I have officed at Regus Southlake for 5 years and I would consider the service at the center quite good. All of the receptionists and center managers over the years have been extremely helpful and responsive. The only problems I have had has been with the corporate shared services like billing. The center managers have to deal with remote finance and accounting folks if there is an issue. For example, I have given up using the website autopay for my rent because it has screwed up so many times. WiFi coverage is excellent, but cell phone reception is poor, especially in the back end of the building. No place is perfect, but Regus Southlake has been a good value for our growing company.
Unfortunately I was drawn to this because of a beautiful marketing campaign. I signed up online hesitantly and wished I would have trusted my instincts. Their responsiveness to customer service questions are extremely slow and their call answering service is very misleading. Cancelling their service even if you have not and will never use it will cost you dearly. Be careful of all of the small print as their are some unreasonable conditions designed to trap you into renewals you dont want. I highly recommend you do you due diligence before deciding on Regus and this facility.
Solid workplace with a friendly staff. Great location with Southlake Town Center right across the highway. Definitely recommend.
Regus is a total scam! I dealt with Mandi. She is a very dishonest and disgusting individual. She told me there was a 7-day option period to cancel the contract. I cancelled the contract and now four months later I am getting a bill from a collection agency for $42,752.34! I never even moved into the office space plus I cancelled the contract and I have an email from Regus terminating the contract. Regus is the absolute worse business decision any small business owner can make. You have been warned!!!
Cell coverage in building bad, they need boosters
