Very friendly staff and great service. Came here for a rental after being in a car accident and they made sure to explain everything to me and were very caring. When I had to return the vehicle I told them it would be closer to their closing time since I was going to a dealership to look at a vehicle the staff “snow” let me know I was able to use their after hours return service which made me less stressed and enjoy my experience even more. Thank you!

I needed a rental due to unexpected car trouble and the Spanish Fork crew were good enough to get me a car in a decent time frame over the July 4th weekend and bring it to my home since I had no way of picking it up. This was a hassle free experience. Easily booked the vehicle online and didn’t have to pay until we picked up the vehicle in Spanish fork. Vehicle was in great condition and had no problems. We put just over 4000 miles on the vehicle in just over a week for vacation. I guessed on the return time and we ended up returning it half a day early rather than drive it back to the drop off the following day. I was refunded part of the money for returning it early! Great business and I would definitely use them again!!

Definitely 5 stars for the quality of the car. It was very comfortable & easy to manage.My one star will go to the staff members who fail to communicate or train staff members about the policies. Please dont tell a customer that you are absolutely sure, they are able to pay with 2 forms of payment if your name is on both credit cards and when its time for pick up, the manager tells you its not their policy.Thankfully, I was able to rent the minivan.

My 50 year old mother went there to rent a car at 5:00 pm this location closes at 6:00pm. She was told that they were closed. She protested saying “you don’t close until 6:00”. she was told “we don’t have any cars available.” (There were multiple cars in the lot at this time. Now they could have been truly out of cars, I’m not experienced in the dealings of rental agencies.) But what followed after this encounter, was three young men all approaching my 50 year old mother cornering her and pushing her out of the store. My father (that was waiting in the car) then approached with a raised hand ready to defend his old lady. He restrained himself and did not give these men the beating they deserved. He was call the morning after by the Spanish fork police and charge with a “trespass”. This all happened in the Spanish fork enterprise car rental. Do not go here they really suck.

Never rent a car from Enterprise. I was an hour past my return window because we were sick and hit backed up traffic on our way home. They charged me a full day when they said over the phone it would be 1/3 of a day.(Still ridiculous that they can’t waive a fee for being an hour late!)Now we have to wait for a “regional manager” to call us back to get our $65 back. If they decide to do that. With no ETA on when they will decide to cal us back.I will never rent from this place again. It’s a shame because I’ve rented exclusively from them for years and referred everyone I knew to them. I will now be severing this relationship permanently.

I just barely called the Spanish Fork Enterprise location to let them know that I would be dropping off a rental car and apparently due to COVID they are unable to give my baby and I a ride home... Thats some great customer service!!! I was in a wreck and the reasoning for me having the rental was due to me not having transportation but clearly thats not a concern to them!!! What a disappointment and poor management...

The employees at this location are fantastic to work with!! I actually rented 3 different vehicles in the time frame of 5 weeks (due to unfortunate events with my own personal vehicle). The last one we unfortunately hit a ladder on the freeway. Thankfully the construction company owned up to it and gave me their insurance to pay for the damages which was around $550. The employee I worked with was Snow and he was very professional with every aspect of the whole ordeal. Even though we didn’t get the extra insurance he offered to get me a new vehicle if we needed it. Unfortunately and fortunately we were on our way to return the vehicle when this happened so we didn’t need another one. Snow handled everything great we gave him the others insurance and he took care of the rest. Even months after the incident Enterprise damages recover department came after me for some cost related to that problem, I called the SF location and spoke with Snow again he actually remembered us and the accident and told us not to worry and to have the damage recovery department to call him directly and he would take care of it, he gave me his direct number, and email. He must have had them call him because a few weeks later I received a letter saying the charges were dropped and everything was taken care of.Thank you again Spanish Fork Enterprise for all the hard work you gave my family and myself!! Made a bad experience bearable.

Excellent car, I rented a Nissan altima. Made me want one. 39 mpg. Had no problems.

Closed on Sunday’s so I would have to pay for an extra day if I wanted to rent from them. If your religion prevents YOU from working on Sunday’s why would you pick a franchise that is open 7 days a week everywhere else?

