Love the Banfield veterinarian service at this location. We have taking out pets here for over 16 years and have always had great experiences. The current staff is great and Dr Anagu is wonderful always takes the time to come out and say hello when we pick up out boys.

Good store hidden a bit off 114. Next to Home Depot and behind Kroger. Fairly well stocked. Kind of baffling that many premium brand of dog food and other items... stock is limited. I didnt think our dog and cat food was imported? Or everyone stays home on unemployment instead of making dog food? Owell. Fish and small animals are clean well kept. Classes on site to teach owners how to handle their 4 footed friends. Really a nice self service store. The staff clearly maintains a 6 foot distance from customers. Even going down a different isle. Fewer assistance requests I guess.

Today my boyfriend and I arrived at this local PetSmart, which we love so much. They are always fully stocked and are now regular customers. We met an awesome associate named Amanda who transferred from another store. (couldnt tell 🥰) She was very helpful on all fish products and fish Life. Simply amazing that bought five new Dalmatian mollies amongst other fish to add to our 55 gallon fish family and will definitely be back!!!!!

They were excellent. Great customer service! My dog is a rescue so she is very shy and skittish. The lady that groomed her was very sweet and I could tell that Dori was given lots of love. We will definitely be back.

I came in for a quick visit just before close because I was out of dog food. There were plenty of options. I was able to find what I was looking for.

The worst pet hotel ever. Made an appointment and when we showed up. They said they are full and do not have any room. Not once not twice but 3 times. Ridiculous. They should be held accountable and pay for all the cancellations we have to make because of this.

We were able to find everything we needed for furr babies, return/exchange an item that we bought by mistake easily, quickly without a hassle. Very pleasant shopping experience as usual with Petsmart.

Went there to buy first pets for three of my nesices and nephews. Person who worked with was super helpful but store was not well stocked at all.

I have boarded my pets and now solo pet several times and the employees were always accomodating and friendly. This was not my experience either at check in or check out this time. The employees were rude and non accomodating even though when making reservation I was told something different. They made the death in the family even worse with the way my pet was presented and treated and the way they treated me.

Best staff of any pet goods store in the immediate area.Will not go to Petco in Grapevine because the people at PetSmart in SL are nicer.The CEO may be the same person I have no idea... But Ill drive 3 miles past Petco to buy the same dog food lol.

It ok, I bought there food for my pet, and the store itself was ok, not very special.

Annie was groomed well, and seemed to enjoy the experience even thgouh she is a senior dog at 13 years old. I recommend Petsmart grooming. They also ground the nails well, and no issues.

I went in today February 28 looking for prescription dog food but couldnt find the flavor my dog will eat, when I asked the employee if they could tell me what stores might have it, she said they cant see other stores inventory only customers can using the app. Either that is dumbest company ever that had no clue their inventory or the laziest answer from a worthless employee, either way I will be shopping on Chewy.com from now on good job for showing why brick and mortar stores are closing down.

Love their Kool Kats adoption fairs every Saturday! We go all the time to look at the kitties and pick up items we need for our own pets.

Grooming - Hit or Miss. We used this store for about 2 years. Some of the Groomers and Bathers are great. Exactly what youd expect... However, one of the head groomers (or acts like one) is impatient and rude. Dont know why she works there - so weve taken our business elsewhere. Youll know who...

I picked up a product in reducedred section. Food orig over $50 marked down to 30. When check out tried to charge orig. Cashier called but was told no that was a diff variety. I had to go back to shelf and bring back tag that shows it was right for 30.this has happened before

Huge and clean! We adopted an awesome cat named Buster and someone donated to pay for the adoption fee. The staff were super helpful

Helpful staff is the top compliment I can give this store. They will show you where stuff is instead of pointing and apply promotions that dont come up upon checkout. Store has a large dog toy section and a smaller cat toy section. I still found some good stuff.

We take our dog to the Pet-Hotel in PetSmart occasionally and its absolutely wonderful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store and the hotel are extremely clean and spacious.

Omygosh I finally found a Groomer in Southlake for my Giant Schnauzer. I feel terrible that I forgot her name but she has short hair and super kind and adorable. Our son is in the Air Force, Bentley is his dog.

Was very impressed with how the grooming management and staff addressed a miscommunication issue. They really made me feel better, being a first-time dog owner and not knowing how everything works yet! Thanks for taking care of my pup!

Worst grooming my fur baby ever had, as a matter of fact you couldn’t even tell he was groomed. He didn’t even smell nice. It looked line he was just brushed. Very disappointed.Thus may or may not be related but my baby was so sick with diarrhea a few hours after I picked him up

Okay, PetSmart is officially better than Petco. 😮 I have a parakeet, and although thats probably the most common domesticated bird, Petco just doesnt have good supplies for them. Ive had several problems with them mailing the wrong thing and not having what I need in the store, but this PetSmart has everything. Ill be back!

