I was referred by my GP due to some concern on my hearing. My hearing was tested and evaluated. I was greatly satisfied with the outcome and at this time I was not in need of anything to be done. The test was free.

We had a phenomenal experience! The staff is kind and compassionate. Mr. Treadaway, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He did a great job educating us on our options and helping us make the best choice for our daughter’s hearing aids.

I received Phonak hearing aids from E & E Hearing Aid Center 6 months ago and was pleasantly surprised....they work great. This was after years of leaving previous high-dollar hearing aids in the drawer because they did not help me comprehend speech. A bonus is that after wearing them for about 2 months my Tinnitus, which I had for more than 10 years, stopped.

Chris Treadaway gave me a thorough hearing exam, with plenty of explanation both before and during the process. It was well worth the time. I know know more about my hearing situation than I had previously thought. I recommend taking time to check your situation.

Professional and respectful. Very thorough. Dr. Dr. Roby demonstrated her passion for helping patients with hearing loss by performing a procedure to remove the cotton swab tip lodged in my ear free of charge. She is kind and compassionate when giving her diagnosis. I will return. Dr. Roby offers a free hearing test. The test validated my concerns about recent changes in my hearing acuity.

Dr. Roby was great! Her office staff was super friendly & professional. Dr Roby discussed the anatomy of the ear, the examination process & procedures for the ear exam in a manner which was easy to understand & feel comfortable doing. Afterwards, she explained the health report on my hearing. She did not try to “hard sell” anything. I have more knowledge of future options & opportunities as well as a new appreciation of how important my ability to hear is.

After exploring several competitive audiology services I have found Dr Roby at the hearing aid center to be knowledgeable, efficient and the most compassionate. She has been very thorough in evaluating and informing me about my hearing deficiencies and the solutions available. She continues to keep me informed and aware of my options. My sister was always telling me the t.v. was too loud. I thought my hearing was normal, but decided to check it out. Eyes & Ears Hearing Aid Center, Southlake, TX, was offering a free hearing check so I decided why not? Dr. Roby and her staff were exceptional and very professional. Dr. Roby performed a thorough hearing check. After my check-up, Dr. Roby asked if she could clean my sisters hearing aids! She even gave me a device (free) to check Jans (sister) hearing aids to be sure they were working properly. Awesome! Since my hearing tests came back normal, we had a baseline to work with in the future.. Next year at this time I will be visiting Dr. Roby and Eyes & Ears Hearing Aid Center again. I would recommend them to everyone!

It starts with the office atmosphere, continues with the receptionist/office assistants and wraps up with my doctor. Every time, my experience has been pleasant and I never leave with any unanswered questions. The staff takes the time to make sure I understand everything that occurs during and after my appointments.

I am very happy with my hearing aids. Dr. Lori Robi was recommended by a close friend and she did a wonderful job. She EXPLAINED everything very thoroughly and made sure we made the correct adjustments in my follow up visits. I am 62 and wish I would have done this years ago!

Ive had my Eyes & Ears hearing aids four months. Best part is feeling like a normal person again, hearing conversations, music, tv and movie dialog! Added benefit is the effect the aids had on my tinnitus. It masks the ringing. What a relief! Thank you, Dr. Roby.
