We have been customers of Roselyn’s for a long time and were so disappointed at how they handled a recent issue. We brought in a comforter and asked that it be washed only and not dry cleaned. When it came back it was completely ruined. We then brought in a recent receipt to show the price and Roselyn agreed to call us to discuss. It took multiple phone calls on our end- she never once returned our calls as promised. Finally, the only thing they were willing to do was give us $100 store credit. As a fellow business owner I would never treat a customer this way, especially after making a mistake and to someone who was a regular. We are now moving our business down the road to Cinch.
