Honestly, I had my reservations of ABA at the beginning, but when the pandemic started it seemed to be the best fit for our family. I cannot say enough good things about Pinecone, from the very beginning they have always listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable about our decision. My boys absolutely love going here, and they are thriving. Our lives have truly been forever changed by the support and care from the entire Pinecone team.

Pinecone therapies is not a place to have our amazing children attend, this place has one thing in mind $... they are NOT there for the welfare of our children, I witnessed children stitting in their chairs just playing on iPads for up to an hour at a time, while the therapist did charting and planning and billing for other children, I was billed for services that my child was not even receiving, there are BCBA’s working here that are not respectful to the parents,I was so disheartened, these children deserve the best therapy, not a therapy clinic that only cares about billing and $... so sad.
