Very easy to talk to regarding details of work. Explanation was very clear. We had a bad transfer case. Found that they do other work as well. We will probably use them in the future because I found them to be quite trustworthy and reliable.

Don, the service manager, was very professional and extremely helpful in explaining the scenario this car idiot (me) was experiencing. My 2001 Acura 3.2 CL Type S broke down in Truckee, CA and was towed to Scottys. After a factory rebuilt transmission was shipped from Milwaukee, it was installed in a timely manner. Following my drive to New Jersey, Dons availability for follow up, advice and answering questions was above the call of duty. Thanks.

I brought my sons Subaru in because the check engine light was on, and the guys at RPM diagnosed it as either a gasket or cracked block. I had had the gasket replaced 15k miles ago by RPM, and RPM took the time to take it all apart to see if it was a bad part or cracked block. They took extra time to check the block and found it was a bad part, not the block. They repaired the vehicle at very little charge, these guys are THE GREATEST, AND HONEST MECHANICS. I would not have known what was wrong, they took the time to diagnose it and fixed it at their expense. If you are looking for an honest business, this is the place to go, FIVE STARS!
