Working with Lisa was a great experience! She was able to guide us through picking a menu what would compliment our evening and made it a very easy process! However, the food- WAS INCREDIBLE!! Our guests at our engagement party were raving about how delicious and well prepared everything was. The staff was also fantastic, they were extremely through and took great care of our guests. The food was amazing! They were incredibly responsive when I reached out for a quote and through the whole process. The person I worked with gave me recommendations based on my preferences and my guests and I loved all of the selections. I ordered food for pick up for a party, and they did a great job of having the food ready, but also leaving the dressings and sauces to apply at the end, so the food/salad didnt end up being soggy. They also separated any possible allergens (eg almonds for the salad) without me even asking which was very thoughtful. I know several people who have used Tastefully Yours, and everyone has always had a great experience and wonderful food.

Lisa was more on top of my wedding than I was! We met her a year before for a tasting, and before we even finished the appetizers we knew we wanted their food. Every bite was delicious; their attention to detail really made our day special. Tastefully Yours helped dress up the tables and make them look wonderful, and the food was just as good as the tasting. They made sure to save the wedding party some appetizers (since everyone inhaled them.) Fantastic catering company which went above and beyond for our wedding. Not only was the food amazing, but the way they displayed it was superb and really created a festive and tasteful touch as we had several food stations for people to try all kinds of yummy items! Tastefully Yours is OUTSTANDING! We engaged their services for a brunch for 60 people the day after our daughters wedding. I cant say enough great things about them! Professional, efficient, first class service. AND the food was off the hook fantastic! Presentation as well as taste was remarkable. One of the items I ordered was the Eggs Benedict. I was skeptical as to how they would be able to serve 60 and still have that must have runny yoke but they DID IT! WOW! This crew came in and did it all and would not let me do a thing. They left my home cleaner than when they arrived. They move about their work so quietly and efficiently, you hardly know they are there. It was such a pleasure and so relaxing after such a busy stressful day before. You wont go wrong with Tastefully Yours-everything was outstanding!

A couple owns and runs the business together. They are extremely passionate not only in their craft but also in their customer service.The food options were so unique. Tastefully Yours helped us cater a company holiday party for ~300 people, and everything was incredible! Lisa and Paige were so helpful with planning everything out and made sure to catch every small detail that we didnt think of. The day of the event could not have been smoother. I went to a wedding last weekend in Grapevine in which Tastefully Yours catered. My two granddaughters were the flowers girls. Within 5 minutes of seating down to the table, the girls meals arrived. They went out of there way to take care of them thru out the meal. The food was very good. Great job!

We were very happy to find Lisa and Andrew (the chef). From the first sit down we could sense the professional direction of Lisa and the confidence of her team. We were blown away with the decadent flavors of Andrews food at the tasting that they provided for six of us. They make everything from scratch and it taste so fresh. The day of, we were so blown away by the beauty of food set up. Lisa goes to extremes to artfully display their tasty treats. In all honesty the food is basic. The taste of the majority of these meals are either over seasoned or completely bland. The overall mix doesn’t resonate with a crowd of people and I’ve never seen free food go untouched for seconds in a crowd before . It seems they go for more of a presentation and creativity rather than actual taste. Would never recommend.

We did a corporate cooking class at Tastefully Yours in March 2016. The experience was excellent! Its a fun team-building opportunity and youll learn a great deal about cooking and plating. I highly recommend it. Take your own wine to make it a party.

Tastefully Yours just catered my daughters backyard wedding and I couldnt be happier! From my first conversation with Lisa, through the menu selection process, the tasting and the final decisions - everything was fantastic. We had 140 guests and everyone raved about the food! Not only was the food delicious, the presentation was fabulous - so elegant!On wedding day, the staff was friendly, efficient and unobtrusive. They did a great job of taking special care of the wedding party and family during the evening. Because the wedding was at our home, they were in and out of the kitchen all evening. They cleaned up, boxed leftovers and left everything neat. We will definitely use them again.

