So impressed with the tentative staff from front desk to the doctors! Ive never been here and didnt know what to expect at all. I was seen right away and every person I interacted with was wonderful and kind. Front desk staff was very friendly and warm. Dr. Gonzalez was very assuring and kind; I felt very confident in his care. He saved me from unnecessary procedures and a misdiagnosis. The audiologist, Andrea was such a wonderful person to work with. Andrea definitely understands patient care and how to help someone feel at ease at all times. This office was truly wonderful and is certainly going on speed dial for the family.
I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received from Dr. Gonzales and his entire staff. I also want to mention Andrea, their audiologist. She’s so good at what she does and helped me select some great hearing aids last year.Last Memorial Day I had complete and sudden hearing loss in my left ear and Dr. Gonzales saw me the next day. Needless to say I was dazed and confused about my situation but everyone in this office was so kind and compassionate. I truly felt like they cared about my needs and concerns.Whatever needs your family may have for an ear, nose and throat practice, I recommend Dr. Gonzales and his team wholeheartedly.
Very efficient, Dr Gonzales had me in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Several years ago he performed a rhinoplasty on me and he was amazing. Before the surgery I was constantly having colds and sinus infections and had difficulty breathing through my nose. Now I rarely have colds and my ability to breathe has increased by at least 60%. I would recommend Dr Gonzales for any ENT related issue. He is an awesome surgeon!
Dr. Ragsdale and staff were couteous and professional. I was treated with concern and he took the time to explain his findings and recommendations thoroughly. I highly recommend Texas Ear Nose & Throat
Dr. Gonzalez & Dr. Edmister are the best! They are patient with my questions and provide great care. They are very kind & professional and a delightful sense of humor.Their staff is a delight!Always with smiles 😃
Ive been a patient since prior to 2000 and would not change unless I had to move a long distance. Ive been seen for allergies, hearing, and regular ear, nose, or throat problems. Dr. Janicki is terrific!! My husband and I had also previously seen Dr. Rush and Dr. Ragsdale who are both now retired. Great doctors and staff!!!
The office was nice easy to get to lots of parking! The staff the greets you was super friendly. They practice social distances and Covid per cautionary measures. Doctor was very efficient and quick.
Very Professional, I definitely would recommend the AudiologistVery, Very knowledgeable
Dr. Mary Ashmead is an awesome and thorough physician. She is a great listener. She doesnt rush through the exam. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Gonzalez is not just a great E.N.T physician, he cares about his patients. And his nurse is wonderful as well. She always greets you with a smile and puts you at ease. We had such a good experience with Dr Gonazales, that when I needed to have my hearing checked, Texas ENT was my first choice. I was so fortunate to have Andrea Edmister as my Audiologist. From the very first “hello” I knew I was at the right place. Very compassionate, very, thorough, very nice, explains everything in detail. She makes you feel like you are part of her family. I tried to hit the 5-star buttons twice to give her a ten, but it wouldn’t let me. YES, that’s the answer to the question, I wonder if they could help me? You bet, and youll be glad you did.
The service and always ready to see you the same day if needed awesome thank you for squeezing me in
Dr. Ragsdale is a great physician. My exam was thorough, and answered all my questions, and gave me peace of mind - and theres really nothing more calming than that. He is the best ENT in town. I trust him and his judgement. Look no further, if youre needing an ENT.
Staff is always helpful and kind. Dr. Ashmead always reviews previous visits and compares. Always sure not to leave any stone unturned.
I highly recommend Doctor Mary ashmead MD
Excellant staff and docs
Great office, very organized. I was in an out. Impressed with Dr. Ragsdale. Listens and answers all your question. No rushing you out. I wish all drs were like him.
New patient for Dr Ashmead. Friendly front office, quick check in. She was great, explained by condition clearly to me and I had a painless biopsy. I highly recommend her for any ENT issues.
