I am an attorney in NYC and reached out to Lucky Bail Bonds to assist with a bail release in Utah County. Heather picked up the phone and was very professional and detailed from the start. Within the same day and within a couple hours of posting bail, the person was released. Prior to accepting any funds Heather also made sure that there would not be any other issues that would delay a release on bail. While living in another state, I was trying to get a bond for an out-of-state relative. This bond company showed a great deal of professionalism. They answered all my questions and spent hours discussing how things worked in Utah. They offered low prices and explained the differences because of my being in another state. After several days, I realized I didnt need a bond, but they went above and beyond by still helping us navigate through the release process. This bond company dealt with the towing company, getting my relative released and settled into a hotel. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, they will be my number one choice for sure.

Ive used them twice now they are the most friendly, caring people Ive had to deal with. They helped my bad situation become a lot better. They gave me advice to stay in jail for 24 hours and my Bail would lower and it did it went from 18,000 to 1,000 they could of not told me that and got more money but they didnt.
