We found Cotton Paperie because we were looking for custom embossing. We ordered new business cards during the pandemic, and it took a little longer to process the order, but we hung in there and the results are excellent!So happy with what we got. We were trying to match our very old embossed cards with hand lettering. Chavvon stepped up and worked his magic.

This was hands-down the worst experience I have ever had with a company - I wanted so bad for it to turn out because they’re based in the U.S., their cards looked really nice online, etc, but the service that I received was terrible. They advertised that the cards would be delivered in 14-16 days, and I emailed to confirm/double check that they could get them delivered by the date I needed them by. They assured me that yes, they could. A couple weeks go by and I have received no shipping confirmation or mockup. I email, call, and try to use to quick chat for an update but don’t get a response for days. By this time, the deadline that I needed the cards on had passed and sent them another email just asking to cancel the order and give me a refund. They said they couldn’t do it at first but eventually said they would process it and that I should see the money in a few days. A week or two goes by, no money yet, so I try to contact them again - still nobody answering phone, emails, etc. Only got my refund after I requested a chargeback with the bank. They also deleted a couple comments on instagram between another customer and I discussing how hard it is to get in touch with anyone in the company. She also had not received hers by the promised delivery date and couldn’t get an update from anyone.

Thought their work looked great for my clients need. Asked for samples, never got them, requested again, never got them, great response upfront, and none at the end. It’s been over a month! How can you still in business?Can’t review their product but their service is subpar. I really wanted to support local, but can’t justify working with them if something goes wrong and have to explain it to my client why (not worth the hassle). The previous negative reviews, esp where Cotton Paperie replies back, I would side with the customer. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Chavvon Smith, and Larissa Smith were such a delight to work with. Being in Utah, and doing everything over email and the phone, we received our cards today, and they are PERFECT. The quality, detail, packaging, and price is all done with elegance, and professionalism. They made the entire project seamless.Our cards have a blind emboss under copper foil on black 35 pt cotton paper.They exceed our expectations.Thank you so much!

Interaction with this company is presales while shopping for a decent luxury card printer. Apparently my opinion of their overpriced fee structure offended them resulting in a barrage of insults and attacks. Id call that quite unprofessional and can only imagine what it would be like if they had my money. Having read some of the reviews here I can see the defensive and attack-prone remarks in response to customers genuinely upset with their orders are consistent with my experience interacting with them. Be advised and beware.

I have had the pleasure of working with Chavvon since 2016. In that time, they have delivered exceptional results for beyond reasonable prices, time and again. If I had to complain, it would be that quality takes time. With CottonPaperie, you can expect fantastic work and equally candid yet wonderful white glove service. Just be patient. Greatness doesnt happen over night.

Larissa and her team did a phenomenal job on my wedding invitation suite. Her creativity is amazing to work with and she really takes the time to understand what you want. She made the process so much fun and the results were gorgeous. I received endless compliments from friends and family on my invitations!!!

My experience in buying custom business cards from this company was poor. I paid for 250 cards. I received only about 75, many of which were damaged. When I contacted support on this issue, the owner stated that despite me paying for 250 cards, I approved the proof for 100- so it was my mistake. He never acknowledged or apologized for the damaged products, but said that hed send the rest out. Overall, their customer service is super defensive and poor. This is not the refined, premium service that it appears to be. Buyer beware.

I used Cotton Paperie for wedding invites. I wanted to design my own, and someone had recommended me to them and they did not disappoint! The quality was unbelievable, and I thought the prices were pretty reasonable. The company is owned by a couple, and they really care about what they do. Even though I was designing my own, Larissa, one of the owners, really took time with me and guided me towards choosing the right design. They are willing to work with any budget as well. I was beyond excited when I got my invites back, they turned out even better than I hoped! I highly recommend, and they really can do any type of process you would like and do everything in house.

Larissas creative eye and attention to detail always brings all of my visions to life! Worked with cotton paperie for a graphic design project for my personal business cards and was thoroughly pleased with the outcome.they are quick to respond to emails and will help you with your order.when I got the finished product everything was exactly how I wanted it.The wait was a little long, but the quality was definitely worth it. Cotton Paperie is legit! I have had them do all my business cards amazing quality, service and price. They are the experts at anything and everything that uses paper for presentation (business cards, wedding invitations, presentations, etc.)

We have used CP many times and I have always been 100% satisfied with every order! Larissa has designed two company logos for me, and I am always in awe at her creativity and talent! Working with Chavvon is great, hes responsive and will always provide an update when requested! I have used them for business cards, note cards, and birthday invitations and my only regret is that they were not around for my wedding!! Their wedding invitations are stunning.

I worked with Larissa to design my business cards. She created proofs and did a second round based on my preferences. The communication was clear and the product is beautiful. Customer service was great. We communicated by email and by phone. I highly suggest using CottonPaperie for quality and price. It took 3 days of internet scouring to find a company that was reasonable in price, create the combination of letterpress and foiling and be located within the US.

Weve used CP for a variety of our business needs (letterhead, business cards etc.) and theyve always turned out fantastic. I cant recommend Chavvon and Larissa enough. Great company, wonderful customer service and an amazing finished product, every time.

