I am completely satisfied with my new hearing aids and I no longer have that annoying ringing in my ears. Chris, the hearing specialist, was most professional and I sincerely appreciate his concerns in resolving my hearing issues.Marie, the office manager, was most courteous and provided great customer service by cheerfully addressing ALL our eye care concerns. She explained our options and we are very grateful.We really appreciate such great customer service!!!

As someone who usually goes to large own eye business like Americas Best or those other ones you see on TV that are listed as “cheaper” options I was very hesitant when trying this place because of prices. But let me assure you every dollar you spend here is well worth the service and experience you get. The moment I walked in the door Ashley gave a warm welcome and made me feel like I belonged there. The lady Alex who helped me with my pre-screen was nothing but professional and friendly. Lastly the eye doctor Corey was a very detailed doctor who made sure everyone of my needs were met and questions answered with no detailed spared. If you’re hesitant on going here this is your sign to go for it. I look forward to my next eye exam.

Everyone was so friendly. I took my 5 yo son who can be difficult at times, but they were so sweet and patient with him. And the prices are unbeatable!

Appointment was 2 hours and could have been accomplished in 1 hour. Eliminate a lot of the fluff and trying to be my buddy. From a technical perspective uses top notch testing equipment and graphics to show the outcome of the testing to recommend the appropriate hearing equipment.

They were very professional and through with their evaluation of my situation. The appointment seemed to be only about an hour, but it was two and that was due to the care and exactness with which they investigated my hearing issues. Then they explained the results and solutions in terms I could understand. I would recommend them for your hearing issues. I did not use the vision part of their practice, however I would not be surprised that service would be just as professional and through.

I cannot emphasize enough how amazing our experience here was. We have noticed a change in my moms hearing over the years but she has been very resistant to seeking care. She thinks her hearing is fine and there are no issues. Well, I finally convinced her to see someone and I am so happy that we saw Dr. Treadaway. He was so patient, kind, funny and THOROUGH! Even my mom couldnt come up with excuses or rebuttals anymore to her MODERATE hearing loss. He spent over 2 hours with us and we never felt rushed at any point through the process. Such a great experience! We had our young kids appointments for their first exams ever. ages 5-11. Leah was patient with them and had tricks to get them to do what she needed for an accurate exam. The staff was super friendly and accommodating with everything being difficult these days working in close proximity, etc. I even booked my own exam since I havent had one in over 10 years.

Mr. Treadaway is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He made the results of the audio tests very understandable, and identified where hearing aids would make improvements. I am looking forward to getting my hearing aids and I highly recommend Mr. Treadaway and Eyes & Ears.

I had an exceptional experience at Eyes and Ears yesterday with Dr. Lori Roby and her capable support staff. Dr. Roby conducted a comprehensive evaluation of my current hearing condition, reviewed my hearing loss history and devices I’ve used previously for treatment. Dr. Roby is a very thorough and knowledgeable young professional. She conducted her testing and evaluation without time constraints, explained what she was doing throughout the process, and communicated her findings clearly. I was very pleased with her ability to explain how I can gain from newer technology and current devices on the market she thinks would suit me best. She clarified many questions I had regarding products by different manufacturers and explained why she made her specific recommendations. I would urge others without hesitation to visit with this capable professional for a hearing evaluation and experience her caring and charming approach.

What a great experience I had at Eyes & Ears! I went in to get my eyes checked and purchase glasses. Dr. Clarke was incredibly knowledge and they had some pretty amazing equipment that Ive not seen at other eye doctors offices. They have a huge selection of trendy frames... all at one, flat price. They dont take insurance which was actually really nice not to have to deal with... and the pricing was actually less than I usually pay even with insurance. The staff is also very friendly. I highly recommend checking it out.

The doctor and staff here are so sweet! The whole office is a bunch of really cute girls that are super helpful and nice. There are no hidden fees and they didn’t pressure me into buying anything i don’t need. I’m a college student on a pretty tight budget so it was nice to get an affordable eye exam & prescription.

So if you’re not having to use your eye insurance, or if you have an HCA account this is the place to go. The staff is incredibly professional and it was the most thorough eye exam my child has ever had. Dr. Leah took more than an hour to do the exam. I never felt rushed and she explained everything in great detail to me and my son. We went in with expectations for contacts but Dr. Leah was honest and ethical enough to inform us that my son’s prescription did not require them.

Went to Eyes & Ears to have my senior hearing checked. Last time I had hearing checked was over 40 years ago. This was an outstanding experience. Great location with plenty of parking . The office decor is very pleasing with plenty of room for displays and waiting area. The staff go out of their way to let you know they appreciate you and really work hard to let you know they are interested in your well being.I met with Lori Roby AuD Doctor of Audiology. I was very impressed with the equipment they use now days in the Digital Hearing Healthcare Industry. I went to Eyes & Ears for my last eye exam. I usually dont write reviews, but had to in this case. I learned more about my eye health on this visit than any other eye doctor Ive ever visited before. Also, the eyewear selection was the best Ive seen. All the frames were the same price...no looking at price....just picked out the ones I liked best! I recently visited Eyes & Ears to consult with Dr. Leah Bohnert and update my eyeglasses. The offices were bright, clean and nicely decorated; the shelves had a fabulous array of eyeglass frames to look at. Kaileigh at the front desk was very welcoming and got my information put together quickly. Technician Mary took me into an exam room for some initial testing and measurements. She was friendly and professional, explaining what she was doing as she worked. Then Dr. Leah came in. As she did her exam, she expressed a point of concern. She told me she wanted her other technician, Maria, to perform a visual field test.So exam and testing complete, Dr. Leah updated my prescription. Now for her concerns. Based on her exam and my recent history of headaches and double vision, she wanted me to contact my regular doctor to order additional testing. Specifically, imaging of my head to rule out any kind of space-occupying lesions. Needless to say I was not expecting to hear anything like that, but obviously I was in very capable hands. She would forward her results and a letter to my doctor later in the day. I am truly blessed and grateful for Dr. Leah’s being so thorough.NOW it was time for the FUN part . . . selecting new frames! With the help of my eyeglass “fashionistas” Mary, Maria and Kaileigh, I found something really beautiful and very reasonably priced. I rarely recommend a service online publicly but I was so impressed today with Eyes and Ears in Southlake. They have optometry and audiology in one convenient location with concierge service at an amazing low, all inclusive price that beats my VSP eye insurance with the best service in the industry. Me and my twins had our eye exam(which includes the eye mapping and other things that cost extra at other places) and contact lense fitting for one very low cost. Their frame selection, which is huge, includes non-glare and and all the other bells and whistles that always cost extra for one very low price. The staff is so nice, helpful and friendly. Awesome service, staff, and price here. I was hesitant before I go because this place just opened for 2 months, but I’m so glad I gave it a try. Dr. Clarke and Sabrina are very helpful and patient. I have high cheek bones and nerrow nose bridge so finding the perfect pair of glasses is never easy for me. I tried a lot designer frames like Gucci and Burberry and they just do one size fits all (not me). But Sebrina really knows their products and find the perfect match immediately for me. Can’t wait to get my new pair of glasses!
