Had an issue with moving my phone from one Spectrum account to a second one recently. Southlake store was the second Spectrum store I tried. Carolina was the associate I was lucky enough to meet with on my first visit at Southlake. She made several calls over two days and was able to get my issue escalated to a Spectrum activation specialist who was able to resolve my issue and get me back online with my original number. She also tracked the ticket internally and contacted me to make sure my problem had been fully resolved. Excellent customer service.

Came in with my husband and son a few days ago pretty late and we were able to both get new phones and we had a really awesome experience with the man who helped us. I can’t remember his name but he was tall with dark hair at the station next to the last!Amazing customer service!

This Spectrum is so good! I was helped by Jeff V. He is the sweetest person and was able to answer ALL my questions. Never once did I feel like he was rushing me like most phone places or just trying to get me to buy things I didn’t come in for. I also watched his parter along his side, Cody. He was helping customers but they both greeted someone as a they in to make sure they knew they saw them. I am super big on great customer service and these guys provided it. Glad to have spectrum mobile now and hope to be with this company for a long time! Highly recommend.

100% the worst internet provider around. For MONTHS the internet constantly cuts out multiple times every single day (this isn’t an individual household issue, it’s basically my entire city and yes I’ve talked to multiple other people in different areas with the same issue). They’ve sent someone out to β€œfix” it at least 6 times and absolutely nothing has changed. Extremely unreliable and all the employees, including the managers, are less than useless when it comes to trying to fix the issues. Strongly recommend going elsewhere for your internet

Poor and Rude Service - Cant say enough how bad my first visit to this Spectrum location was. No empathy with my issues and very limited knowledge of their services - ended up having to resolve issues through the phone support. Why have such a fancy store if there is such limited service???

Horrible customer service ! The people in the store showed no empathy or concern for my problem (and there were no other clients in store for them to service) I almost canceled my service but the individual on the customer service number calmed me down and worked to resolve my issue. If possible go to a different store or call on the phone

This is the future of technology store. EVERY service from Spectrum TV, Spectrum Internet, Spectrum Mobile to Spectrum EVERYTHING. I should know - I’m now 100% Spectrum. Sharon, Rosanna and Alfredo gave me the star treatment. Initially I went in only to change my TV services to a more affordable package. But, the Spectrum Team also sold me on the benefits of Spectrum cellphone services and I switched after more than 20 years as a straight up Sprint customer. I’ll save $44/mo on my cellphone bill (total for 2 phones), And $57/mo on my Cable, Internet and home phone package with NO contract. Wow!

Truly exceptional service on behalf of spectrum at this location. I went in to pickup a modem, TV, and phone after calling Spectrum to sign up for what sounded like a good deal at the time: 100mb/s and the TV/phone bundle for 10$ more than the standard service. Sure, 10$ is worth the higher speeds but that isnt a plan spectrum offers. The phone salesman upsold me to a plan that was ~100/month and lied about what I was getting giving me services I wont need and dont use.But, compared to ~50$/month for 200mb/s speeds thanks to the honest folks at this brick and mortar location, I went home happy and might even keep their service despite being given the run around initially.

By miles the worst internet provider I have had. The internet always times out and I alway have to reset it and it is exteremly unreliable. For a long time, many of us have had to resort to it because it is the only one available. Just found out, however, that Frontier is coming to our large complex and it has faster speed for a MUCH better price. Me and several of my neighbors are planning on switching because we are sick of paying high prices for spotty internet service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Read through before you switch... I switched from Frontier, when I moved and had no better option. I honestly had hopes of relief from the oppression from the bill.I went to the store got set up and was ready to go. The service at the store was par, which was something I was hoping not a preview of the service.The service it’s self when it works works well! Speed is great, wish the upload’s speed is lacking but as the store clerk said β€˜who uses upload speed?’ I asked I don’t know anyone who uploads to a cloud? Also I can’t say one bad thing about any of the no less than 8 service techs that been through in the last 4 days trying to deal with the β€˜intermittent outages’That is the heel of Spectrum service... the intermittent outages. Which affect the way our home operates, we have a smart home. When the internet is out our hub does not work and our young kids do not know how to operate half of the electronics in our house, to include the lights. This may seem ridiculous, but imagine when your Service is interrupted and you turn your lights on manually, and your hub comes online, if it sees the relay in a position that it was not left in; it goes off line.We then have to reset it or delete it or reinstall it. When the service would go out on Frontier you could count on it being out for awhile. Spectrum it could be half a day or ten minutes.This is what makes spectrum’s prices so low, your gambling with your money, it is like will your money go towards your service or will it not? The worst part is when you call customer service and they tell your service is still on, I’m sorry you are not at my house and I’m sitting here looking at my service being out.The only thing refreshing about this whole exercise over the last few days was when my neighbor came out to ask if what they were doing at our house was affecting her internet, the supervisor called in the powers to be called back and said β€˜no that address has service’ to have that redemption with our houses hooked up proving them wrong but they were willing to still Argue.Finally they were willing to realize they had a problem, I felt we were going to get our service fixed, they said yep! We can’t leave until we close your work order! They sat around out there for close to an hour and I checked on them they said well it’s a problem with the Node and someone will have to work on it.So I am advising anyone looking at spectrum to just stop. Don’t do it! When I called today, of course it was the weather, which is ridiculous because my satellite is still steaming in.