Always a pleasant experience
The pinnacle benchmark of doctor care and compassion. Just want to say thank you so much to Dr. Mary Ashmead and the incredible staff at Texas Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists in Southlake. Dr. Ashmead has a heart of gold and exemplifies the true meaning of what a doctor is supposed to be for the patient. Just want to say thank you so much for going the extra mile to understand my situation, provide clear assessment and treatment options/recommendations (in laymen’s terms)! You’re much more than just a doctor. With highest regards,R. Bellamy
Excellent doctor diagnosed a chronic allergic reaction was due to green tea.
Dr. J.D. Gonzales has been treating my entire family for over 18 years. Not only does he have a great nursing staff and front office but he is one of the best E.N.T. doctors in the state and probably the nation. I had sinus and nasal surgery yesterday with minimal swelling and I can breathe better already. Great job again Dr. G!I tried to put ten stars up but couldnt trick the system.
Friendly staff, always prompt in answering questions or scheduling. I have been going there for several years. Andrea is great for my hearing aide check-ups.
Had oral surgery and the doctor never prescribed me a pain killer. He told me to just take Tylenol which did not ease the pain at all. On top of that I called the next day after surgery telling them I was in pain and they told me that they would send a prescription to my local pharmacy. I waited and they never sent it in and since they told me to wait 2 hours for the prescription to go through, the office was already closed by the time I found out they never sent it.
I had an appointment with Dr. Mary Ashmead to evaluate my deviated septum on a Monday. All went well with the appointment and I was scheduled for surgery on December 4th. I found Dr. Ashmead to be very knowledgeable and pleasant and felt that I would be in good hands for the surgery. On Friday I received a call from the office staff to let me know that my surgery date had been canceled. Things happen, I understand, but the person who called to cancel the appointment said she didn’t know when she would be able to reschedule, but that she would get back to me. At this point I had already scheduled time off of work and moved other things around to accommodate the surgery. I assumed she would get back to me by the end of the day and I was a bit confused as to you why you would call a patient to cancel a surgery without having the next available dates ready during the same phone call. Anyway, it got to around 4pm that same day and no one ever called back, so I called the office to find out what was going on. Dr. Ashmead’s scheduler explained that “it had been one of those days” and she just hadn’t had time to check on the scheduling. I explained to her that I had to rearrange the rest of my life around this event and I really needed it to happen no later than the first week of December. She apologized and said she would get on it first thing Monday morning and see if she could squeeze me in on the last week of November. Monday came around and again I waited until the end of the day and decided to call them again. After a complete run a round with their automated phone system and leaving 2 voice mails, someone else from the office finally called back to let me know that Dr. Ashmead’s scheduler was very busy and hadn’t had time to call me back, but they could schedule the surgery on 12/13. I explained that that was really too late and asked what happened to the end of November, but was told that was the best they could do. I begrudgingly accepted the appointment and then proceeded to vent to my wife about the whole situation that evening. Anyway, after feeling neglected and as though my time was as no concern to them, I called back the next day and canceled and told them I would just find another doctor. Dr. Ashmead’s scheduler finally found time to get back to me on Wednesday to confirm my cancellation and I explained to her that I would seek treatment elsewhere. I have no doubt that Dr. Ashmead is a fine physician, but the office staff at Texas ENT Specialists seem very disorganized, unprofessional, and have total disregard for their patients time and schedule.
I William Wilsie, just made another visit this morning to Texas ENT in Southlake,Tx. with Amazing Results. I saw Dr. Andrea Edmister first & then Dr .Mary Ashmead. I am giving a 5 Star Rating to both. They are both outstanding in every respect & also so personable as well as professional that it makes going to a Doctor a pleasant experience along with correcting whatever issues you came in with. Also a thank you to the friendly staff. I Highly Recommend Texas ENT Southlake.
Would not ever review the cat scans before my consultation. If they are to busy to do their homework, they are to distracted to cut on me.
