I asked for a laser printing job for 2 stacks of card stock paper. One half was a stack of tickets. The other half a stack of fliers. The stacks I had copies were all slanted and not properly aligned. This particular location did everything they could to help me out and get as close as possible to my desired outcome even though I barely gave them anything to work with. They even felt bad and ended up giving me a discount when they had no reason to nor did they have to. I never got to go in and pick these up, but I really appreciate everybody here for going that extra mile.

Frank is such an amazing person! I needed to drop my package off on a Saturday but they close at 6. I was running extremely behind and called them at 5:56 PM to see if theyd wait a bit longer. Frank went above and beyond for me-he not only waited for me after closing, but he turned the computer back on so he could scan in my package and print my receipt 😊😊 I am so grateful he helped me!

The staff was incredible. They were so kind and went the extra mile to help me get a very large box shipped. I am extremely grateful for their willingness to help me.

I LOVE this FedEx location. The employees are so helpful and kind, and have always help me get quality prints when I need them. I am a graphic designer and have worked with lots of frustrating print providers in the past, but this FedEx location never disappoints.

The staff is always helpful. I have this placed for years for my print jobs, large and small. Prices are as good as anywhere else. I love all the tools they have in store for projects, cutting boards, staplers, laminating, etc.For shipping, any place is better than the US Postal Service! FedEx has good rates and Ive never had any delivery issues.

Really expensive to print, really expensive to fax, waited 15 minutes just to pay for the fax. Pretty inconvenient.

Service is generally friendly and I dont usually have anything to complain about but today I went in to have a scan done of one of my drawings. It came out with a shadow on one side of the drawing. The rep didnt have any idea how to fix it and charged me full price for the scan! Not happy about it.

Spent two hours there today. Wanted to ship a shipment to one of our customers and they just couldnt do it. Although they did try and try and try, ultimately it was a waste of my time and I ended up having to figure out a shipping solution through FED EX MYSELF. BEWARE!!! Ive never had a moments trouble with shipping UPS. Fed Ex may be just a bit cheaper in most cases but in this case it cost me almost a quarter of my work day. That adds up! How can that compare with saving a few cents? Even the post office can take care of my shipping needs when I walk in there. They might not be nice or happy, but they never make you take your packages and load them back into your car because they simply cant figure out how to ship your packages.

Small, quick, and easy to get things done. Anytime that I needed something done, these guys were able to make it happen without the were swamped so you should be able to pickup next Wednesday line that I get from the places north of us.

I always buy my shipping labels online, but its great having a location so close that I can drop the packages off at.

Kind and helpful every time Ive gone in, even when I wasnt buying anything. I just wish they had better hours.

They have a very bad habit of throwing packages. They just threw my package containing a new cell phone over my porch railing because the driver couldnt be bothered to walk 2 feet to the porch enttance.

Binding and printing wasnt too bad, but was kind of costly. Shipping is generally easier and less expensive to do via USPS.

Way too expensive for the service you get.... took them FOREVER to print something for me. Then I called the next day to get their email address to get one more thing printed and she said to call back that there were too many people in the store. They dont have enough employees for the store. Id drive to Provo to a professional company before I would go there again.

Friendly helpful staff. Usually a wait around the 5-5:30 time. Otherwise no wait usually.

I paid extra for a service and did not get the service promised. They did not take responsibility or admit any wrong doing . Result was a damaged item and a dissatisfied customer . This is the third item Fed-Ex broke . All my shipping is going elsewhere. Wish I could leave less than one star.

Needed information to ship something out of state, the guy was useless, said I had to talk to another location but didnt have the number for that other location.
