Wish I could leave no stars. Do yourself a favor and find another vendor. We hired them for a party of about 100 for tent, table and chairs. They did not finish setting up until 2hrs prior to event which left me scrambling trying to get everything decorated in time for a one year old birthday party. One of the tables was broken and could not be used along with 10 chairs that could not be used either because we had no table. When we tried calling for another table to be brought out, we were put on eternal hold. More than half of the chairs had rips and holes in them and one of them broke as my guest was sitting in it. They said they would be by on Monday to get all the things, and no one showed up until Thursday after we repeatedly called them since lawn work needed to be done. We were told that our money would be refunded for the table which was never done even after several phone calls, causing us to have to dispute the charge using our credit card company. Awful business, poor management, overall terrible experience.
Absolutely horrible experience. Had to call them for days and days with no response. When someone answered, they said they were busy and said they would call back shortly which they never did. Day of my event, still no call. Worst service I have ever had. Do not recommend them at all. Very unreliable.
Very bad experience with Southlake Tents & Events. Had to give account info twice (lost the first one), got the wrong color of 2 out of 8 tablecloths. Event held on a Saturday, it is now the following Thursday and the tables and chairs are still sitting in my backyard. They wont answer the phone and they wont respond to my emails. Apparently, they are very disorganized. I will never use them again.
