I dont write reviews very often....but I was so impressed with their customer service that I had to! Everyone should rent from these guys. I rented on a whim (literally the day of)....and I was worried when I reserved it online that they may not see it in time. Within about 10 min of booking it - they sent me a text giving me instructions for pickup, etc! They answered my questions promptly and were so nice. Pick up was quick and easy...and the instructions they include with it are super helpful! Will def be renting again! Their prices perfect too - I looked around at others....and Im so glad I went with these guys! The kids loved every second of it! We rented the Pirate Bay for my 2 yr olds party. Im SO glad added the balls to my order - they were a hit! Totally recommend adding that on.

Rented bouncy house/water slide for my 5 year olds birthday party. It was perfect! All the kids loved it. Prices are very reasonable. Payment and pick up were easy and set up was quick with the included instructions. We will definitely reccomend this company.

Wonderful bouncy house with water slide. Nine of our grandchildren, from ages 1 1/2 - 10 absolutely loved it. They played for several hours without getting bored. We will definitely rent this again. It was very affordable for an ENTIRE day.

We had a great experience with Radford rentals. The kids had a blast on their water slide bouncy!

The prices are great, time period for rentals fantastic (23 hours) and drop off and pick up are easy, but the equipment is quite old and run down. The Velcro is worn out in many places that holds up hoses and where the hoses connect is so old, the connection is really poor for a regular garden hose.

Super friendly and accommodating service. Best prices in the valley. Book em now and thank me later.

I have rented from a few different places before and this was one of the nicest ones we have rented from. They were easy to work with for pick up and drop off times and the bounce house was in very good condition. They were awesome!!! Way cheaper than the big companies... And the bouncy house was good quality. Costumer service was stellar...they were very friendly and flexible. I forgot to return the stakes for the bouncy house and they let me return then a few days later, no charge. I will definitly be using them again!! 👍

I was a little nervous due to the fact I would have to set it up myself but the price was way too good to justify paying to have it set up for me. Turns out it was actually super simple and not bad at all. They walked me through how I would set it up and Im extremely happy I didnt go spend more money rather than doing it myself. Id definitely recommend these guys!

Great price and great equipment. However, their customer service is very poor! I was really let down trying to use a smaller/local company. I was told they would work something out with me on return time for a water slide I reserved, (my 3 yr old sons party being at night) and after I signed the paperwork, they were very rude and unwilling to do so. They told me to use it dry or return it. (Who wants to use a water slide dry?) It was the day of the party so I chose to keep it and let the kids play for an hour and I took it down to make sure it was returned on time so they didnt keep our deposit. It was stressful to say the least and when we returned it (to their home), nobody was there to pick it up. We called and he said there was a video camera at the door and could see we returned it. It was very unprofessional and rude. I still dont understand why if they werent home at 9, why something couldnt be worked out to let us keepit an extra hour. According to the owner, just because were the customers doesnt mean were right. My advice, dont rent if you have a party after 5:00, it takes the slide 3 hours to dry in the sun. Not worth it.
