This place solved a 60 day ear issue in 20 min. And didnt just throw a prescription at me. They did such a great job.

Best ENT I have ever been to! Staff is always super sweet and friendly. I have been seeing Dr. Bryan for a few years now and he is an incredible doctor. He is very informative and makes sure you feel better walking out of his office.

This is the first office thats ever told me I needed my Primary Care Provider or my current ENT to send a referral because thats the Doctors policy. Besides the fact my insurance doesnt require one, Ive been under another ENTs care for well over 10+years and the one prior for well over 10 years as well. Had I never been to an ENT, I would understand a proper diagnosis would be needed, but this isnt the case. Ive never heard of one specialist referring out to another of the same specialty. I couldnt imagine going to to a specialist to continue being treated just because I wanted to go for the fun of it. Ive lived all across the country and have never had such a backwards requirement.

I have seen Dr Mettman on two occasions for different problems. She spent the time need and listen my problems and gave me both conservative and more aggressive options. The staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend

Dr Bryan is great however the issue is with the appointments. Been a patient for 2 years, when called today as I am in extreme pain and was referred by my oral surgeon to see an ENT in the next 24hrs, front desk said they couldn’t see me until a week from now. It is extremely upsetting that as an established patient they can’t see you if an emergency arises.

Horrible Audiology Experience. STAY AWAY!!! As somebody who has worn hearing aids for 40 years - and tried all the major brands - Starkey - Phonak - Oticon - Resound and Siemens and has worked with Audiologists from coast to coast I have a lot of experience. NEVER have I been this disappointed. First - the equipment they use is dated - probably 10 + years old. They DO NOT follow best practices NOR do they use REAL EAR Measurement which is the gold standard. They DO however take insurance - which is awesome. I bought the Phonak Audeo Paradis Hearing Aids which are incredible. Probably the best hearing aids on the market BUT... the audiologist FAILED to program them correctly. The audiologist also FAILED to take impressions correctly. As soon as the hearing aids arrived - We sent them back to Phonak. Phonak sent them back - and the doctor FAILED to fix the impressions / reprogramming the second time. Despite me requesting new impressions and Phonak requesting new impressions the audiologist refused. 4-5 office visits now - nothing is fixed - and I just always felt rushed, under-appreciated, nickle and dimed - under-valued, etc. I did not feel the audiologist was very detail oriented - nor did she listen to me. For an $7,000 pair of hearing aids! Anybody would expect more. I found the same hearing aids - CHEAPER at another audiologist who does REAL EAR measurement, provides WAY BETTER service, and a much higher level of detail. Even Costco - at HALF the price ($2,700 for a pair of hearing aids) has real ear measurement, awesome service, etc..).

After having issues with my hearing aids, I met with Dr. Casey. She took a great deal time evaluating my devices and made adjustments that have resulted in my hearing improving significantly. I am very happy with her and her team. They have a very capable staff that seems dedicated to good service. Minor point: They could lose the Fox News channel on the wall tv in the waiting room and change it to anything else. Luckily, I wasnt in the waiting room very long.

Poor overall experience with this office staff and Dr.Mettman. I feel as if me and my family have wasted precious time going here and getting no answers and the run around treatment.Go somewhere that will value the health of your family and not rush you in and out of the office.

Went to see Dr. Mettman because a dental X-rays found an abnormality in my sinus cavity. Staff was incredibly friendly from the time I walked in, Dr. Mettman was kind, thorough, and made sure I felt ok before I left. Phenomenal service all the way around!

My daughter saw dr mettman in June for the first time due to ear infections. At that time she had had two cases of strep and Dr.Mettman had mentioned taking her tonsils at the same time but said she needed one more infection to qualify. Well we had the tubes put in in July. She also took my child’s adenoids as they were inflamed (i consented to this). She explained to me when removing adenoids that she would have to be intubated, again i consented. My daughter woke from surgery furious with a hoarse voice relating to being intubated. I asked her nurses if she had received any pain medication. They said no because they weren’t able to start an IV and that was all they had orders for. (They did NOT start an IV before intubating my child meaning there was NO way to push emergency medication had something went wrong) my child was barely two at the time. She had a very rough recovery. Tremors, vomiting blood, dehydration. Many things i think that would have been prevented with the proper IV fluids during surgery. I did my best to let it go because i told myself that was anesthiology not Dr.Mettman. My daughter got strep a week after surgery and at that time dr Mettman was hesitant to help due to her rough recovery (that i still felt was preventable on their end). I agreed with her and she told me to come back at 6 cases of strep or tonsilitis combined.I paid 60 bucks last week for her to barely get a glimpse into my daughters throat (she fought like heck she’s 2) for her to say it looked great. I expressed my concerns for the fact that she had had 5 positive strep infections (2 cases of scarlet fever) and 5 viral cases of tonsillitis JUST since May. I also presented documentation. My daughter is immunocompromised, and in her blood work it showed that she’s lacking many antibodies to fight off strep infections alone (along with many other things but that’s just one of them). She told me to come back in a month and tell her the results of the repeat titers (she got revaccinated) I got home and looked because i knew better than it looking great. I wish i could attach a picture of what it truly looked like because it’s outrageously alarming that a medical professional who specializes in such a thing to qualify that as great. Questioning myself and trusting in her professionalism i let it go yet again until this morning when she woke up vomiting. I took her to urgent care and she was of course strep positive and she yet again has scarlet fever. This means the bacteria has been present long enough to invade her blood system and make its way to her kidneys. That makes 6 positive strep infections since MAY, all because she doesn’t want to deal with any post surgical back lash like last time due to the fact that her procedure was performed unethically. I have trusted dr Mettman for years as my OWN ENT, but i do NOT think that she is qualified for pediatrics. Please do not put your children through what we are battling on my end with my poor sweet baby who isn’t even 3 years old. Monday we will be requesting our records be sent elsewhere.
