ServiceMaster has simply been amazing. We had a house fire, and ServiceMaster treated my wife and myself with great respect, care and understanding of our difficult situation. While being displaced from our home during the remodel, Mark Peters and his staff carefully removed the contents from our home, properly restored and warehouses our contents until it was time to deliver back to our restored home.I cannot say enough good things about Mark and his staff. Mark has done an outstanding job on my flooded home. He paid so much attention to the cleanup and also the moisture level readings to make sure the entire house is completely dry. What I have noticed with him during the work is he wasn’t satisfied until he achieved the correct readings and the air quality is good. There was a big difference in quality of work done by Mark compared to the similar big company’s used by my neighbors. This was our first experience with water damage in our home. Mark and Armando came in explained the process and procedures to remove the water from carpets and wood flooring. They brought in equipment to check how far the water had extended into all the rooms and walls. They brought in fans and dehumidifiers set them in place. They were very helpful. They made this experience as easy as they could. They did a great job. I will recommend them and their company highly. Thank You for a great job.

Mr. Peters and his employee were very helpful as well as courteous. My family went through Hurricane Florence in North Carolina. Mr. Peters came out to our area from the state of Texas. They worked hard to remove the saturated walls from the inside of the house. They sprayed to keep the mold from spreading, and cleaned up when they were done. They made sure the dehumidifiers were set up to start drying out the remaining water damage. Not only were they friendly and pleasant, they were informative. I would recommend them to everyone! The price was responsible as well. If my family ever experiences another damaging event, I would love for them to be the ones to do the work.

After Hurricane Harvey, my 85 year old mothers home was flooded and she could not live there. Mark and Rob not only came and helped with the mold clean up, they also went above and beyond with other help she needed. And contacted me afterwards just to check on her. I hope we dont ever have a need for this service again, but if we do, they will be the first ones I call. Great and compasionate men.
