I brought my mentally disabled mom in for long overdue dental care. We were met with compassion, patience and dignity; unfortunately, this is not always how it is for someone with disability. The hygienist and dentist were professional, took their time to educate, and and never once winced even though my moms teeth were decayed and falling out. My mom is afraid of the dentist and when she left, she commented how everyone was so nice. I feel so blessed to have found this place for my mom! Thank you!

Everyone in this office are the most professional, kind people and are very good at what they do. Ali was my hygienist today and she was very gentle and thorough. I couldnt be happier with Cascade Family Dental providing my dental needs.

This was the first time going to a Cascade Family Dental. The staff was amazing and the office is bright and open. I loved the colors in the office. I liked that even though it was brand new it didn’t reflect in their pricing. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great place came here and they were very concerned about how I was as a patient. Went to a different dentist and they quoted me 2 root canals for over 4000 dollars came to cascade and they said I didn’t need root canals and cost came down to 400. To say I am impressed would be an understatement.

Cascade Dental has a very pleasant, proficient staff.Amber was waiting for me as I walked in the door and immediately escorted me to the dental chair and started the procedures of cleaning my teeth and taking x-rays.When Amber finished, within minutes Dr. Allred came in and completed the examination.Both Amber and Dr. Allred were totally friendly.This appointment was very satisfying.

We love this dental office! Everyone is so friendly to work with. Both kids and my husband had teeth cleanings and they got all 3 scheduled for the same afternoon. I have gone to Cascade dental for probably 6 years now. I went today and was in and out in 35 minutes. Everyone there is awesome. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We have been going here for about a year and half. The hygienists are super nice with our 3, 5, and 11 year olds and do a great job getting every one clean. We have also enjoyed the dentists only problem is they find cavities once in a while but I guess that is not their fault.😆Oh my favorite part is the massage chair and water feature in the room.

My family and I got the best cleanings of our lives at this dentistry today! Very friendly and helpful staff. They took their time and were exceptionally thorough. They were great with my kids who both said they actually had a fun time as they have an entire treehouse with a spiral slide in their children’s playroom.

I had a fantastic experience for my first visit. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was gentle, which was something I needed. The exam chair had a vibrating massager, which is always nice. I was in and out real quick for my exam. And even though I am a grown man they still let me take home a couple of rubber ducks at the end when I asked.

Some of the nicest and most professional staff and Dr.s around. We almost always have to reschedule our appointments at least once due to our work schedules and they always accommodate us with a smile. The hygienists are incredibly gentle and were always happy with the results. Their indoor playground for kids in the waiting room is awesome, however its been closed due to Covid unfortunately but hopefully theyll reopen it in the future.

PLEASE READ MY REVIEW.UPDATE: I usually dont write negative reviews or really any reviews at all, but this time is different. I feel like this experience really needs to be said. Its been terrible. I went with them because of all the great reviews Ive read and decided to just go with it and give it a shot because Ive had other past terrible experiences with other dentists and this place had nothing but positive reviews. Well, that was a mistake. I went in to get a crown done on my bottom back molar, and it went all great until I realized they grinded my top molar to fit the temporary crown on my bottom tooth better until I got my permanent one. I know its been grinded down because I have before photos of my teeth of a few days before I went in. Im no expert, but isnt the correct way to do things, is to grind the temporary down to fit better instead of my perfectly fine actual tooth..? Also, I have now received my permanent crown and now having pain on my top tooth (that was grinded down) that I havent had before as well as my crown does not fit well and is giving me lots of pain. I also forgot to mention she dropped my temporary crown on the floor when she was grinding it to fit and decided to put it right back in my mouth anyways. I highly DO NOT recommend, please dont go there. Ignore the positive reviews.

Liked this place, but when I go in for a cleaning with an appointment and have to wait for the dentist to check my teeth for almost an hour that is way too long.

The staff was so helpful when my very anxious son was getting his teeth cleaned and my toddler was wandering around the office. One of the front desk ladies took him to go get a toy and play with him while I stayed with my other son. It was such a relief to know they were both getting their needs met.

The staff arevery friendly and knowledgable. They make you feel at home and at ease.

I cannot say enough great things about Cascade Family Dental!!!! Everyone is sooo nice! My whole family came in for our check ups. Me, my husband, 12 year old, 4 year old and first ever dental visit for the 2 year old. They were so accommodating and were so good with the little kids. Fantastic experience. My husband and I are so happy with the Spanish Fork office! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! They are kind enough to provide headphones and tv viewing during cleaning/dental work. Cascade Family Dental are very accommodating and helpful. A couple of my kids get anxious about going to the dentist, but in their office they have the options of watching movies/tv/or playing the Xbox. And the massage feature on the chairs relax them and make going to the dentist stress free.

First time going to Cascade Family Dental and having a cleaning done. They are out of my insurance network but I wanted to go there anyway because its very close to home and have great reviews and I expected to just pay everything in full out of pocket which I was fine with and without even asking for a discount they gave me a great deal which I appreciated very much. The team there are all very friendly and I will definitely continue to go there in the future!

We found this dentist office when we moved to Spanish fork and we love it here! The office is clean and nice. I had an appointment today and had to bring my boys and they were so excited to go because of their play place. Everyone is really kind. I’ve seen both Doctors and really them both. They pay attention to detail and i appreciate how they tell me what things will cost and what my insurance cover before they do them.
