Andrew McAlester was our attorney. I wish I could give 5 thousand stars! Such a professional, responsive, ethical, articulate lawyer. Phenomenal litigator. We were facing a contentious, complicated, military divorce. Andrew was so thorough, honest and ethical. Everyone in the firm, from the legal assistants etc, they were responsive, flexible and made themselves available. I want to emphasize, Andrew is honest, even if it’s not the answer I wanted to hear - he was all about keeping us out of trouble. He was very quick correcting what we thought we could handle on our own (ie: how we filed, when we filed, and what we filed). He possesses the utmost integrity. I can’t recommend this firm and attorney enough. He took a 10 year battle (prior to Beal Law Firm involvement) and settled it in 7 months. Don’t try to go at it alone, he will keep you informed, educated, protected and out of trouble.

Last year Tim has worked with my family and I as we had to fight for custody of my daughter with my ex-wife. Tim is not like most lawyers he will always give you the best legal advice, but he will also give you the best advice to save you money as well so you are not just throwing money away. There many occasions where he saved me hundreds of dollars by having a co-worker drop off or pick up paperwork to avoid him having to go. A lawyer that is looking out for not only my best interest in the court room but also my financial interest is a very rare find. In the end I did not get everything I wanted but I still feel as though we finished on top and Tim did the best he could with my situation. I wish I could give them zero stars.I was charged $375 for a consultation fee, and for a hour and half, I was judged and ridiculed. I am in the middle of a ugly separation and instead of helping me understand my rights, he neglected to be helpful in any mannor. Brian was horrible. He doesnt even know basic divorce provisions for things as simple as an IRS form 8332. He acted like my child was a math calculation. My child is not a number.I cant believe I waisted my time and money on these idiots.

Brian Ballew got schooled by an amateur lawyer, and charged me outrageous fees for things such as a 5 minute phone call, a line change in the drafted decree, or a three sentence email. He also discouraged me from going to court hearings, saying it would cost me more in his legal fees to fight for my fair share than to simply agree to all the terms of the opposition. Charged $900 just to drive to Dallas court. I would have been better off representing myself. Do not hire this firm based on their online ratings!

I went to The Beal Firm in Southlake seeking a divorce. My first consultation $158 (or somewhere in that ballpark) Eric was an hour late. Then with his southern charm, he seems very smooth, and caring. The retainer fee for his services were $15,000.00. We did not speak much, in fact, I did not want to bother him, instead, I collected all the bank statement, police reports, doctors reports confirming physically abuse. Tarrant County Appraisal Records, copies of checks to my husband that never went into our personal account. I was living in out of town at the time, so I drove in to drop off all the reports to help them. I gave him all my bank records and all of my soon to be ex-banks records and different accounts at a couple of banks. We had our first court date and he wanted to see me the night before to go over everything. Again he was late and I had to wait on him. He asked me where I had come up with the amount of spousal support I was due. I said the bank statements. He then said we never received any bank statements. Its about 9 pm and we are expected in court at 8 am tomorrow morning. I told him you have all of the statements along with everything else. He sent his new assistant attorney to go look for them, which she found them in a box somewhere. Then the opposing counsel canceled the day before but Eric assured me this could be a trick and had Himself, a legal associate, with a court reporter at the court house at 8 am. Knowing the case had been rescheduled. Eric did this twice to me. I then got my first bill and THREE people in his office looked over my case, which meant I was billed for all three people to read the same thing. Once we finally go to court I had no money left for Eric to represent me so the new attorney did. I was shocked when we got in the courtroom, everything she said was objected and the judge agreed with the opposing counsel. Then we had to reset court because, enough time had not been requested to hear our case. Timeline: End of December-March going to court two times only to be sent home, and the third when we finally got in court it was a joke. I could not afford Eric at the time of trial because he blew through the $15,000.00 and I fired The law firm. I was given a little over 2,000. back and still married in the same spot. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!!!! I have spoken with several attorneys who say he needs to be turned into the bar, what he did was unethical. I had been abused by my husband mentally and physically, then again by Eric. WOMEN BE WARE he is not what he seems to be! Run

Cassidy was great! I would definitely recommend her and Beal Law Firm in the future. First of all Beal is an excellent firm. Throughout the entire process I felt like I had the support of the entire team. On multiple occasions other members of the team would help with my case and answer questions, and not because I was being passed around but because the issue or question fit their particular expertise. It really felt like the team worked well together and all had my best interest in mind. Secondly and most importantly Cassidy did an outstanding. Saying that you are happy with the outcome of a divorce is a bit of a misnomer but given the circumstance I can honestly say Cassidy did a great job making sure I was happy with the outcome. This was especially impactful to me and I appreciate Cassidys approach on this. The items and issues that were important to me were not necessarily the things that are easily measured and scored in a divorce but they were important to me and Cassidy recognized that and made sure they were what she focused on regardless what some divorce scorecard would say. In the end I was extremely happy with the results and with Cassidy as my attorney.
