Dr. Messina is a warm and compassionate therapist who helped my family in our time of need. He was always responsive, friendly and relatable to my teen (and his parents), and provided great tips and insight for anxiety/OCD. Highly recommend.

Michael is quite caring, and has many years of experience. However, he was scared of us just after 30 minutes and asked us to leave. I hardly blame him, however we liked him. He seems suitable for issues such as anxiety, depression, and typical life issues.

My 5-year-old loves to see Dr. Messina! Through fun games, he gets the therapy that he needs (he doesn’t even realize that he goes to “therapy”).
