Brought my grandmother in for a routine checkup and cant say enough good things about this place. The ladies at the front, Pamela and Ana, i believe were very helpful and understanding of our needs. I came in for a routine check up since it had been over ten years since my last hearing test. Being fully deaf in one ear, I came to explore my options for hearing aids out of fear I may have had partial hearing loss in my other ear. Anna was extremely professional during our consultation and I truly appreciated her explaining all of my possible aid options and the mechanics of my ears. I learned so much from her in my short visit there.I luckily still have full hearing in my good ear but undoubtedly will return each year for a check up with Anna. I went into the South Lake office in response to an ad in the Dallas Morning News. Had no idea what to expect except high pressure from rude pushy sales people wanting to sell me technically inferior products. Boy! Was I ever disappointed!The people in this office were warm, friendly, polite, knowledgeable of their products, and very competent. They thoroughly explained the results of the hearing test I agreed to take. Then they explained how their products could help improve my quality of life. They explained how their products work, and what I could expect as I learned to inter-face with them.They suggested I try an in the ear canal set of aids to start with. When I returned a couple of days later, they suggested I try aids that rest behind my ears. I chose the behind the ear aids. Following that decision has been a series of return visits to the office for proper fitting of the aids and audio adjustments to the sound Im getting.The people in the office are very technically competent and are easy to work with. They treat their customers with a rare personal approach. Im glad I made the choice of Miracle Ear through the South Lake Office.

When I called Miracle Ear for an appointment the office manager, Daniele, was very helpful with directing me to the clinic and greeting me with a friendly hello. Anna was very friendly, explained every test that she ran and did her job very well. Everything as very through. After she did the test and i got my hearing aids she explained in detail to me how to get the best benefit from my hearing aids. With each adjustment appointment we made she explained what to except with each change. My ability to conversate with people has exploded with confidence since i started wearing these. I have been so happy with the customer service and with my hearing aids that I have referred my friends to see Anna and Daniele. I am so very pleased with Miracle Ear Southlake.

Miracle-Ear in Southlake does outstanding workand they take care of their clients at the highest level. Anna and Daniele make my visits comfortable and fun. Also, they have put my needs first for over three years. They are a great group and are worth every penny. The hearing aids are the top of the line and have never cause me any problems.

I was tired of not hearing my husband, TV, etc. So when I saw an ad for Miracle-Ear, my husband took me to the nearest one in Southlake. We had such a nice visit and I was tested which showed my hearing had gotten much worse than when I was tested 6 years ago. SO after having everything explained and ALL questions answered, I signed up and was fitted 3 days later. I really look forward to going back for check-ups which will happen weekly until everything is totally PERFECT. I really look forward to seeing Anna and Daniele. They are SO warm and friendly, yet very professional. (And they keep snacks and drinks there, too.) Love um!

As soon I put my hearing aids in my ears their voices and the sounds were so much clearer there was no ringing or a loud sound when I touch the side of my ears. I love the rechargeable hearing aids I don’t have to worry about batteries. Anna she took very good care of me and she’s very patient and very professional. I would recommend these hearing aids to anybody that needs to improve their hearing.

This Miracle Ear place is the best. This is my first experience with heaing aids, I had one that started having static. they had to replace it. They have been very quick to address any questions or problems. Ive had them for about 6 weeks now, and its been life changing. Theyre the nicest people.

As a commercial helicopter pilot hearing protection is always a great concern of mine. While doing research I came across miracle-ear. Their staff was very friendly as they took the time to not only help me with ear molds for my custom hearing protection but also provided invaluable education on hearing loss. I recommend anyone who has a occupation with a high risk to hearing loss to visit this specialist.

I responded to a mailer promotion and was a bit skeptical as I thought it could be a high-pressure ‘to buy’ type of thing. Nothing could be further from the truth. Jon Walker and his team were welcoming, professional and very accommodating. They did a thorough testing with the latest equipment and graphed out the results for me. To my surprise I did have some hearing loss, but not drastic. Now, I can stay on top of it with a follow-up next year with a trusted professional. (And during this trying time of Covid-19, they keep the door locked, took my temperature and all wore masks!)

Amazing!!!!I was greeted at the door and introduced to the doctor. I didn’t have to wait whatsoever for the doctor to see me. Everybody was very friendly and knowledgeable about what they were talking about. I needed to get some ear impressions made and would highly recommend them to anybody who needs anything ear related.

Very thankful that I came to Miracle-Ear and got my hearing aids. My previous hearing aids were ten years old but it was not successful until I got these hearing aids. Now I wake up and the first thing I do is shower and put my hearing aids on. I have stopped asking my wife to repeat things and my wife now turns the TV up more than I need it. Im currently wearing my 4th set of hearing aids and my first set of Miracle Ear aids. After 20 years of aid experience, I have found the best of the best. Anna has helped me so much. I cant ever thank her enough. My wife speaks very, very softly and now I can hear her plainly from the mike she is wearing that transmits thru my aids. This gadget also allows me to hear the playlist from my phone thru my aids. Imagine sitting in the dentist chair enjoying your tunes while they work on you. Another option we really enjoy is the sound from our TV plays thru my aids while everyone else listens at a volume they are comfortable with.
