I had water start leaking in my condo one morning and talked to the people over at 1-800 water damage. Gerald sent someone over within 30 minutes, assessed the damage, got a fan and dehumidifier in and a report in my email by the end of the day. They were very responsive and very upfront about the whole process.I would definitely recommend their services to anyone!

We came home from vacation to find our house flooded from a broken water softener. Our home owners recommended 1800 water damage. I called and Gerald the owner said he would send a team right out. Within an hour Gerald and his team were there. They lifted our furniture off the ground to prevent further damage, they put fans, sucked out the water they could etc. Chabrise, and Andrew a couple of times, came every day after that always when she said she would and on time. Chabrise is very professional, knowledgeable, and a friendly employee. She would walk you through each of the steps in case you didn’t have a clue what they were like me. She even tolerated my dog that insisted on her attention while she was at our house. I would definitely use this company again knowing an employee like Chabrise is working there and an owner like Gerald owns it.

Gerald is amazing with 1-800- water damage. We had a water line burst in our basement ceiling on a Sunday afternoon. Gerald was at my house in no more than 15 minutes. He helped identify the problem and cleaned up the damage quickly. He then dried out the carpet, walls and ceiling over the next few days. He left no chance for mold and other more serious problems. He came and taught us how to fix the damages for free. He returned with a free fan and came back a few days later to pick it up. He never charged us anything. Definitely not in it for only money. I was really impressed with the service and mannerism of these guys. Very reliable and fair in pricing too. These are people you can trust in your home.
