AWAY from fast glass!!!!! Trust me.... youll be glad you did!!!!!

I had a great experience getting my windshield replaced. A day before I had safelite refuse me service because there was a little rust on my car (no where near my windshield) and required I’d bring it to an auto body shop before they could replace my windshield. I decided to shop around and made an appointment with Fast Glass the next day. They had plenty of available slots and worked around my schedule. Not only did they do a wonderful job replacing my windshield, they were also able to take off and replace my inspection sticker, rear view mirror, transponder, and even my oil change sticker. (That was something safelite said they couldn’t do for me)They even worked with my insurance when I made a last minute claim.Thank you so much for the great experience fast glass!

Bulleted and broken windshields are a huge disruption to my busy lifestyle, but they always schedule the repair or get me in same day at a fair price. Zach always works with my insurance when they cover the repair or offers a great rate if they dont. Over the years, Ive periodically comped competitors services. No one compares.

I needed a windshield replacement, and they had to contact the dealer to get the parts. Because I needed a rush job and they could not do it the day of, I called a few other services.First the price they quoted me was $250 dollars more. Which is ok for me, since it is a specialized glass and it was all business and they wanted to make extra profit.But after I found another service that could complete the job at the same day, Fast Glass decided to order the part from the dealership anyways and hold the part, so their competitor would not be able to complete the job for me.I am concerned about their business practices, and would not recommend it to anyone.---------------------------------------------Ok, a dude called me telling me on the phone that I am bad mouthing their business while he was just trying to help meI am trying to be as fair as possible, so here are some details and you can be the judge of that.Timeline:1. Called Fast Glass in the morning, and put in my CC for a deposit, total $930+, have to wait till tomorrow2. Less than 20 mins after, I got a quote from a competitor that could get the job done $250 cheaper and finish it today3. I called Fast Glass to cancel the order right away, since both these company have to get the glass from the same source, and there is only 1 piece of glass left. Competitor called the source, and the source said Fast Glass is holding on the glass, so the competitor could not have it. And Fast Glass was threatening me with a restocking fee if I did not go with their service. I confirmed that they did not try to stop the order because there is a process they have to follow, and they simply could not stop it.4. At that point, I was rather unpleased with Fast Glass, decided to eat the cost to go with the competitor.5. Fast Glass called me in the afternoon to ask me to go with them, since the glass had arrived. I said no, Id rather wait for a few days than working with them.6. My glass was fixed the second day in the morning7. The dude called me to tell the whole story on this review, and here it is. 8. He also refunded me the whole deposit.There are a few things that really bothered me working with the dude.- Why did the dude quote $250 more?- Why did not the dude call the source to have the shipment cancelled? It was 20 mins after the order, I would be surprised the source can get the glass onto the truck that fast. (The glass came to them 6 hrs after the initial call, and the source is only 10 mins away). So I knew they did not want to even try to cancel the order from the source- Why did the dude constantly telling me that he is trying to help me? He said that so many times.So here we go, I would agree I was a bit impatient since I really could use the car the same day, thats why I called a few other shops for the job. But I tried my best to let them know ASAP, in hope they would understand.

Please think twice before wasting your time and money at Fast Glass. Over the course of several months, Mark the auto glass guy repeatedly botched my windshield replacement job, broke expensive parts on my car, wasted untold hours of my time, treated me from start to finish with completely unapologetic and dismissive rudeness, dodged the acceptance of ANY form of professional responsibility (and instead childishly attempted to divert blame for his astonishing miscues to others), led me on with outright (and verified) lies, and ultimately stole my money by refusing any refund for the never successfully completed job (or for the broken parts). I’m now on my way to a competitor who has demonstrated (pleasantly and professionally) the knowledge and ability to clean up the mess I’m left with, and to correctly complete the job that Fast Glass could and would not. In the end, Mark’s comprehensive lack of competence or professionalism, along with his mind-boggling ineptitude in customer care, has at least provided me with foresight sufficient to prevent me (and now many others) from ever making the mistake of attempting to do business with Fast Glass again.

Carson City branch never returned my phone calls for quotes, had a difficult time getting someone to answer the phone to make an appointment. I had left several messages, then when I arrived my windshield wasnt in stock. They made me wait and took phone calls while I just stood there waiting. Very rude. I called to schedule an appointment to replace my windshield on my Ford Escape on Dec20. The receptionist was very friendly and they were able to book me an appointment he very next day. The staff were very friendly when I arrived and the process only took about an hour. The windshield looks great and the price was very reasonable! Would recommend to anyone needing a windshield fix
