Fun store with a unique assortment of gifts, stationery, and toys. We like to come in every season and check out the new stuff. Not the most little kid friendly place because of the way breakable items are arranged on low tables, but we still love coming here to shop.

Best customer service! The team really knows their product and makes helpful suggestions. However, what really stands out is how friendly and kind everyone is. Great experience everytime I shop here.

This is a really cool store if youre looking for unique gifts, wrapping, cards, etc for the holidays or birthdays. Very nice, high-quality stuff, so if youre looking for the cheap stuff, this is not your place. Staff is really friendly and helpful and really knows their products well.

Ok, let me start by saying this type of place is not generally my scene BUT I was forced to go in and I ended up enjoying the experience. The store is clean and well lit and crafty people will LOVE it. They also have a nice card selection and interesting selection of unique gag type gifts and educational toys etc. I had no problem killing the time while my associate ordered her custom stationary. Which I guess everybody needs...who knew? :)

If I could give this store a negative star I would. I ordered my wedding invitations 2 months before my wedding date which was May 31st and still have not received them. I realize with covid that there would have been some delays but I should have been contacted in some way or at least received my invitations. I paid around $400 for invitations that I never received. When I try to call the 1-800 number I never get an answer and Ive been trying to reach them now for 2 weeks. I do not recommend

A beautiful store and a fun place to shop at; the prices tend to run on the high side. The ladies helping me wear very nice and friendly. If you do need a unique gift, this is the place!

Very friendly and helpful staff and a wide variety of supplies from card making to cards. They also sell top quality Japanese calligraphy pens and ink. Great store great experience couldnt recommend enough.

The card selection here is hilarious and the staff are very helpful. If you’re looking for The Office cards, they’ve got em.

This was one of my favorite stores in Chicago and I thought I would stop by after work to get something I needed for the next day and place a custom order.What I was not prepared for was the store being closed at 6pm. I have never in my life been to a store that closes that early. Its the most ridiculous thing Ive ever seen. Most people dont even get off work until 5pm or 5:30pm.Anyway, it caused me a ton of problems with getting these work letters out and Ill never go back to that location.
