No thanks to Dan Combe, Im happy I found the home of my dreams. I tried letting Dan help but found him self serving and desperate. He wasnt trying to meet my needs but instead he was trying to fill his pockets!Dan sat in my living room and went over a bunch of documents with me but failed to explain the one document he slipped into the others. This one stated I was bound to only use him as my realtor for the next 7 months! Dont let this happen to you!Well, I had a deadline to meet, and he wasnt doing me any favors and he left me no choice but to go with a different realtor who helped me find a home within 9 days! His lack of attention cost me $1700.When I called Dan to let him know I went a different route and was using a different realtor, his immediate response was well thats 7k out of my pocket!Money obviously comes first to this guy!

If your friends and family are telling you I have a great realtor, you should give them a call, they are mistaken. They might have a mediocre realtor or a sufficient realtor.Dan is a great realtor.The entire experience for the two of us as first time buyers was straightforward and basically stress free. Very responsive at all hours and got us into the properties we were interested in, with very little notice.

My wife and I are proud owners of a new home, which we love and are very happy with. A big portion of the credit for finding this home goes to Dan and the excellent advice that he gave us during the house hunting process.Dan was not only professional, punctual and polite, but also extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of the home buying process. On multiple occasions he was able to help us avoid homes that we were very keen on, but which had structural or maintenance issues. And while our budget for our new home was almost certainly at the lower end of the home-value-spectrum that Dan deals in, he never made us feel like he had anywhere else he wanted to be at that moment, than there with us helping us find the home that we needed.We feel Dan truly represented our best interests as home buyers, and was able to use his considerable experience to get us the home that we wanted at an excellent price.We would heartily recommend Dan to anyone looking to buy a new home.