Where do I begin with this store first assistant manager is rude & cancels my online order stating that they have 0 of the 9 squeaky toys I ordered so because he was rude & the huge inconsistency in the inventory I called corporate then 5 minutes later store manager called me got info then called me back to inform me they did in fact have 8 of the squeaky toys I ordered but unfortunately my order had already been canceled so I could either reorder them online or come into the store to purchase so since I had ordered the online inventory it was no out of stock online so had no option but to go to the store and to my surprise these toys we’re still individually wrapped had NEVER been opened or placed on sales floor to be sold just ended up in clearance because no one is processing the shipments this store needs a visit from corporate from store staff, to manager they’re RUDE & lazy this store needs to be cleaned out & start fresh before this location goes out of business because they’re nothing like my location my me... they deserve NO STARS only gave one so I can post my review

My dog didnt enjoy the doggy daycare. He was extremely thirsty after picking him up.

The selection was amazing. But the staff wasnt as accessibility or friendly. When I needed help finding something I had to walk around and really look for someone. I went into the hotel for informal and the lady there did not want to answer my questions either. Other petsmarts are a better choice when you care about customer service, but if not, this one has a lot of great stuff available.

Easy to buy and returns!

I live near the las Colinas Pets mart, and I go out of my way to go to Southlake because the grooming girls are amazing! They give me feedback every time about how it went, and all of a sudden my dog loves baths?! They make it very apparent how well they treat my babies. I couldn’t be more grateful.

Went in to get it dog groomed, but decided against it. The groomers were all amazing and friendly, but once I saw how their manager spoke to them, I knew I couldnt give this place my business. I asked someone his name, and they told me it was David. I was appalled to see a manager speak to their employees that way, especially when said employees were so nice to me. Very unprofessional on his part.

Took my hyper Pug for hair cut and nail trim via curbside. Gloria S was fantastic and gave a great hair cut And was able to trim his nails which is feat in itself. Thank you Gloria.

Stores are aleays reasonably clean and very pet friendly. They are even reasonably stocked for less common pets like rabbits. My wife was able to find treats and toys for rabbit while we were there.

Always good customer service especially the cashier with the white hair and bun. Shes always professional, kind, and greets everyone with a smile!

It took 4.5 hours to get my dog groomed

Not a fan of the grooming job done on my dog . Looked in his ears and it looks like they didn’t even wash him . Usually go to the Roanoke store which is amazing . Also staff here was not friendly

Drove 30 minutes to find the In Stock item was no where to be found, smh.

Very excellent associates! I didnt even have to ask for assistance. I needed a cone for my puppy (who had just gotten spayed) and she helped me find one the perfect size. She also helped me select good chew toys and a new collar. She was very helpful.

The staff is always really helpful. I go here every so often and there is always someone to help me get something from the top shelf or find an item.

Stay away from the Pet Hotel in PetSmart in Southlake, Tx. We had a family vacation scheduled and had reserved a spot for 2 dogs ahead of time. Both dogs have stayed there multiple times. The day of check in they refuse one of the dogs as he is older and their computer notes said he’d had trouble standing. No problem making the reservation but canceling it by the “pet hotel” the day of check in was horrible. Not a company to do business with!

He arrived 30 minutes before closing, but the staff greeted us and showed us a few reptiles up to closing time. They were knowledgeable about the reptiles provided suggestions and gave guidance that was helpful. although selection of reptiles can be limited from time to time we were able to find a few we were looking for.

Probably one of the best in the DFW area. Widest selection of dog and cat foods Ive found. Even have flavors you dont often see within a particular brand. And they seem to keep all the flavors stocked! Service is friendly and really proactive, though they dont always have a lot of staff. So if you need help, you may have to wait at register until staff gets free. Never met a surly staff there. I like how the place is exceptionally neat, floor clean, layout is well marked and well organized, and theres room in the aisles for people and pets to move around. A panoply of services from grooming to boarding to training. These people are up on their game!!

Southlake store is the one to go to as opposed to the one in Roanoke! These people are very friendly and helpful even when I lose my drivers license in the store.! Manager and other employee helped me find it. They also take my checks without giving snide remarks to me as they do in Roanoke.!

Went up there a few weeks ago to cat food, I could not find anyone to help me at the time but saw a girl walking by and ask her to help. She ended up being on her lunch break and was the grooming salon manger. She was awesome answered my questions and helped me out. Good service is hard to come by but they have it down there most definitely going back.

I have been sending my dog to doggie day camp at PetSmart for several months and she loves it! She is always excited to see her friends and when I pick her up at night, she is happy and not stressed. I also love reading her report card that she gets after each visit. The workers all love her and she loves them. It makes me feel good knowing that I am leaving my dog with people who care about her and will make sure she is well cared for while Im away. She has also boarded at the Pet Hotel a few times and has always come home happy.

We have been using the Petshotel at this location for years, and have found the staff to be so sweet with both our last dog and our current dog. I felt like they truly loved our old girl and that she was in good hands whenever we left here there. When we had to break the news that she passed away, the long-time staff who knew her were broken-hearted. They have been great with our new little guy and he LOVES going to play.

