This is my second time using Wright Way Services for window cleaning. After Mike was finished my windows looked amazing. He took extra care to make sure my basement windows sparkled and looked as good as my front picture windows. For a small charge he even cleaned out the leaves and trash that had blown into the window wells and wiped them down. Mike goes the extra mile and gives great customer service.

Just had all of our exterior windows cleaned by Mike and he did an incredible job. He was very nice and his prices are great! We will definitely hire him again in the future! Our windows look beautiful!

Mike has done window cleaning for us several times now, and is always very professional and responsive! I appreciate that he is proactive in reaching out every 6 months or so to see if we would like to schedule service, and has text notifications when en route to our home. Highly recommend!

We were very pleased with the great customer service that we received from wright way. We got the deluxe clean. They cleaned and vacuumed out all our windows we are super pleased with the end result and our windows look awesome.

Never showed, never called. We called to get a quote and Mike came very quickly to provide one. The quote was good so we scheduled service for a couple weeks later on Saturday, Oct 6th. It rained that day, so Mike called to reschedule. We rescheduled for the 20th between 2:00 and 2:15, and they never showed up and never called. I tried to call them and left three messages but we waited the entire day for them to come, only to not get the windows cleaned and have an afternoon wasted. We are really disappointed that they couldnt even take the time to call to let us know what happened or to reschedule. Hopefully, they will read this.

Wow! They did such a great job! Mike had the flu on Saturday but still showed up to do the windows. I sent him home and he made time on Monday to do the job, and did a great job!

I have had years of window cleaning, some ok, some terrible...but NOTHING even came close to the fabulous job done by wrightway! I would gladly pay this amount each time to know that it would be done in such a professional, trustworthy manner. Mike went over and above to make my windows the best they have ever looked! I got the delux with window screens cleaned and the sills and groove thingys all cleaned out and lubricated. Well worth the investment for once a year. I highly recommend this service. you wont be sorry. (and then theres the rain warrenty!)
