I have been a customer of Big O Tire Spanish Fork store for 30 years. I have purchased tires and service from that store for 30 years and have been more than satisfied with their service and products. They always were helpful and would rotate and balance my tires of all of my vehicles at no charge. That all changed for me yesterday when I was told that that service would cost me 39.99. I was informed of that because I did not purchase my tires from them on my 2019 Silverado pickup. I said to the very rude person that the tires were original tires on the truck since it only had 25000 miles on it and that there had never been a problem with the last 6 rotations and balance services. I also let him know I would be purchasing a new set of tires for my wifes vehicle within the next year.He again repeated that it would be 39.99 for tire balance and rotation. At that time I said I would go somewhere else and left the store. The next afternoon I stopped off at Rockys Tire Pro store and explained my situation. They were able to get my truck in right then and do the service at no charge. I will be sending all of my business to Rockys for the next 30 years of my life and I will be recommending them to all of my friends, family, and business associates.

Rockys was great. I asked them to repack the bearings and replace the tires on a used tent trailer I recently bought. They did a great job and also did a quick check on the lights and things since it was used and I didnt know its history. They found that the main electrical connector cable, which had an adapter to convert the original 5 pin to a 7 pin, was shorting. They offered to fix that for a reasonable price too and the work they did looks really good all around. I even found that they lubed a few things that really make the trailer work much better that they didnt charge me for. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

They were fast and professional as well as friendly got me in as soon as possible and gave me a realistic time it would be done and had amazing work ethic thank you guys

Bad service I called at 8:00am to see if they would do service on my truck. I was told to bring it in that they would bring my truck right in the shop. It took them 7 hours to tell me they dint have time to check on my truck I decided to go get my truck and take it elsewhere definitely I do not recommend this shop at all

I was experiencing low tire pressure on a couple of my tires, so I had the Pros check then out, found no screws or nails. They put them back together with fresh air and I was on my way. Good to have them checked out by those that know what their doing. Thanks!

Messed up my truck terrible tuning work would not take it there I brought that truck in running fine left with it barley able to leave there lot because it kept on dying.if I could do zero star I would. Please do better I feel like they are very uneducated staff. Will be writing an email to there corporate about my complaint but I thought I should let others know heard there good at putting tiers on !!

Our brand new jeep rubicon has been to dealer and tire shop and couldn’t get a decent balance and wouldn’t ya know rockys in Spanish balanced them out and is smooth as ever in no time!! I’ve never had a better experience at any mechanic, garage, or auto parts store than I did today at Rocky’s. He and his staff are professional, friendly and thorough in their work. I put the wrong fluid in the wrong system and Rocky and his team were able to save my car and prevent thousands of dollars worth of damage. They fit me into a very busy week, performed a few other repairs for me and completed it ahead of schedule.My car is running better than the day I got it. Even the chronic issue with the ABS system has been fixed.I have full confidence in this guy, and his prices are great. They prefer cash, and there is a small fee for using a card, so come with a full wallet.

I have used Rocky’s for years. I recently go new tires at Rocky’s. They had to order the tires in. I didn’t have to wait very long to get them and when the tires came they were fast to get me in and out and back on the road. The tires were a great price and they were exactly what I needed. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Any tire store can sell you tires. These guys are all about building long term relationships. They sell tires. Their service, integrity and professionalism will keep you coming back year after year.

I took a bent rim into Rocks because I was told from other service centers that it was un-repairable. Rockys did a great job of fixing my rim and would recommend them to anybody.

Visit 1-Just had a tire mount and balance for my trailer spare. They were quick and provided great service!Visit 2-I put my own leveling kit on my truck. Tried to get an alignment done these guys were booked out and so I made the BIG O mistake. Long story short came back to these guys and they went through everything and didn’t charge me a dime to confirm the alignment and make a slight adjustment. I won’t go anywhere else again even if they are booked out a bit. Thanks guys!

I normally never leave reviews for places unless it’s unbelievably good or unbelievably bad. Unfortunately this was bad enough that I felt I needed to leave a review. We went in to get a tire patched on our vehicle and they were very nice to us at first, we got an appointment and as we arrived they said it would be about a 45 minute appointment. We tried to buy some time getting coffee, and we came back after about 30 minutes and they had not even started on the tire. We didn’t worry about it and sat in the vehicle until they called us in. We ended up waiting in the vehicle for 2 HOURS before they even came out to get us. They finally took the vehicle in and after about 20 minutes they came back out and they said that the hole in the tire is too big for any patch to fix. We waited nearly 3 hours for nothing at all, and they didn’t even apologize for anything. I’m not saying don’t go to this place, because I’m sure they can do an excellent job with other situations, but it didn’t work out for us. Probably won’t be coming back, and I don’t completely recommend it either. Not leaving this review to be rude or anything, I just thought I would share my experience to help others avoid the same situation.

Their customer Service was great. We had a low tire warning come on in our car. Went to a different tire shop because they were close to where we needed to go. They wanted us to buy 4 new tires. We left and went to Rockys Tire Pro Shop and they tried to fix the hole in our tire but it wasn’t possible. They sold us a used tire to get us back home (2 hours away). They took great care of us and made sure we were safe to go home. I will go back to them whenever we are in need of service and in the Spanish Fork area!!!

I have had good service until now scheduled my truck to be looked for the same thing. Scheduled 3days prior and let them know drop off at 6 am and need it back before day end company truck cant be left. Came in at 130 nothing done no communication and now my problem not going back

Needed a quick tire replacement on a jet ski trailer on the way to the lake and even though they were slammed, they fit me right in and even got me a cold root beer. Good ol tire pros!!

I stopped by because I was told by another tire shop that one of my tire pressure sensors was bad and needed to be replaced. Rockys got my car looked at quickly. They scanned all the sensors and said they were fine and reset everything so my tire pressure light turned off. So glad I stopped in! Very grateful for the honesty and integrity here.

This is a great company that does a great job, great at what they do and very friendly. They didn’t have the tires I wanted and gave me better tires at the same price and checked why my engine light came on. We will support them and do all of our car maintenance with them for now on.

Jack at the desk was very friendly and was willing to mount the tires for me even though it was late in the afternoon on a Friday. Another place wouldnt help me until the following Monday, which was too late.The price was reasonable, and exactly as he quoted. It was a great experience.

Guy at the counter was super nice and helpful, I went in for an alignment after swapping in some new parts. They got me all taken care of and my car was back to driving straight as an arrow! The service was awesome, will be going back for further business.

First time I had come here. My tire had a nail or screw in it and needed it fixed. They were very friendly as I entered the establishment and took care of me right away. I am so happy with the service at Rockys! We were getting ready to leave for Lake Powell and I was not familiar with taking care of the boat trailer. It was brought to my attention that I should check the bearings. Rockys fit me in and even though they were swamped they got a bearing replaced and packed the others. They adjusted my car tire pressure and also the truck and trailer tire pressure and replaced a wheel all before noon so we could get packed and ready! They also gave me great information for future maintenance on my trailer! And....they were nice! They have my business!

The people at Rocky’s have always been fair and have gone above and beyond for my family and I. They are truck/car people and care about being you being happy with your purchase/service and getting you what you need not just selling what’s hot at the moment.
