We have used square cow moovers 3 times now. The 3rd time may have had just a few incidents but given the response from the management team, Alan Gailes, we could not be any happier! We truly appreciate their detail to customer service. We highly recommend using square cow moovers.

Setting up the appointment was fast and easy. There was no pressure to schedule and they were very nice. We got a text reminder the night before and we were able to ask questions through text. When our movers arrived they were both very professional and so nice. They worked quickly and did a great job. They were even sweet to our dog :) so thankful we chose Square Cow and highly recommend! I have moved several times over the last few years so I know how stressful moving can be. But this time I used Square Cow and the experience was a dream! The price was very reasonable and both the office staff and the moving crew were extremely professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The moving crew was incredibly fast and yet very careful. They were very happy to set up things in my house exactly the way I wanted, and even made a few suggestions as to how things could be assembled more efficiently and functionally. We have used Square Cow Movers DFW twice since moving to Texas. Both times we had a pleasant, professional, and issue-free experience with them. For our most recent move in July, we had the amazing team consisting of XAVIS, SAXON, and ANTHONY. If they allow you to request certain movers, request this team of guys. They are big strong men who took care of our belongings as if they were moving their own. The team worked hard in the 100 degree heat, never once complaining or slowing down. We had a great experience, they made it fun, and we even had quite the debate over who was the greatest, LeBron or Jordan. (I vote Jordan!!) Also the communication with John Dowdy, the branch manager, was seamless. He was responsive and took care of our every need. As far as movers go, and weve moved 20+ times in 31 years, this company is at the top of our list of movers. Thank you Square Cow!

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!! They stole from us! They acted so nice to us and acted professional. We trusted them. It is very disturbing when we noticed immediately after they left that things were missing. The owner did absolutely nothing to take care of his customer. Again....DO NOT USE!

They got there on time, prepped my furniture, loaded it, and unloaded it in an efficient manner. They protected my stuff, old house and new house. They were all very professional, hard working, and easy to get along with. I’d hire those guys again in an instant. Not to mention they were very affordable, and for guys who charge hourly they didn’t move slow. The scheduling was easy and I was able to pay with a credit card upon completion. Working with Square Cow Movers has been a very pleasant experience, in a very stressful moving environment. The team at Square Cow Movers DFW (Southlake) were extraordinary in many ways. The communication for scheduling and follow up regarding the moving appointment were fantastic.I was able to get a heavy Amoire and other bedroom furniture moved up to a second floor bedroom with care and professionalism. His team took the time to pay attention to the big as well as small details.Very much felt like my move was truly important, and not just something they had to get done that day.

**Update 12/2018Before upcoming mediation, Square Cow employee admitted responsibility of damage to movie screen. Square Cow notified us and paid claim IN FULL.VERY DISAPPOINTED - Local move and they:1. Lost hinges for refrigerator door - backordered 60 days2. Broke/dropped Yamaha receiver -employee admitted - reimbursed3. Put hole in the wall when employee tripped - repaired4. Put a tear in our 120 inch movie screen - DENIED CLAIM as employees said they did not do it. It is only my husband and I and we FOR SURE DID NOT RIP OUR OWN SCREEN!! Many witnesses saw undamaged screen before movers arrived. They only take care of damages if someone sees the employee do it, or they admit to doing it. :(We used them twice in Austin with good results. NOT so in DFW!

I used these guys twice last week and they were everything they said...no problem. They are professional, courteous, very aware conscientious when it comes to the time on hourly moves. I heard one tell the other on hourly moves you have to keep a pep in your step!
