I have enjoyed living here. My apartment has always been well maintained and the staff has always gone out of their way to help with any issues. I am relocating for work, but would recommend this complex.

Very nice apartments. We moved here from CA 5 months ago and Luis got us in right away. Clean, nice views, nice grass, quiet enough, and Luis is super responsive and very easy to work with. He worked hard and got us in right away. My fridge had a leak and he got us a brand new one within a couple days. Apartment is clean, bright, and open. New paint and carpet. Every maintenance call is responded to right away. Beautiful location, professional and friendly staff, very happy here. -Lisa

Pretty good for an apartment complex. I moved out of there in the summer of 2013 to buy a house. I liked the view from the 3rd floor window.

Very nice 3 bedroom 2 bath apartments., also pet friendly...the manager Luis is fast to respond to any needs you may have.. if their not at the office, leave a message. and your number, for him to respond to theresidents have a website they can use for maintenance requests....and online rent payments.summer landscaping is professionaly done, winter months are handled by diamond fork maintenance...only 12 apartments per building, which means 2 apts per floor on each side.. which is nice.. and a wood chipped, playground for kids..

I have lived at Diamond Fork Apts for the past year and a half. Luis and team have done a great job. If there is an issue they address it right away. They always go above and beyond. I enjoy living in a complex where they take care of their residents. Thank you!

Great place to live, awesome location nice neighborhood. Maintenance always takes care of issues and office staff are always polite and friendly! Iv enjoyed it here so far!

Your face is not the only one closer you can get in trouble with you anymore so you dont want it all n face it to me when I was just wondering what the hell it is there anything that comes out and do it all right there with 565inches 55 months and life and a lot better than all 6AM into an amazing person who I really need a little more than youll be there to help me out with the other people

I do not recommend this place, I had a fridge that did not work properly I told them three times, they never got back to me, I was not on a lease and I told them my phone I was moving they never told me anything I didnt hear one word. Until I have a collection agency call me at work very unprofessional, and I paid my rent on time every month and paid full deposit. I fell on ice in the winter everyone smoked right next to my car, all the kids just run around all through the night and are very rude and cause problems there was a homeless man living in the shed in the back, my cool air didnt work and they didnt fix that either, and there were many drug deals and druggies that lived there. Im so happy to be out of hat place.

Landlords could take a little more interest in maintaining the Apartments. Just little things, however, they add up. New coat of paint, making sure the doors on the laundry nook fit properly, GFI outlets in all bathrooms, and window blinds that are all functional.The tent is sufficient that these things should be routinely maintained.

We have been living here for 4 months. When we first moved in, they had to re-due all counters because of how old and dirty they were, WHILE we were living here (the smell was horrible and Im pregnant.) When we first moved in, I had to deep clean the whole apartment. The walls were full of markers, they didnt even bother to repaint them after previous family left. The toilet bowls are really yellow and old from previous people. The fridge is so so old, it has a lot of dents and is falling apart. We also had to take care of a mold problem in our master bedroom because their windows are poorly made, are old and not maintained so the rain water leaked in our bedroom and walls. I am guessing there is also a mold problem in bathrooms near the bath as well because the floors sink down and are all curved. The window screens also are broken in two of our rooms. The winter cold air was horrible to experience during the winter and now bugs are coming in because its spring. The outside stairway area needs to be upgraded to something thats not carpet. It picks up dirt and filth. Basically, all the complexes need to be remodeled into newer appliances, instead they seem to go the very cheapest way. Also, they only have ONE, old maintence man over all of the complexes here and their Provo location. He isnt very good at responding and following orders because he needs to retire. When we had to take care of the mold problem while I have a child and am pregnant, it took him 3 weeks. We ended up sleeping the night elsewhere while still paying rent. And they tried telling us that the mold isnt a big deal at all. This 3 bedroom is not worth over $1000 a month! At all. It was hard to move pregnant and Im almost due and moving with a newborn is super hard, so we are staying here for awhile. We got to know our neighbors and they are all super nice and try to keep quiet. I absolutely hate how there are so many people who live here that smoke right outside. I have my windows open now that its warmer and that smell comes in. I cant believe they allow people to smoke on their grounds. It makes the whole complex look poor and run down. The cigarette leftovers are everywhere. Their playgrounds are dirty too.

Don’t !!! Live in a better place.

The parking lot looks like a junk yard, with vehicles that dont work, there is never any parking, management constantly says to come to them with any concerns so you do and they never take you seriously, the ac unit doesnt work runs all day causing our bill to be sky rocket high, the walls are so thin you can literally here everything from your neighbors and feel like you have to whisper. Also your neighbors think the entry way is a storage area and store all their stuff and trash causing insects. This place needs some serious help!

Great little property in Spanish Fork. Apartment is large with lots of closet space. Management takes care of any problems and the manager, Caiti, is very friendly and super helpful.

For the price this place sucks. This place is falling apart. I have to warn people to not move here. There seems to be a whole lot of cant do attitudes. Everything is outdated and nothing works right. Its been a hassle living here and hassle dealing with the management.

A breeding ground for crime and criminals. I would wager a good percentage of police calls come from here or lead to here.

LIved here when i was a kid not much as changed but its a great place

Ive called 7 times now and left at least 5 voicemails over the past week and a half and have not had a single call back or anyone answer, when I call during their business hours. Must be some pretty crappy apts with the bad reviews they already have and no response from anyone.Thanks for not answering, so I can go somewhere better!
