Received this as a fathers day gift. Wife got the package with the stand and the shelter/cover. The cover within a week started to mildew and looks disgusting. Obviously not made well for something that is to be stored outside. Customer service didnt care that the product was not good and basically said to clean it. Its supposed to be kept outside. Way too much money for a product with so poor quality and service.

Solo stove worked exactly as advertised and the customer service is outstanding. First, we ordered a Bonfire just before Thanksgiving. A couple of days after Thanksgiving, the price dropped even more. We called customer service and were asked to leave a number and a representative would get back to us. Someone called us back within ten minutes and without hesitation agreed to credit our card with the price difference. We even received the order faster than the estimated shipping timeframe.

Im so disappointed in the Customer Service. I received my product completely damaged on 12.2.2020 and it has been nothing but a headache. The told me they were sending a replacement and as of today, nothing. Now, they told me they would send a label for me to send it back for a refund. They ruined a Christmas gift. I paid extra for insurance and it was a complete waste. No one at Solo CS will give me the info to file a claim through the insurance, instead they had me go through them which was completely disappointing. Their CSRs are not on the same page. Disappointed to the highest level.

Having a similar experience as April. Have called several times trying to get an update on my order. No one will ever answer the phone! UPS has sent several msgs but they all give different delivery dates and some say it hasnt even shipped??? Hope we havent been scammed!!!!

Been using solo stove for years and i enjoy how light and quick it sets up and boils water cooks and cleans up with white ashes all burnt up and cool.fuels are readily accessible and easy to use. My goal is to find a tea pot and a small fry pan to add to my collection in my back pack.

No customer service whatsoever. If you have a question there is no way to get through to a human for help. There was supposed to be 3 day free shipping, I had no idea when it was shipped, when it would arrive, much later then expected I had given up on it.

I have tried to contact them several times by phone and email to no avail.Company seems totally unresponsive to correcting their mistake.

I just got the Solo Stove Lite and I cant believe Ive gone this long without it! Great design, lightweight, and compact. Incredibly efficient for burning fuel. When I ordered it, I was a little worried it would take so long to collect enough fuel that it wouldnt be worth the time, but it definitely surpassed my expectations--a handful of sticks is plenty for a quick meal. Easy to use, cools quickly, and perfect for camping, beach days, coffee on an early morning hike, or to take on a trip. Everyone should have one for an emergency kit, too!

Nice stoves. Sadly made in China. Otherwise would have been a 5 star purchase.

We are getting ready for our camping season this year and pulled out my Solo Stove I bought last year. It worked awesome last summer and was so easy to use. Nice to have hot water so fast for our coffee and tea. This season I will be using our Thrive Life (freeze dried) food with our Solo Stove to fix easy meals! It stored nicely over the off season and is ready to go for two more camping trips still to come!

This is such a good little stove! Perfect for cooking in the great outdoors. Its lightweight, easy to clean, and super efficient! Wont go camping without it. Had a few questions when I first got it and customer service was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all my questions!

I picked up the Titan and pot combo years back from this place! This companys products show a level of quality that can be seen at first glance of any of their merchandise, but only throughly appreciated after using them. Having used a few different back packing cook stoves in the past, I can say theres no close comparison to Solo Stoves quality. My Titan has been used numerous times, and will continue to be used for years to come. Yes, the prices are a bit high, but if you want something to last and outperform everything else, its well worth it! I only recall dealing with customer service briefly when I first got this stove, but they was friendly and very helpful.

This company makes my favorite camping stoves! Lightweight, but quality construction! I have been buying these as gifts for my backpacking friends and family the last couple of years and they love them!

Was given a stove as a present. I want to return the unit in order to purchase a larger version. Contacted Solo Stove and after a number of emails was told they could not do that. When the first e-mail was sent I was told that they would get back to me in 24 hours. Did not happen. Have tried to call them but they do not have a way that allows you to talk to someone. They have very poor customer service. If you have a problem do not expect to get help.

Solo stove is a really solid, lightweight, stove that makes cooking, or boiling water, easy in the outdoors. All you need is small twigs or something similar for fuel.

Its a simple strong design that just works. And it will never rust.

So I currently Own a Solostove Bonfire and Solostove Lite, and although I rarely leave reviews for products I feel this amazing company totally deserves one! I have a lot of backyard gatherings with family and friends that usually involve fire, a somewhat smoky fire in my old fire pit that was always enjoyable but left us all smelling like campfire and maybe a few minor burns from popping embers. Well... the Bonfire is not only very visually appealing in its stainless steel design, but the fire burns amazingly well, and once going its almost entirely smoke free!!! Everyone that has experienced my backyard Solostove fire has awed at the ascetics as much as the memorizing, smokeless flames! It all but eliminates any negative aspect of a backyard fire (including said minor burns from popping embers) while totally promoting a quality, incredibly enjoyable, Smores filled good time. So if youre looking for an amazing, clean burning, easily transportable, and all around incredible fire pit that your friends will envy until they get their own.... this is it! Oh, and the Solostove Lite? Yeah.... its like the Bonfire had a baby that you actually enjoy takeing backpacking! (Ive got two girls and taking them backpacking as babies kinda sucked yet was awesome at the same time.. but honestly mostly sucked- thats a whole other review :)..... anyhoo.... Solostove Lite - same awesomeness in a tiny lightweight hiker friendly baby version. I will one day have the complete Solostove collection, until then-- Im gonna keep on lovin youuuuu (yes I sang that out loud REO Speedwagon style) but about my current Solostoves, not about you... thatd be weird... I dont even know you. Well unless youre one of my friends looking to buy a Solostove because you were at my house roasting marshmallows and having a blast and totally couldnt wait to get home to order a Bonfire and are now in my bathroom on your phone doing so while stinking up the joint... then Ill sing to you. Through the bathroom door. And if youre not said friend (we wont name names will we Steve..please turn that fan on dude) at least well share a common love of the amazing Solostove (whichever size you get) and you can totally think of me... singing REO Speedwagon.. every time you light it (which you should do with Coffee Kindling from Coffee Wick) ..... I vote for the Bonfire! the only regret will be not having bought one sooner! P.S.
