Shannon King and her team is very responsive and they take care of all steps of the process with attention to details and professional attitude and patience. I have been in business 7 years and this company is one of the best from my experience. And I am pretty picky when it comes to service. I highly recommend this title company.

Horrible, worthless company. They had all our paperwork from the beginning of August and we had to push our closing back from sept 1 till sept 20 and they still didn’t have our stuff ready. Had I not called over and over again it would’ve never gotten done. Now closing day is here and Christopher bravo still didn’t send our paperwork and our closing is being pushed back because they have to get the paper from this horrible title company. No communication, no return phone calls or emails. They are worthless

Teri and Toni are fantastic! Have had several closings and Teri even has caught some small things which saved my clients money. Toni is amazing at what she does and cares about agents and supporting is in our everyday business.

Just did a simple cash deal with them. Seriously the worst deal I have ever had to close. No communication and they dropped the ball on several simple things.
