I’m one of those parents that is really careful about who watches our baby. I’m very protective. So, I’m very happy to say that the Nannies we’ve hired have been wonderful and our little girl loves them. It takes away the stress and overwhelming feelings you get from letting a stranger care for your child. I’m very pleased with the service we’ve received from Nannies On The Go and I’ll be using them again!
The nannies they sent out aren’t ppl who actually want to be nannies or caretakers they are more concerned with money vs doing the job they are hired to do.
Sharon has placed me with two families over the years and the experience has been wonderful! She cares for the families she serves, but also the nannies she places. She is quick to reply and gets to work right away to find you a perfect fit.
Nannies on the Go was extremely responsive and attentive throughout the placement process. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of candidates they sent to me to interview and am so very happy with the nanny we hired. The agency also provides back-up care in the event my nanny is sick or on vacation. This invaluable service has provided me with peace of mind and has guaranteed Ill be customer of theirs for as along as my kiddos need nannies.
Had a great experience working with Nannies on the go. Initially as a sitter and now as a client. The owner and staff are personable and helped me find a qualified sitter for my child.
Im pretty sure that I got your golden egg. Maria is great! She is so sweet with A. and she is always looking for stuff to clean up while I am feeding. She does much more than I expected her to. Thank you for all your help. It was a wonderful experience with your agency.
Called several times to speak with someone about part time placement and I was constantly told that someone would call back. My call was never returned. I guess its safe to say they have enough business and mine isnt important to them. No need to support them then.
Nannies on the Go is an excellent agency that strives to serve families and businesses of surrounding communities! Very professional company with nannies that truly love working with children! Trust me, I am a nanny currently working for the agency and can vouch for our commitment and professionalism!
Superb response time; got a nanny that met all my requirements within a week of contacting them. Used online nanny service for the first time, seemed little expensive, but I’ll take it any day in regards for their top-notch service. Also, they have a good customer support where they actually resolve your queries. Will surely use their service again and even recommend it to others.
I found this agency to be efficient and helpful. They gave us really great candidates and I was super impressed. Thank you! I am glad we found you!
We contracted with Nannies on the Go in November 2017 for placement of a permanent part-time nanny and temporary care while selecting permanent nanny. It is now April 2018 and we have neither a permanent or temporary nanny in place. Nannies on the Go stopped responding to us in early January when they failed to have any temporary nannies available although we provided a two week notice of care needed.(While long, this is an abbreviated version of the issues we encountered.)We paid a significant amount for them to provide permanent placement candidates as well as unlimited temporary care. Although we provided an extensive description of our family and what we were looking for, none of the candidates were provided with this information. As we shared this information with the during the interview, it was clear that they werent a fit for our family. We were even provided nanny candidates that lived more than an hour from our home as well as ones with availability that was not in line with what we needed. As one reviewer indicated, no support is provided by the owner. Our experience was consistent with this sentiment. We had one candidate show up almost 30 minutes late to an interview. During the interview, she advised that she was looking for a full-time position during the day and not the part-time afternoon position that we needed. She had not been provided our family profile, information on our our needs or anything other than our address and that we had two children. She wasnt even told that we have two school age boys. After the interview, I called the owner and explained what had just happened. Her response is that the interviewee was just confused and flustered and in need of additional training. We interviewed a woman, very sure of what she was looking for and capable of providing, and we were not a fit for her. Both us and the candidate were both very confused why she would have been sent to us. I was very frustrated after speaking with the owner as she took absolutely no responsibility and immediately placed blame on the candidate.During the time that we were looking for a permanent placement, we were provided with temporary care. We werent provided with any options, only a name of someone who would be providing care, typically only a week at a time and the late in the day before care was needed. This was especially concerning as this individual was needed to pick our children up from school and drive them home. How many people are comfortable trusting someone theyve never met, someone their children have never seen to pick them up from school? Sounds like a plot from a horror movie. I would question any parent who would agree to that. Yet, that is exactly what Nannies on the Go would expect from us, even after explaining that I would never be the parent that would be okay with that situation. My tipping point came when the last temporary nanny was placed with our family. Nannies on the Go gave her a glowing recommendation about how she had been with them for a year and how engaging she was with children. After a couple of days with our family, I felt uncomfortable with her around our children. I was assured that I was misinterpreting the situation. I was confident that I wasnt and hired my own investigator to do a background check and was informed that the nanny provided by Nannies on the Go had a criminal background.I never allowed her back in my home or near our children. The owner never addressed the situation even though pre-screening and doing comprehensive background checks are why parents pay the high fees they charge for their services. This was horrifying. The owner refuses to acknowledge their failure to provide fully vetted candidates and temporary nannies as well as to return our emails and phone calls. My goal of this review is to save another family from a similar experience or even something more horrible and ending up on the nightly news.
Helped us find a great nanny. Vetted well, candidates were excellent. Communication regarding contract took a bit of hammering out - was unclear at first. But all in all it worked for us.
Best company to work for. I love my job!!!
Contacted them yesterday and told them urgent matter that needed coverage for . I was told they would have someone reach out to me very soon and would mark my issue as an emergency.Next day still heard nothing. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.
Always wonderful with my children!
Very races! Horrible service....