I was in a accident Tuesday and my car was totaled. I called enterprise because thats who the guy who hit me insurance adjuster told me to go through. I was told someone would be calling me to arrange a time for pick up .3 hours had gone by and no call. I finally called them and asked whats going on. No apologies or explanations just you can come now. We close in a hour and a half. Im already obviously having a bad day because my car is totaled and I had explained that when I arrived. We walked out side and inspected the vehicle everything was fine. When it came time to pay the deposit they told me they dont accept mt card and ripped the keys out of my hand. I explained to them its the only card I have and they showed 0 sympathy and basically told me tough luck. I ended up calling hertz and not only getting a vehicle but getting treated with respect. I would not recommend these guys to anyone.

I am a regular user of Enterprise vehicles. I always work with the great young men at the Spanish Fork office. They are always very friendly and positive. I have never had one problem, issue or frustration working with them. They all work very hard. The new manager Corey has been just as terrific as the others. Corey is now my go to guy. I am picked up at my home when I need a car and dropped off at my home when I return it. VERY CONVENIENT!! The cars are always clean and ready for me. I love going to the Spanish Fork office. In fact just today i reserved a car for all of next week. Cant wait to see what they have for me. I give them five stars or one big Sun.

Because I live in a small town that doesn’t have a rental car company, I had to drive through the canyon over an hour to get to them.They gave me a Kia Optima that was in poor condition and the a/c doesn’t work. I let them know about it and they said that they could switch me out but I’d have to drive back over the canyon (over a 2 hour round trip for me).I told them that it’s not my fault that they gave me a car with problems and asked them to deliver a car to me, but they said they can’t do that. I already went far out of my way to do business with them, so why can’t they find a way to help me when it’s their fault they gave me a bad car?

I guess I have never had a better customer service experience anywhere. These guys (Andrew, Sno, etc) went out their way to help us out when our rv broke down near Spanish Fork. They picked me up 10 minutes after I called, upgraded us and generally could not have been nicer or easier to deal with. Highly recommend!

Sergio was sweet, attentive, and demonstrated excellent customer service. I had a great experience renting from the Spanish Fork location. I would rather go to this location than Provo where some of the female reps were incredibly rude and not helpful in the least.

Dave is by far the best representative at this location. Anytime I have had any problems he has them resolved the same day!! I am the CEO of think outside the box marketing and due to the amount of traveling required for my job I use a lot of rentals. Highly recommend these guys!

I have a family member that has gotten into an accident and only has one card and they told her that the card she has isnt good enough even though its a visa card. They are trying to charge her ridiculous prices even though the insurance is covering it and are not willing to work with her what so ever. Ive known multiple people who have been in the same situation and never had to pay a dime. They were helped my friend really well but for someone who is on a restricted income and has a family she has to support for and they are trying to screw her over. I would not recommend going to them. They could at least try to give her every detail instead of having her play the run around game and then tell her Shes pretty much screwed.

We have used Enterprise many times and weve always had a good experience. Super nice employees and I really appreciate being picked up, super helpful when youre a single Mom. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a rental.

Ive rented twice now and had a good experience both times. This past time I called post-rental to let them know about an item on their car that is becoming loose and they may want to fix it before it got worse. The agent was asking how can we make it up to you? Nice yet unnecessary offer. Important part was accomplished by agent was to get it checked out so a future renter didnt run into an mechanical issue. Will rent again because of the good quality and customer service.

Hard to work with, totally inflexible on picking up a vehicle near 5pm, 5pm is a ridiculous closing time anyway.

The employee that worked with us was very polite and courteous. He called in advance to confirm the pickup and dropoff times, quickly answered any questions, and I didnt feel pressured when I was offered the additional coverages.Even though I was overcharged for an additional driver who was my domestic partner, they were prompt to correct the error and reimburse me when I contacted them. There was zero hassle and it was immediately resolved. Fantastic service!

Wonderful experience with this car rental! They picked me up 15 mins away and got me set up very quickly and efficiently with a great vehicle. I also loved that I was able to take the vehicle back after hours when it was easier for my family to deal with shuffling cars.I also loved that there was a texting option for questions or concerns.