I LOVE PetSmart! I can get so many cute little things for my little cutie Frank (Bulldog). Not a lot of stores have the wide variety of clothes to fit a portly fellow like my boy, but PetSmart staff are ALWAYS happy to help us out!

Gone to this store three times to buy fish in the last 4 weeks, waited 20+ mins each time no one to help. Several workers passing by me never asking if I needed help. A few mins ago in the store again, one worker actually said she would come and help then disappeared and was helping someone else who came way after me. Very poor customer experience as persmart doesnt understand what that really means.

I had such a great experience at this petsmart! My dog stayed at the pet hotel for 5 days and when I picked him up he was in such good spirits! The employees in the pet hotel got to know my dog Shiloh by name, and even talked to me about his behavior while he was there (sleepy, relaxed dog, which sounds just like him). I could tell they really spent some time and got to know him! Thanks also to the grooming area for giving him a bath and trimming his nails!

I love the doctors and techs at the Banfield PetSmart in Southlake!I have taken my dogs to this location for approximately ten years, and have always found the staff to be helpful, courteous, and very caring. They have been so supportive when I have had to put down my elderly, dying dogs, and also terrifically helpful with teaching me how to care for my new puppy.It took me a long time to embrace the benefits of their wellness plan, but now that I have it, I am a huge fan. I know that PetSmart is a huge corporation (and Banfield may be a separate contractor that works within PetSmart?), but the Southlake location staff treats their customers with the same sort of care and concern that you would find from a small town vet office.

If you have pets you will eventually end up here. They have everything you will need to make your pet happy. Banfield is located inside so you’re pets health can be taken care of here also.

We use the doggie day camp pretty frequently. My dog loves it! They even give you little progress reports at the end of the day with notes to tell you how he did. I feel very comfortable leaving my dog with them during the day. He seems to really love it too and always seems happy to go!

PetSmart is so much better than PetCo!!If you purchased a new bark collar from PetCo, they will not take it back!! Not even the next day.I would try several bark collars and if they did not work on my dog, I would return it, or try to.Guess what? PetSmart did!!

This is the first review I can ever recall writing.Repeated disappointment at the salon... for the 3rd time in a row, our doodle has been poodled due to the groomers inability to deal with anything less than a perfectly prepped pet.Not to delve into the additional hour beyond their phone call waiting for the work to be completed and also for the the 2nd time in a row, paid for the nail trimming and nothing was done...Every $100 we pay to be disappointed is our mistake for returning. We have learned.We will not return.

Vet service is horrible. We brought our cat for physical check and the vet did not find any problem. When back to home, our cats front let could not walk and swollen. Called the vet and they said no time to take care of my cat and need to wait for 2 days.They created the problems but even refuse to take a look at it. Charging high price for nothing good but troubles. Never come back again.

I moved my pets from the Lewisville PetSmart to here for doggy day camp. Such a vast difference in customer service. Everyone is so friendly and sweet to my pets. They are excited to do to day camp everyday and play with their friends. I boarded them a few nights when I was on vacation. My pets were fine after I picked them up. No illness, kennel cough, cuts or upset stomach. I was impressed since at the Lewisville location I was dealing with a lot of issues. I got their records transferred over to Southlake simply because of the experience. Highly recommend this location since they care for your pets like they were their own

Some of the employees are not as attentive or as helpful as others. In the past my experience with PetSmarts customer service has been very positive, in multiple locations. A staff member usually greets you upon entry and someone, somewhere will ask you how they may assist you, sometimes before you even reach the department to which you were going. Not quite as helpful this time. Some reps apparently dont understand that friendliness is a crucial part of customer service. If being friendly does not come naturally, or by personality, it must be a matter of training. Possibly using secret shoppers to highlight the area of weakness.

Great supplies for animals, but the pets they have there arent healthy. Not all of them, only some. The fish are kept in small tanks with large amounts and dead fish can be spotted in there. I once got a hermit crab and two fish from here, and they both died within a week. The guppies from rotting fins, the hermit crab is unknown. I recommend this for the products, not the animals.

The staff was very helpful in helping me pick the right size crate for my dog. Always love bringing my dog here to pick out some toys and treats too.

I bought a item that was price matched on amazon, however, I had to return the item because it was missing a part back to the Euless location. They said this location still had it one in stock but they would not price match what I paid for even after showing a receipt proving the other location did. They were very rude and unprofessional and told me that each location has there own manger rules and regulations. Attached is proof of the receipt.

I cant believe how rude they are at this location compared to all the other PetSmarts Ive been to. Will not be back.

The staff at the Roanoke PetSmart is always friendly and helpful. Love the grooming salon, after we let them know how we wanted our pomeranian cut on our first visit they have consistently done a great job with her!

Went here to pick up some worms for fishing! Very nice and helpful. Clean facility with lots to offer for pets/animals.
