The Clinic staff is all amazing! I have been to the NP, Physical Therapist, Nutritionist and Therapist. They are all fantastic. Friendly while maintaining a professional realtionship. We love them all!!

Frozen Deliveries NEED light weight and heavy weight. You can do this on shipping end if you know about it. I heavy weighed in Iowa and figured I could light weight here after unloading. No way. They want both tickets from the same scale. ( two different cat scales only 40 lbs different) but cost more in another scale ticket and time. If it wasnt for this run around not bad uplo

FROZEN DELIVERY Get your Loaded Scale at Loves before delivery! You will have to go get it after you check in so save yourself time. Then they take out load you have to go get it empty scale and bring it back... then you get your paper work...enough space from street to get into a door. Overnight in the door or on the street.Would be 5 star if you dont have to deal with scale system they have...Dont be lazy! Work smart!

My husband and I had an appointment with the Nurse Practicioner and the employee at the front desk said that my service dog was not allowed. I explained to her ADA law and she talked with the doctor. He came out and said that they dont allow service dogs. When I said that service dogs are medical equipement just like a wheelchair or another assistive device. The doctor giggled and said, No, I dont think so.Denying access to someone with a disability/service animal is against the law. I have filed a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice. Under title three of the ADA, privately owned medical offices have to provide accomodations for the disabled and their service dogs also.BE CAREFUL going here if you have a service animal. Hopefully they will know better for the next service dog team that enters their facility.

Make sure you have a printed scale ticket. They do allow overnite parking in door on frozen side for deliveries. Would have rated 4 star but having to start my clock to drive 5 miles to get a scale ticket and come back to wait over an hour for unloading ruined it.