Good place to rent a car a good price. Even though I always find it weird that the person that helps you and only interacts with you, asks if you’re service has been good, awkward situation. Other than that, I recommend it.

Edit/Update 8/4/15: After reading these reviews, they contacted me. We talked about it and they agreed to refund the additional fees. I expected a lot less. Good to know that its still possible to do good business in a world rife with scams and cheats. Thanks for fixing this and making me happy Enterprise.Got in an accident, other partys fault. The at fault partys insurance arranged for a rental through these guys. I told my wife not to get the insurance because our auto insurance already covers for issues with rentals. They talked her in to it anyway and the cost of the insurance ended up being more than the daily rate of the rental itself. So basically, we still had to pay a lot of cash out of pocket for an accident that wasnt our fault. Enterprise knows that auto insurance usually covers rentals, yet they push their insurance/damage waiver hard and make you think that you really do need it. Getting a rental after an accident is already undesirable and stressful. High pressure tactics to upgrade the insurance is a pretty self-serving practice that doesnt really have the customers best interest at heart. They should at least ask if you already have sufficient coverage.Shame on me for not reading every letter and fully understanding all the hidden fees and rules. Regardless, they were completely unsympathetic. I wont be using Enterprise anymore.

The staff was awesome and they take care of everything and make sure you are aware of everything that you need to know and the vehicles are great especially the Chevy equinox the best vehicle i have ever drove and they also sale vehicles so they will hook you up and get you into a new vehicle

Worst company ever first of all if you wanna be picked up excpect a 2 hour delay and not a call back I had to call 5 times. Then to get to the store can’t pay with a credit card over the phone or cash they were very rude. We have rented from enterprise for years thousands of dollars never again go to Hertz!

I had a great experience from the Spanish fork enterprise. Mark was very helpful and nice although there was a shortage of cars when I first arrived he was great about reassuring me that they were coming and gave me first choice when they got there. I will be renting thru them again.

Check out was quick. I wish that they had later hours. They close at 6:00 pm. The salesman was friendly, a little pushy, but not more than you would expect.

Update: I was contacted by Enterprise Corp. then the regional manager, and things were discussed and clarified. They took care of the extra, unnecessary insurance fees. Will change from 1 start to 3 star for their reaching out and clearing up the matter.----Would NOT recommend this Spanish Fork location; high-pressure tactics used to push people into paying for insurance through Enterprise even though it is not needed, I already had 2 layers of coverage...After running my credit card for the rental and getting everything setup, I thought I was good to go. Then they came with me to the car to show me basic functions of the vehicle etc. At that time I was told that my insurance was not enough to cover any damage that might happen to the car. I have comprehensive/full insurance on my personal vehicle as well as high-value coverage through AMEX anytime I rent using my AMEX credit card. However, they said this still wasnt enough and pressured me to purchase theirs on top of the two layers I already had...THEN, if that wasnt enough, they proceeded to tell me that I would be charged a minimum of $10,000 for any damage done to the vehicle even if it was merely a rock chip... I was very displeased with this policy and asked to speak with the manager, Mark. He came out and proceeded to pressure me with the same example of any small damage done would result in a $10,000 minimum out of my pocket regardless of any insurance coverage I already had.I then asked to see that $10,000 policy in writing, but they did not have it on hand to show me and stated that it was part of a lengthy contract that you wouldnt even want to look through anyway. This upset me. I was already running late to pickup my clients who flew in internationally because enterprise neglected my pickup request and picked me up 90 minutes late only after I called to remind them of my pickup... Then the manager said well, if you cant pay the $10,000 when any damage happens, I can just send you to collections and have them take care of it At this point I was frustrated, feeling threatened even though I hadnt done anything, and disappointed that these tactics were being used. I ended up paying for the additional insurance just to get on my way, which jumped my $150 rental to $250+, and was very displeased with the methods used to get someone to pay for their unnecessary insurance even though I already had it covered, twice.I have used Avis in Provo several times in the past and had a much better experience every time.

They were 45m late for picking me up for my appointment. Made me an hour an half late for work. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Spanish fork Utah location.Customer service was great, responded to my concern quickly and handled my situation really well. Changed my review from 1-4star
