I bought three iPhone LCD screens from them. Two of the screen they sent me were completely defective and never worked. I was told that I’d get a refund as soon as they received the screens back. I sent the screens back, and waited for the refund that never came.The third screen I bought which was for an iPhone 11, was a semi functional part. It did turn on an work part of the time. But at random times it will starts glitching for no reason and will not work at all, which means I won’t be able to even turn off the phone or restart it.I bought some other screens off eBay and have never had any problems with any of them, which leads me to wonder if Etech parts isn’t dealing in seconds or parts they know are defective.

They sell good quality lcd iPad screens. The color quality is good as a third party screen, and is much much better than the one I got on ebay in terms of display quality. The 1st picture shows the replacement screen, 2nd picture shows its comparison to original ipad mini 5 screen (upper display is original). You can see color has high similarity, except their green is less vibrant but still pretty good.

Great service, fast and honest. Told me they would charge $59 to replace a small part of my iphone which I had agreed to it. When went to pick it up told me no need to replace the part since they were able to fix it and only charged me $29

The parts are the best found online. As good as original. Plus the prices are very competitive, if not cheaper than others.The only problem I have is the shipping charges. If I need to order a large number of parts, the shipping isn’t bad. I can distribute the cost over a large number of customers. However if I need only one part quickly, the shipping costs hurt the bottom line.I will continue using them for large orders.

I ordered a iphone 6S plus Lcd and a Iphone xr Front camera replacement Twice, both times my ordered didn’t complete but it still charged my card instantly a day later my order didn’t go through and it canceled, i still haven’t received my money back it says “pending” for both orders. I would give them zero stars if it was an option. I ordered an iPhone 6 screen replacement. When I received the item, it would not fit correctly onto frame of phone. I was advised to send it back for a credit to receive a new screen. Now, after they have received the screen back, they are refusing to give me credit or send a replacement. Terrible company to do that to someone. I will be filing a dispute with my bank and warn everyone about this crooked company.

Took my phone to staples for screen repair it was in working condition then when they charged the screen it would not turn on. They sent it out to works 5/24/17 and here it is 6/19/17 and I still have no phone. Been calling werx almost everyday and been getting rude people who didnt know what was going on. They said they would send me a new phone but wanted me to pay $250 for a phone that they messed up, so that was not happening Im didnt pay so they said I would receive a new phone on 6/17/17 but no phone. Now today I called to find out about my phone and the lady said no one new to send out the new phone so now Im still waiting for them to call me back with a tracking number for the new phone and again Im getting the run around!!! This company sucks....I will definitely go through my carrier next time less stress and better communication...

I have been buying parts from etech from over a year now and I can tell you they are the best. FYI,I am not getting paid to write this review, but I am speaking as a buyer. First of all, they have good and reliable parts and second, they have lifetime guarantee. When I am not satisfied with a part, I send it back to them for a replacement. One side note, they refund you with a store credit.

I recently ordered an iPhone 5c screen replacement. The screen arrived damaged in the package. I understand that sometimes this can happen, but the screen came in a bubble wrap mailer instead of a box. Common sense would say that something fragile like a screen should be more well protected when being shipped with hundreds of other packages.A month after sending back my item, the refund still has not posted to my bank account even though it says approved on my eTech account. I had to call customer service to get it back.The reason I still ended up giving them three stars was because customer service was very polite and never even questioned my return request. It could be possible that they experience this issue all the time since they mail packages out in bubble wrap. A little more thought into the entire process for this company could go a long way.Would be willing to do business with again, but not until I can see that improvements have been made with shipping logistics.

Have used etech for over two years and have always been satisfied with their products and customer care. That has changed drastically in the past few weeks. I had a return processed incorrectly a couple of weeks ago, Ive called them countless times since and get the run around every time. No one ever returns my calls when Im told they will, their returns department has not been in for over 2 weeks and no one knows when they will be in. The customer care I have received in the recent week is actually mind boggling. We are going to have to look into other options as this is not a reliable business any longer.