Food was served cold at big wedding event. Apparently the hosts paid for both a beef and chicken dish but the servers only gave on the guest a choice btw chicken or beef. What are they doing with all the extra money paid for both proteins. Be aware of this if you contact them for your event.

Lisa was very helpful in providing information and detailed menu suggestions for a catered buffet for a  family reunion I was helping to plan. She was willing to customize dishes as needed to accommodate the allergies and preferences in the group and gave us some tips and helpful suggestions as well. She worked with me to create a menu to stay within our limited budget. It was very helpful to know what was available with Tastefully Yours. Although the family opted to go with a casual restaurant for the party, I would like to use Tastefully Yours for my own future events and will recommend them to my friends.  They offer creative gourmet selections with beautiful presentations and are great to work with.

Nice place for a team event especially if your group is under 20 people. You dont need to know how to cook before going. They make accommodations for vegetarians.

The food was absolutely phenomenal. After the tasting, we just dreamt about the food for weeks and couldnt wait to have more of it at the wedding. At the wedding itself, all the guests just raved about how good it was. Beyond the food itself, Tastefully Yours was one of the few catering options we contacted in town that returned calls promptly and was upfront and clear about all costs. As the preparations wore on, Lisa (the owner) bent over backward to accommodate all kinds of special requests, and it was clear throughout that she was way more interested in making us happy than in haggling over costs. At the wedding, everything ran smoothly and professionally, even though Lisa had been dealing with medical issues the whole week just before. We cant recommend Tastefully Yours enough.

Everything was on point, very professional, and elegant. The food was delicious. I couldnt have asked for anything more. It was all so perfect. We used Tastefully Yours for a small gathering at our home. From the first day of working with Lisa to the last minute as they pulled away, the work was seamless. Lisa helped me navigate a very nice, varied and colorful menu of delicious food. The skewers with varied sauces were delicious and easy to eat. The passed hor doeuvres (arancini, bruschetta) were delicious. The stuffed strawberries and mini cannolis were divine!!! Lisa and Clair worked together very well to pull serving pieces out that complimented my home decor. Chef Chris did a wonderful job of quietly preparing food in the background that was perfect as it landed on everyones plate. Page timed the service very well and was charming with all of our guest. She presented the food throughout the service in a very attractive way. Jay, our delightful bartender, engaged with everyone and even did very well when I changed course last minute from only serving wine to meeting the needs of the cocktail drinkers. They all worked diligently yet subtly to clean up as the event proceeded but also left my house looking like it did before they arrived. Obviously, they have all worked as a team in the past but they made the catering part of the party absolutely as easy, pretty and tasty as it could be.

Lisa and her staff did a fantastic job catering our 250 person wedding just outside the metroplex. From the beginning the communication with the staff and team was quick and easy. The food was amazing and it was so hard to narrow down our choices as everything was customizable to our personal palette. They are extremely accommodating and willing to take on catering ideas we had that they had not done in the past! For example we wanted to do a build your own mimosa and Bloody Mary bar for our brunch wedding and Lisa was able to come up with a perfect spread of garnishes and various kinds of additives to make it beautiful and unique! Our guests loved it! They are extremely detail oriented and handled everything including table rentals, chair rentals, linens, and decorative accents to bring the room together! They were punctual during the entire engagement period/wedding day and made us feel like we were their only client the entire time! The day of our wedding we had staff that constantly hand delivered us food and drink so we could spend time with guests and family! So glad we went with Tastefully Yours!

