Went to this doctor, he told me i was a liar and could hear. i went to a different audiologist who confirmed i am indeed deaf and anatomy proves it. such a jerk.

This man is the best! He knew exactly what we needed for our son. He is patient and kind. I look at him as a hero as for if it wasnt for him, our son may have never been able to hear. Well he does now. I highly highly highly highly highly recommend him to anyone.

Our family has use Dr. BAUER for ten years now. I cant thank him enough for preforming my daughter ear surgery. Shes no longer in pain & her hearing has improved.

Office staff nice, but I called 4 times to get a message that says to call for an oncall dr or just hangs up. I did leave a message at Southlake office and no return callfor 4 days. I finally called our referring dr to make sure they had a sent all paperwork to this office the day of our appt. . When arrived they were nice but he said he didnt see his egd results in his file or notes from the referring Dr. and it was sent a month earlier. So it seems a little unorganized and frustrating, im fine with sitting on hold or leaving a message.He was very kind, and when he wasnt sure how to answer a question he said he would refer to our other Dr and another Dr with a specific specialty. We were ok with that answer, he stated he would call back on Monday as our appt was Thursday. Things happen and Drs are busy so I waited over a week and no call.... I did find out that a different number can be called ( coppel listing ) and it should roll over to the other office if they staff is busy. nice lady that answered check in our sons file and no notes about the visit to see if he spoke with anyone.I hope our next visit if needed is a better experience and these are kinks that can be worked out.I need an office and Dr that can communicate and have notes to answer simple questions before I drive 45 minutes to an appt to find out they dont have our records that were sent a month earlier that could help with why we are there in the first place.

Dr Bauer has done an excellent job on our son who is currently under his care. Very friendly surgeon who will take the time to listen.

HE IS AWESOME. HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT AND DOES NOT RUSH OUT THE DOOR TO FINISH. HE SITS PATIENTLY LISTENING AND ANSWERING QUESTIONS AND EXPLAINING ANSWERS IN AN EASY WAY TO UNDERSTAND. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

Dr Bauer is the best. We have seen him for a few years and he is always so patient to explain. He has two locations so that the wait isnt too long to get an appointment. He has helped us with our Baha and vistafix ear.

Great dr. Really listens and is very patient.
