Been using h&r block the last 2 years. And I love it. The only reason Im giving 2 stars and not 5 is because I called today and the lady who answered just had a terrible attitude and seemed like she didnt even want to take my call. I asked her for my 2019 taxes and she told me to check online. I asked her if there was a charge to get them online and she rudely said no like I was stupid for asking that question. Which she is wrong. It says I have to pay 10$ in order to get my 2019 taxes. She was rude and needs to work on leaving her bad attitude at the door. H&R block is awesome but the lady who helped me is why Im giving only 2 stars.

The man who helped me was very good to explain things to me and to quickly get my information taken care of. I really appreciated his help. I also appreciated the way he was able to take what I owed for this heap fron the return I will receive. A great visit that relieved my mind of many questions I had.

We love working with DeeDee Schmidt! She has helped us out for the past few years and she always does great work.

Dee dee was fast and efficient. I enjoyed her and her service. I do feel as is the filling fee was steep, though. This is not a reflection on dee dee.

Friendly and helpful staff. Have been and will probably continue to go every year. It is a bit pricey but I feel confident that if anything happens they will take care of it.

The service was fine except for the tax advance. I was thinking the up to 3000$ advance would be based on how much you are getting on your return, not that it was credit based. I didnt not want my credit pulled or consent to that.