The only thing disappointing on my wedding day was the food... quality not close to the food at the tasting and maid of honor got sick from a food allergy that they were aware of. it was really expensive and definitely not worth it

Back in June of 2016 I had the unfortunate event of canceling my wedding that was supposed to be held Dec. 31, 2016 due to unforeseen circumstances. In the contract I signed with this company it stated that anything paid I will not be able to get a refund but I will be able to get a credit through them of the amount of 3k I had paid.Since I had this credit, I donated it to the morale division of my unit at my current Coast Guard duty station, to use for the Christmas Party. When I contacted them for scheduling a new date, they booked the date but when trying to schedule a sit down and tasting for the new event, they blew me off. They told me they were too busy. I tried for 2 weeks back in Sept. to schedule something with them before I left for training and got nothing. Instead I was told by the male owner that it was not their fault my wedding got canceled and they are too busy to sit down with me after inconveniencing them. After I was told this about the already emotional event of canceling my wedding, I posted a negative review on Yelp and left for my training.Upon my return from my military training I was contacted by the other unit Christmas Party coordinators that the catering service would not do business with us until that negative review was taken down. Oct. 2, 2016 I took down the comment in order to utilize my money credit I had with them. Once it was down they worked with us.It was less than desirable service. They pre-paid a DJ for about 750$ from the I had with them a few weeks before our event but did not ensure the DJ marked the date down/ provided confirmation. Because of this, the DJ booked with another event and our 750$ was non-refundable to the DJ. Instead of doing something for us to supplement this mistake that was not found until a week out from our event, they left us out to dry and had to scramble for a last minute DJ.During the actual event, the food was cold and poorly cooked, however, servers themselves were friendly and welcoming. They barely had utensils and plates for us to use and packed up the food early, even though they were slated for the while Christmas Party.Jan. 24, 2017 marked the 4th day of calling and emailing them over a two week period for an updated receipt. The female owner answered one time and was nice and stated she would gladly send me the receipt for the our records. Nothing happened. I emailed the service and got no response. I called and left a message with no call back and lastly today I called and got the male owner.The male owner answered the phone and was very rude. He said the receipt was already send once and they are too busy to get me an updated copy or just another copy in general. They seem to always be too busy for their already paid customer, before the event and most definitely after the event.This business withheld their service I paid for already because I invoked my right to freedom of speech and wrote a negative review regarding the disappointing interactions that transpired between their business and myself as the customer. They were rude and distasteful to myself and the other party coordinators who serve their country, especially the male owner.If anyone is thinking about booking this service for their special day, I highly recommend against it. Working with this business it not worth the headache or the price.

I was planning a 50th birthday party for my wife and I knew I was in over my head in regards to feeding approximately 50 people. I called and spoke to Lisa Huszar the wife of Chef Andrew Huszar. I told her I was not a foodie but my wife was and I needed help planning a menu. She patiently listened and asked me a few questions about what my expectations were and told me not to worry that she would come up with something that both of us would enjoy. She emailed me a few days later with what looked like the perfect menu. It was eclectic, unique and a great mix of foodie favorites and comfort food for the meat and potatoes people like me.Lisa came to my house a few days before the party to get an idea of where we should place all the food stations and to give me an idea of how the coordination with the servers would go.The night of the party her crew showed up about an hour and a half before the party and began preparing everything. I have to say that everyone, the chef, the servers, the bartender, they all did a fantastic job. The food was exceptional, the servers were courteous and pleasant, and the bartender could not have been better. Everything they did was first class. I had several people come up to me and rave about the food. I received several emails over the next few days telling me it was the best food theyd ever had at a party and how wonderful the staff was. I can honestly say that my wife and I could not be happier with Tastefully Yours. Their price was very reasonable and they are excellent at what they do. If you need a caterer, call them. They are the best.

My wife and I attended The Blue House Dinner Experience and found it to exceed our expectations. It cost no more than a nice dinner out but you get to visit with Chef Andrew in the kitchen as he explains how he dreamed up the mix of food flavors and what goes into creating each of the 7 courses for the meal. Everything was uniquly done tantilizing all of our senses, visually, smell, curiosity and of course the taste.If you are looking for a quaint setting for just you and your spouse or a special gathering of family and friends, you have to check this out.Unbelievable experience. I cant wait until the next one.
