Weve decided to switch banks so we stopped at this Capital One branch. The only employee we saw in the bank told us that he couldnt help us. If we wanted to open an account we had to do it ourselves online. Their commercials make it sound like they value personal service. Apparently not.

This place is glorified ATM location. They should do a better job of describing this on Google. Only come here if you need an atm transaction.

Literally no one in this branch. Dont waste your time. No counters, no bankers willing to help. Went in to deposit a business check only to find out its not possible at the branch......

Went in about a month ago to get a certified check! The lady who helped us with our request was professional and courteous. The office is a modern feel to it and was nice and quiet. We were done in about 10 minutes. Most of our banking is done online but it is nice to have a local branch, if the need arises.

Definitely recommend Tipu for everyone’s banking needs! He’s quick, friendly and knows his stuff! Not to mention he has a great personality and he’s the best person to talk too, even if you’re just going to the ATM he always greets you and checks in! I love the team here and the community they’ve built! Keep it up guys!

Second branch I went to, trying to open a business bank account and it doesnt seem Capital One branches in N. FTW want any business. Today I went to this branch and there was ONLY one person working who I believe was a manager. She stated that due to being after the holiday they only had one person working and because a business account takes about an hour to do she said she couldnt see us today. She asked if we wanted to make an appointment. However, my husband called this branch earlier this week and was advised an appointment was not necessary. Sooo which is it? Also, how safe is it for just one employee to work a whole branch? The other branch was a similar situation but that time we got there about 1hour and 5 minutes before they closed. They had 3 employees working but we were greeted with a less than friendly customer service and she kept saying how the account takes a long time to create and they were closing soon and that they usually want people to come in 2 hours before closing for this account (website makes no mention of this). She tried to pull up my business info, but stated it wouldnt pull up. She referred us to the Southlake location because they were a slower branch. After taking time to call ahead and then went in with no success, I will never use them for any banking needs personal or business. I cant even imagine how they would treat us should we have a need for some banking support. No thank you. Also, so funny I just went to a credit union and they pulled me right up with the info I provided to that 1st branch i went to.

I went in there last week on 8.2.17 around noon to order a new ATM/debit card. The woman said it was all done on expedite request and should be two business days. I called the service center 4 business days later because of the weekend, and low and behold a card was never ordered. What was she doing at the desk while I sat there for 5mins?!? Playing a good game of solitaire? Here I am a week later no card, and my new card wont be here until next week. I shouldve just ordered a new one on the phone.

Went to make a cash payment. No drive in tellers. No cash transactions. I am disabled and got out of my car for this. I am beyond mad. We need to quit using automated tellers, check out, etc. Every time you use this, someone could have had a job.

Been a customer for years - refused to waive a simple $10 fee to do a cashiers check for the down payment on our home. They are closing most of their branches and have terrible customer service. They lost a customer for life over a $10 fee - it was the last straw with this terrible bank. It took almost 30 minutes and two people to figure out how to do a cashiers check to use my own money only to be charged $10. Morons.

I visited this Service Center location today. I found it to be very pleasant. Yes, you do your transactions at the ATM but also, there was a representative there to help me with anything. I like it!

They dont actually have bank tellers here. Everything is done via an atm machine including depositing checks. It was very off putting and awkward. I will not be returning to this branch.

Its frustrating that this bank doesnt accept deposits. The Keller branch closed. I hope whoever banks with them lives close to 377/North Tarrant in Fort Worth.

No tellers so I couldn’t make a payment to my credit card. They said they can only make payments online or by phone at this location-soooo basically they can do the same thing I can do at home. What is the point of that?

They dont have tellers, only customer service agents. Therefore cash withdrawal or deposits have to be made via the ATM to which you will need your debit card.
