If I could give a zero, I would not hesitate. My daughter was supposed to have a machine immediately following a surgery and it never showed up. I called the next morning and the office was completely incompetent. No one took responsibility for the mistake and got inconsistent answers, especially with the manager of the office. I cannot believe any surgeon would use this company because it is a horrible reflection on any doctor’s practice.

I am shocked at the discrepancy between my experience and the reviews. I found Texas Brace Systems to be very easy to work with. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Office staff was friendly and efficient and they made our experience sooo easy! I highly recommend!

Their accounting system is in India!Two years later nothing has changed. Still awaiting insurance fiasco to be straightened out. Supervisor in Southlake no help and not very helpful nor knowledgeable supervisory staff in the office. India office is attempting to help but only after Ive had to make several calls. Paid my cost share on 31 Oct. Insurance field 8 Jan. Still awaiting refund now on 24 Jan.

Fraudulent misrepresentation of fees at time of service. They will bait and switch you with additional fees at a later date claiming they did not understand the insurance coverage. Texas State Attorney General will be investigating our case and this company. All Star Orthopedic and all Doctors need to sever relationships.

I would give this business zero stars if I could.They are guilty of insurance fraud. Unfortunately for them my husband works in insurance and I left their office before they could con me. Do not go here!!!!