I fix iPhones on the side because it is an easy way to make some cash. From the beginning, I used a few different companies to supply my parts, but never liked any of them as much as I like etech. They have very good prices and very good quality. They also give you the actual price instead of making you hunt down all the coupon codes. Have been good in the past but, last purchase of 7+ screen with small parts was an unbelievable hack job. As in, it was not new and you could tell. Besides the proximity sensor not working, the speaker was obviously broken and the entire install of the small parts a mess.Tried to work with their chat buy Rachel was no help at all.

While trying to get my phone repair, Office Depot send me to werx to get my repair done, I also heard that staples did repairs too, bad luck of mine the send me to werx done. I only had my iPhone 6 for about 6 months from apple. But my luck wasnt that great and my son dropped it. Went to get my screen fix, with the crack screen it was fully functional and a couple days later after the repair; new issues started appearing Not charging, screen became dim and would just shut off, and my finger print and home button wasnt working. Try to take it back and they said they would take care of me but then thats when the issue became worse. They gave me the phone back saying it has a defective part issue and board was meast up, they keep denying that it was their fault. IQ had to get a new phone. I would recommend you getting you phone fix some where else

On July 18th, I took my Apple IPhone to Office Depot to have the battery replaced because it seemed to need charging every day. I also had a small ¼ inch crack on the upper left side of the screen and decided to have it replaced along with the battery. My phone was working fine except for having to charge it every day.After Office Depot replaced the battery and screen, my phone started freezing up and would disconnect when I was on a call. I returned the phone to Office Depot, explained the problem and it was sent to Werx Repair. I was told that I would receive my phone repaired within 3-5 business days. I wasn’t aware that I would need to be at home to sign for the phone! This should have been my clue to what was to happen next!I made arrangements for someone to stay at my home to sign for the phone while I was at work. I was very excited to receive my phone when I picked it up from my friend’s home. To my surprise the phone I received was not my IPhone, it was a Samsung Galaxy S8. Now the excitement begins!I contacted Werx to explain that I’d received someone else’s phone and inquired about my phone. Werx had no idea who the Samsung belonged to AND where my phone was. I was asked to return the wrong phone and if/when they found mine it would be mailed to me. I was also told that I didn’t have to contact Office Depot regarding this incident (wrong phone), that it would be handled by Werx. Eventually Werx found my phone and mailed to me, this time at my office.My phone STILL was not working! I also noticed that I could actually see light from the seam on the outside of the phone; screen not sealed properly. Also the phone was now getting hot in addition to freezing up. The phone was sent to Werz AGAIN! After about a week I called and emailed inquiring about my phone, no answer and no response.I could go on and on about my frustration, disappointment and inconvenience but I will make this a short long horror story. To add insult to injury, Werx stated that I had broken my phone and that they were not going to replace it or purchase me a new phone.My advice for anyone considering using Werx… DO NOT! Find another repair company…..not only will Werx not repair your equipment, but they will also misplace it, and will ignore you.

I dont often write reviews but werx repair was such a disappointment i feel compelled to. Firstly I purchased my repair kit directly from them on the internet. My repair kit contained vague instructions asking me to print off a receipt and to ship it back with the kit. I didnt have easy access to a printer and couldnt understand why this would be necessary so i called the company to see if i could forgo putting a receipt in with my kit. I was assured without hesitation that shipping without said receipt would be no problem at all! I even asked the woman Are you sure? and she said it was fine to ship without the receipt. Long story short I didnt get my phone back until i had place several phone calls to werx and waiting at least a month (maybe longer). They blamed me for not having put my receipt in with my repair kit!When finally I did get my phone back I was astounded to discover light shining through the seam near the screen and then it stopped responding to touch! After calling them again they said that i could return my phone to have it fixed again... of course the shipping would be at my expense!By the time i got back from traveling for work and after buying a new temporary phone I opened my email from them to see what i should do to return my phone...turns out there was a time limit on how long i had to return it! I gave up.DO NOT use this companies services for any reason. You wold be better off throwing your phone in a lake and getting a new one...at least you wont have to pay their exorbitant fees!Thanks for taking my money and giving me back a phone in even worse condition werx!