This is my second complaint with this company.... ALWAYS full of excuses. We dont know if the event is in the morning, evening, etc. We marked these as due on Feb 14th.Ok, I guess technically I should have specified I needed them BEFORE the 14th so we had them day of...but seriously just use common sense.EDIT: after receiving the cards that are now late and NOT LEGIBLE, I asked for a refund and received this message:Youve been talking to me crazy all day and Im about at the end of being nice. So here you go.We printed this card 100% to your specs. You specified the following:100 qty.Pistachio paper with white letterpressed ink on frontsoft white paper with gray letterpressed ink on backIts not up to us to ensure legibility. Thats your job as the designer and you never asked for our opinion. We print black on black, white on white and cream on cream all day long so printing white on pistachio looks perfectly fine in our opinion. We love the cards.We wont be issuing a refund. We printed 100% to your specs. Now if you want to act civilized and ask for a reprint with some changes to make your client happy then we can talk.So I dropped my 2 star down to 1. Thought everyone deserved a reason why.

We had the absolute best experience with Cotton Paperie for our Wedding Invitations! So professional and extremely friendly service, their work is flawless and beautifully inventive, not to mention, the quality was amazing! We had a short window of time for everything and they got it all done perfectly and on time and weve had countless compliments! Very talented team and definitely cannot wait to use them again in the future! They wont disappoint! Couldnt be happier!!

What a disappointment! My designer recommended Cotton Paperie for the letterpress effect I was looking for. This whole experience was a cascade of screw ups. First they misquoted the job and had to switch from cotton to a lesser quality stock to stay in budget (that took 2 weeks to clear up). Then we finally got started on the job which should have taken no longer then 10 Business days. I spent the next 2 and a half months calling (and actually reaching someone only about a third of the time) to find out why the cards had not arrived, only to be told that they werent coming out right and had to be redone but they will certainly be done and shipped by Monday Im not exaggerating when I say that this happened at least 3 times, maybe 4. And then when the cards finally arrive (2 plus months late) they got the email address wrong!!!! I mean come on. Heres the cherry on top, they wont refund me, they would like to print them again, this time correctly, and yep you guessed it ship it by next Monday. I really cannot understand how this place is still in business.

Larissa at CP is absolutely amazing, and I cant tell you enough how wonderful working with her was and how beautiful her creations are! She helped design our save the dates, entire wedding invitation suite, and printed menus for the big day - she was so great about constantly being mindful of my vision and showing me style options, and she was so kind and patient as we made little tweaks to the projects. Throughout the whole process of completing these projects for us, Larissa was incredibly attentive and available, and her work was stunning beyond what I had envisioned. Great letterpress studio, very friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive, with no hidden costs. Reasonable turnaround time and rush orders available with a fee, Lots of samples to look through and so much eye candy for letterpress geeks.

Cotton Paperie is the BEST company I have every used for invitations, business cards, etc. The product quality and attention to detail is total perfection. Pretty disappointed with the turn out of my “business” cards. Mine are HUGE (brochure size almost) and this was not communicated to me fairly I feel. So just make sure you really look over that pdf before you give the okay. Otherwise you are stuck with something you didnt ask for.

I have used Cotton Paperie Letterpress for several very different printing projects. After attempting to work with various people oversees,(the level of frustration increasing as clear communication seemed impossible even with visual directions), it felt like coming home when I contacted Cotton Paperie for my latest project. My experiences with Larissa and Chavvon have been nothing but unbelievably pleasant. Every person I talk with there is extremely helpful and they are prompt to respond to any question and/or changes. In addition to their knowledge of the various printing processes, techniques and materials, they have a wonderful sense of design and layout when you reach the point of indecision among all of the wonderful options. I will use them for all of my printing projects in the future-business cards, memorial cards, invitations... the possibilities are endless!

One of my close friends recommended me to a couple of letterpress companies in Dallas for wedding invitations but they did not seem to bother to call me back or respond to my emails. I was getting discouraged but I thought I would try my luck on Google. I Googled best letterpress companies in Dallas and CottonPaperie Letterpress came up. I called their number and a lady answered saying the person who was in charge of meeting with the clients was not available at the moment but if she got my number and email she would get back to me as soon as possible. I thought to myself that this was another lost cause and gave her my info. Literally 15 minutes later Larissa emailed me and we scheduled an appointment to meet.When I first met Larissa she was the most perfect professional. She was nice, knowledgeable and so helpful with the whole process. Our friends custom made our wedding invites and Larissa was so nice about me bringing my own custom design to the table. She was there for me through the whole process. I told her that I was on a time limited and I needed the invites in six weeks at leasr. She told me that they would take around 2 weeks. Two weeks later I got them just as she promised. She even ordered my envelopes early so I could get them to my calligrapher.The wedding invitations were perfection. All our guests were in love with the quality of the invitations. Even my mother whos against modern looking wedding invitations were taking pictures of them and sending them to family members via text.I also ordered my wedding programs from them. Instead of doing letterpress I decided to do thermography print on them because they were more cost effective. Larissa said these would take about 2 weeks as well. Almost two weeks later Larissa emailed me saying she contacted their thermography vendor to see when they would ship out the programs since the deadline was getting close. The vendors said that it would take another two weeks before my programs even get started. She emailed me and kindly told me this and offered me letterpress on my wedding programs so I would get them in time! Talk about customer service! They really went out of their way to make it right for me because of my tight schedule. I am so grateful for them and what they have done for me and my wedding is better because of them.Chavvon and Larissas good work ethics, quality, and service really show through their products. They are amazing people with amazing products. You wont be disappointed with their service. I recommend them over any letterpress company in Dallas. If it was not for them I would have not been able to have my invites letterpressed. Thank you CottonPaperie for making my wedding that much for special! You are THE BEST!
